I’m genuinely flattered that you think I could write so beautifully. I can’t. I’ve written one poem in my whole adult life. While I’m proud of it (I shared it on here), my writing was nowhere near as good as pumpkin’s.

I’m so quick to jump in when exciting stuff is going on because I’m checking in all the time. I enjoy the community here…especially when it isn’t getting infiltrated by haters spreading lies about me.

Does it ever occur to you that at this point you essentially think Taylor’s life is just a stunt / it’s so disrespectful the way you talk about her. Maybe she is just a young woman having fun?? Karlie obviously isn’t part of her life in a meaningful way .. you are going to get a whole break up album and still ignore it .

Super interesting idea to have the album be from Karlie’s perspective. I’ve always held the belief that some songs have been from the muses’ perspective or switching between her and the muse. I also saw someone on x (sorry I can’t share the user cos I was just randomly scrolling) mentioning how the eras intro to tolerate it could be on the album. Probably not, but I’m sure we have unknowingly heard some of it. That piano intro reminds me of evermore, when the music changes at the end, with the piano. Sorry, I don’t know how to describe it! “can we just get a pause” - the TTPD logo has a pause sign in it. Could even be parallel lines. Like on the cake in IBYTAM.

Agreed! I bet throughout her discography there are songs from the perspective of muses. I’d be surprised if the whole TTPD album was from the perspective of a muse/muses but maybe others could see it.

Wouldn’t that be wild if we’ve already heard some of the music?! She must know that would make us go bonkers lol.

Maybe you’re on to something with the pause stuff. A very interesting idea I’ve never thought of.

How I feel when I remember we get a brand new album in less than a week:

I've actually been wondering if this is going to be an album from Karlie's POV. Where "the man" referred to throughout could be Taylor herself. ("Mom, I am a rich man", "I'd be the man", Dear Reader, etc.) She's really been doubling down on this device lately, and there have been quite a few songs we speculated might have been from her muse's POV, about Taylor, instead of the other way around. (Renegade and The Alcott being two obvious examples.)

If we think about it from this perspective, an 11-coded Karlie POV track called "I Can Fix Him (No Really I Can)" fits perfectly. It certainly fits the idea that Karlie came into this trying to patch her renegade's broken wings, turn this deep blue girl golden, and really thought she could do it. And found herself making one sacrifice after another in pursuit of this goal, until she ended up in a place she probably never thought she be.

Food for thought! This is a really interesting idea. Let’s try to remember to circle back on this after album release.
