when the shootout sub worked in the supercup and he won us a trophy everybody hailed him a hero and tuchel a genuis. when he saved two other shootouts in this very tournament we lost last night, the games when it was far from first team on the pitch and it all came to those pens. he saved, he got them here. he stood in for mendy the whole month of january without putting a foot out of line. he helped our team advance to club world cup final, he helped our team to still be in the fa cup. remember his contribution.

the final was a hard game, they all struggled otherwise it would not go to pens. the shots, like tuchel said, were brilliant and hard to save. no matter how good you are, there is no guarantee you will save penalties. the noise around this game makes it a big deal: the fact that its a final, the fact of kepas own history with the tournament, the fact he was put on specifically for pens, and that failed, yes. in the end, it's just one game.

it does not take away from what hes already done for this club, does not diminish his strength, his talent, his resilience, his hard work. its why he's here it's why he was given the chances that he was. i know tuchel will see it and that this won't be the last one kepa gets, but i need everyone to back that.

all the words about winning and losing together: now is the time. actually support your club when they need it, the burden is easier if its shared. no point blaming it on an individual, no matter who u want to pick on, don't do it, it won't help. they will already know what they did wrong, what they could have done differently. tell them you're still on their side and you believe in them. don't turn against them. stand with them.

As you may know, I am Ukrainian. I live in Kyiv. I have lived here since I was born and I love my country with my whole heart.

I see a lot of misinformation under the tag "Ukraine". Most of it comes from American people, who try to explain the conflict in their own words. They can't. It's impossible to explain if you haven't lived here. There are too many influences on this conflict. You keep looking from an american perspective, which is not crucial in understanding the conflict.

For example, have you ever had you language forbidden? Like straight up forbidden by the law? It happened to Ukrainian language a lot of times thought our history. And who did it? The Russian Empire. And it's not the end of it. The genocides, the assimilation, the deportation. Have you even researched Ukrainian history?

You do not uplift Ukrainian voices enough. And you should if you care about what's happening. If you don’t do it, you're just doing a performance of your support and activism.

Lucky for you, I am a Ukrainian person! And I am DYING TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS. I scored 191/200 points on my graduation exam in history, so you can suppose I know something about Ukrainian history.

If you stand for Ukraine, uplift Ukrainian voices. Educate yourself. Learn Ukrainian history. Ask Ukrainian people

yes virginity is a construct but i don’t think it’s unimportant who you have sex with for the first time & i don’t think it’s healthy that we’re now basically telling young girls that virginity isn’t real so it doesn’t matter who ur first time is with or how it happens. your first time having sex esp if you’re a teenager puts you in a very vulnerable position & the whole “virginity is a social construct” conversation has once again been warped and misconstrued in such a way that it’s convincing young women that it’s progressive to be cavalier about sex instead of having clear boundaries & being careful abt who they have sex with
