The amount of absolute INJUSTICE that happened this season of Dancing with the Stars! I'm so tired of Bachelor(ette) people placing higher than they should because of their weirdly dedicated fanbases. Also, who was voting for Nelly exactly? He should have been gone WEEKS ago so the fact he placed higher than the queen herself Justina Machado makes me so frustrated.

I watched the Animaniacs reboot, and I am…conflicted to say the least. The show is just so inconsistent! Some of the jokes are insanely hilarious, but others I’m completely stone-faced at. I hate how much gross-out humor is in the show. Some of the segments also drag on wayyyyy too long and I wish they had brought back more characters beyond just the Warner siblings and Pinky and the Brain. The songs are okay, but there were none I fell in love with. It wasn’t all bad as I quite liked some segments (my fav is probably the security cam one with Ralph sleeping through the Warners vampire hunting, and math-terpiece theater was also pretty neat), but overall I’m just disappointed because I had such high hopes for this show and ultimately it’s just a let down.

dhdhsjsksak I just unintentionally bought a diamond option while mindlessly tapping through a chapter I'm so annoyed at myself. How counterproductive that I just spent 20 diamonds on a book I'm only reading to rack up diamonds really quickly ugh...

I've been looking through the books that have been added since I last really played Choices (a while ago), and what even is My First Two Loves? I don't want to sound negative... but how does a book with that writing quality have 60+ chapters? I guess at the very least it's a very quick diamond mine.

I've been bored enough lately that I've been getting back into Choices, and I'm lowkey ashamed of how invested I got with Queen B. It's super trashy and they really force the professor into the story, but also I literally read the whole thing in a day and love Ina with my whole heart. Plus the book is pretty gay and I appreciate that.

I just powered through like half of Open Heart 2 up to where it currently is because I’m (unfortunately) still trash for that series and I have to say I’m not really a fan of the way the Esme situation is being written. With the way things are phrased, it sort of makes it seems like the book is forcing your reasoning for saying Esme intentionally did it being solely to save the hospital and not because you think she actually did. It would be one thing if they made it explicitly clear that Esme didn’t kill him purposely so if you accused her you would be knowingly lying, but it’s another imo when they’ve left it vague. Like, I said that I think she did it on purpose, and the only reason I said it is because I genuinely do believe that and I don’t feel comfortable lying about it. The hospital has nothing to do with my decision, so please stop painting me as a liar who threw Esme’s integrity under the bus for my own benefit, thanks.

It's always kinda bothered me that asexual is sort of... forced, I guess? into using the split attraction model. What I mean is like, aro/ace people having to to clarify they're aro/ace. This just popped into my head because I was thinking back to when I identified as aro/ace and I would just say "Oh, I'm asexual," and then people would ALWAYS respond with "Okay, but what are you romantically?" Like, if I was something other than aromantic I would have specified it. Nothing at all against using the split attraction model, but being forced to use it when your labels aren't split is weird. I def understand why it gets this treatment just because so many people either identify as just aro or just ace and then some other orientation so the split attraction model is really common within the community, but the fact that this doesn't happen with any other label makes me uncomfortable.

#also im sure some people prefer clarifying that they are aro ace #which is great because you should do what makes you comfy #but my personal preference is not automatically applying asexual to the split attraction model #like i said i understand why it happens due to the unique nature of label #but it's just never sat right with me #especially when i don't remember this being the case when i was younger #like im pretty sure this is a recent thing #personal

I saw that Choices had an update to download so I did it and now my icon for the app is no longer MC and Becca, but instead the couple from the Ride or Die cover. This is truly the nail in the coffin of this game for me I'm actually so disappointed about this.
