Being traveling newlyweds, Sasuke and Sakura Uchiha never experienced a dull moment together. I’m only half a year, they’d visited so many places, saved so many lives, contributed so much—and ultimately had pledged their love for one another, making things official once and for all.

It had been the greatest day of Sakura’s life. Not because they had some grand, lavish wedding, but because she was able to marry Sasuke, the love of her life. She never failed to tell and show him daily just how much she adored him and Sasuke was so grateful to her. From the bottom of his heart, Sakura was so precious to him.

She was his wife.

Traveling with her was peaceful for the most part. Having her soothing presence by his side was something he’d quickly grown used to. It was hard to imagine all the months he’d wandered the earth alone, without her. It was difficult to imagine that there had been a yoke when they weren’t married.

There had also been a time when he never thought he could settle down and agree to something like being married—though he always knew if he did, Sakura would be the one. It was always Sakura.

The respect he had for her was grand, but more than that, she had always been a precious person to him. When he thought of those he wanted to protect, those that he would put his own life on the line just to keep breathing, Sakura was at the top of that list.

Since they’d gotten married though, a lot had shifted between them. After being intimate with Sakura that first time, Sasuke just found it extremely difficult to control his body from reacting to her over every little thing. It was humiliating, but even so, there was nothing he could do to stop it.

He didn’t want to anyway.

Even now as they wandered through the forest as it began to drizzle, just a bit of rain that wasn’t too much for them to worry about. However, it was enough to drop the temperature and dampen their clothes. Normally, Sasuke would have used his susanoo to shield her from the rain, but it wasn’t that bad… and he was enjoying the sight of her shivering every few moments.

Sakura tucked her hair behind her ear, it had grown long, hanging down her back now as she hadn’t had it trimmed since before their travels began. Sasuke didn’t really have a preference, he thought Sakura was beautiful no matter how long her hair was. Right now though, seeing her cheeks turn pink and her bright green eyes avert from his general direction, he found that she was exceptionally perfect.

There wasn’t anything Sasuke’s eyes missed. Ever. Especially not when it came to his wife. Her nipples had perked under the cool air and dampness of her top and even though she tried to be subtle and cross her arms to hide the fact from him, it was too late. Sasuke has already noticed and he was already turned on.

“Sakura, the inn isn’t far.” He assured her, though he took pity on her and removed his cloak to wrap it around her.

Sakura sighed in instant relief, holding his cloak around her petite frame and savoring the warmth it gave her. Of course it ruined his vision, but it didn’t matter. Ridiculous as it was, Sasuke’s body had already begun reacting to his wife and as soon as they had a room, he was going to show her exactly how he was feeling. He’d never tire of doing so.

“Thank you, Sasuke-kun.” She smiled at him, that same soft, pretty smile that always made his heart beat a little faster and then it was he who was looking away and walking a little faster.

The rain had picked up by the time they reached the civilian village they had been traveling to. It wasn’t pouring down, but it was steady enough to leave him no choice but to use his susanoo to keep them dry for the most part at least. Sasuke wasn’t going to make his wife suffer just for his own selfish desires.

Sakura took it upon herself to speak with the innkeeper, getting the two of them a room and then taking hold of his empty sleeve as they walked side by side on their way down the hallway. The place was small but recently renovated. Everything smelled fresh and new, but Sasuke couldn’t pay much attention to it when his wife was the only thing on his mind.

Oh, she was absolutely beautiful. Perfect. The instant they were in the room, she removed his cloak and laid it on the back of one of the chairs by the small table in the room. He wondered if she knew how seductive she was in the way she moved—how her hips swayed so provocatively. She was blissfully unaware it seemed, at least until Sasuke wrapped his lone arm around her waist and backed her up to the bed.

“S-Sasuke-kun?” She blushed, blinking up at him in a way that had his already hard cock twitching in his pants.
