ATLA x Star Wars Crossover AU
Inspired by the amazing illustrations by @chewyscribbles ! Everyone check them out !
Long ago, the galaxy lived together in harmony. But everything changed when the Dark Side attacked.
Aang is a young, gifted Padawan, living in an isolated Jedi temple and training under Master Gyatso.
He has just learned the Jedi believe him to be the Chosen One, the strongest force user in centuries, responsible for bringing light and balance to the galaxy. Faced with the weight of the world, Aang runs away, not realizing the storm that was coming.
The Sith rise up, the Emperor enforces Order 66, and Jedi are killed and hunted throughout the galaxy. The world has never needed a savior more, but he has vanished, unware that he is now his people’s, and the galaxy’s, only hope.
It’s years later, when he wakes up in the arms of a beautiful stranger, and when he sees for himself the ruins of his home and remains of his brethren, that Aang understands the true meaning of the prophecy, and embraces his duty to save the galaxy.
Katara’s always has a way with the Force. Her brother Sokka thinks it’s magic mumbo jumbo, but Katara believes in it and wants to train. Unfortunately, they live in a tiny settlement on Hoth, isolated and with no other Force sensitives around.
Plus, since their mother was killed by the Empire, and their father left to join the Rebellion, the two siblings have been all alone.
Until the day they find a crashed AP-PA freighter with a young, unconscious pilot frozen in the ice. The last of the Jedi.
Aang, Katara and Sokka embark on a journey through the galaxy. Sokka wants to join their father and fight for the Rebellion. Katara wants to use her power for good and become a Jedi. Aang wants to honor his people and his duty (and perhaps see the galaxy and ride every ridable animal along the way).
They’ll travel through the stars searching for any other remaining Jedi and rebels to help them, evading all the hunters, troopers and Sith chasing them, and maybe, just maybe, save the galaxy.
Along the way, they also meet scruffy outlaw Toph, who is force sensitive in a way no one’s seen before, using it not as a tool, but as an extension of herself.
However, she has no business with the Jedi, only wants to stay independent, which is made more and more difficult by her controlling, powerful, Senator father.
The gang help her escape the grasp of her family in Alderaan, convince her to use her power to help Aang and the galaxy, and she joins them, under the promise to kick some Empire butt.
Meanwhile, Sith apprentice Zuko has been banished from the Empire for arguing for the rights of Stormtrooper lives against his father, Emperor Ozai, who burned his eye with his lightsaber for his insolence.
Zuko is now tasked with eliminating the last of the Jedi, and only then can he return home and regain his honor by finishing his training and becoming a Sith Lord.
He is accompanied by his uncle Iroh, former Sith and known for his legendary siege of Naboo, but currently estranged from the Empire for reasons unknown (though he’s never been the same since his son’s death. Some even say he’s turned to the Light Side of the Force…)
(Bonus! Zuko Redemption Arc, featuring: Force training with Iroh while they’re stranded on Dagobah after failing to capture Aang; struggling between the Light and Dark Side; returning to his father on the Death Star once his sister brings him home, only to then see the light (pun intended), betray the Emperor, steal the Death Star plans, and join Aang and the Rebellion)
Also starring: Rebel captain Suki; adorable droid M0-M0; Darth Zhao; Sith apprentice prodigy and assassin Azula, along with bounty hunters Mai and Ty Lee; legendary bounty hunter June; other White Lotus members, aka Master Jedi in hiding; Force ghosts Roku, Kyoshi & etc; Force-prodigy-turned-Force-ghost Yue; Jet & his rogue, extremist Freedom Rebels; and the ever present Moisture Merchant.

i just found ur sw atla crossover series and i’m in love with it, it’s amazing
also, just think of the absolute chaos that would be qui-gon and uncle iroh, with their tea and comparing the chaos of zuko and obi-wan’s upbringings and creating even more shenanigans for zuko and obi-wan together
or maybe dooku and iroh? both disgraced from their families, dooku from the jedi and iroh from the fire nation, both who had loved them and been loved by them, both partially driven by the loss of their son (bc qui-gon was as much a son to dooku as irohs son was to iroh)
when you find someone who revels in being as chaotically cryptic as you
