Update: I started the second book and then finished it in two days. Wow. It’s like it was written by someone completely different.
Currently halfway through the third…I’ve started and finished TWO additional books since beginning book three of the series because I don’t want it to end. Even though there are still two more to read after this one.
This is my adult Harry Potteresque obsession.
I’ve never read anything by Sarah J. Maas, but my hold on A Court of Thorns and Roses is ready for pickup at the library this week.
I happened to see something on TikTok about the “correct” order to read everything, but I see conflicting suggestions.
I like things to be in chronological order, but I also want to have the best/most impactful emotional journey while I read them all.
For those of you who are already fans, what order would you recommend?

I’ve heard the writing gets better, so I’ll push through the first two books in the series. I’m 3/4 through the first one and I give it a 6/10 so far. I like the world building.
