i am biased as heck in terms of trigun and tristamp. both show are AMAZING. but objectively speaking, it is GOOD. the story is promising, the animation (although CGI) is one of the best CG ever animated so far. (we all know about berserk and ex-arm but i'm asking you to be open minded with tristamp and it won't be dissapointing if you just want to give it a tiny sip) this is coming from someone that is extra picky about cgi, as in i often don't want to watch specific anime if they use too much CG in it and the CG work is a mess. but trigun stampede is pretty much VERY FAR FROM THAT TYPE OF CG. honestly if you're tired or just bored of many anime protagonist going wild off and defending their beliefs in this super rough and wild way, fight this and that, left and right, "justice must be served" type of protag, trigun is a nice change of story telling and characterization of characters. (i'm not saying they're "novel" with it, but with the current anime series and stories, trigun/tristamp is a very nice change of pace) i think the biggest example for now is demon slayer? how they humanize the demons behind their wrong doings (as they are essentially people, human) and how tanjiro as a protag is very compasionate too to his enemies and at the end of the day he just wants what's best for everyone and he wants to protect his sister. with that in mind, fellas i think you will also love Vash The Stampede. TLDR : tristamp animation is really good, the story is very promising (let them cook guys i promise episode 12 will pay it off), they are very detailed in the world building of tristamp as they add more detail than 98 trigun so if you love the tiny bits of lore like that it's very interesting. love and peace guys, have a nice ride watching tristamp.

vash's arm in stampede has a specific ost dedicated to it and i lost it

first of all this might come off as a word vomit and the words are not coherent, i am struggling to find the words to express my feelings towards this one soundtrack in stampede.

ok so if you check out the newest TRIGUN STAMPEDE playlist, there's the OST titled "Drain Arm" and i swear it is one of the most beautiful soundtrack i've heard after so long not finding pieces like this in anime nowadays.

the very concept of the Arm (at least in stampede) is shown to be this highly destructive and lethal thing that could kill anyone. but then you listen to it, they give something so horrifying, something so beautiful to listen to.

the ost reflects how vash feels at that time, how he finally come in to terms of what he wants to stand up for. how he wished him and knives we're not so different. how he is willing to commit himself standing up for what he believe is right.

even in those moments of him finally making terms with himself, there are still parts of nai/kni in him, it's something that will never leave him as he cared for his brother dearly that he'll always be part of him. even in the most nerve wrecking life threatening moments.

the soundtrack manage to convey happiness, grief, beauty, fear and death in the most beautiful way as possible. it also pictures that this is not the ending for vash, it is something new. a begining to a new chapter in his life, a new adventure awaits him. the glimpse of hope in that dreadful scene was so heart wrecking yet beautiful as we see vash slowly falls and nai slowly dying and leaving vash. as if giving a sign that it's time to move on and start a new.

I've been wanting to do this for awhile now bcs to know hatano wataru as chikage's VA (even before Act2! Started) i can't help but to get excited but also burst out laughing in the same time. Bcs i've been following hatano for awhile and to know him, could be said he's almost the complete opposite of chikage and i think that's seriously funny. I think he's the perfect VA for chikage but i want to give some comparison between cabbageman and his VA.

Even better tho, there's more than 300 etnicity in indonesia and each one has it's own culture and wedding traditions, and that comes with each clothing style and etc. So it's really interesting to see weddings (for me at least)
