Cosplaysimmer’s old CC

Hi everyone,

I haven’t been posting here for a while now after losing most of my Sims data on my old laptop. But now I have some great news for you: I have managed to recover one of my Sims mod folders from an old hard drive, mainly containing cc by Cosplaysimmer.  Despite having been inactive for so long, I still keep getting dozens of asks by people who are searching for that cc. That’s why I’ll upload the files on my SimFileShare now. 

I can’t guarantee that this is a full collection of all of Cosplaysimmer’s cc, but I’d like it to become as complete as possible. If you find anything that’s missing, let me know and I’ll try to find it and add it to the folder. The files will be sorted by the different anime/games the characters are from.

@queenofdespair11037 recently asked me about Cosplaysimmer’s Chihiro Fujisaki Outfit. I didn’t even know that this cc existed but it turns out that it was one of the last outfits cosplaysimmer made before deactivating their website. I won’t reupload this here on my blog directly because I’m not sure if cosplaysimmer made this model themselves, if they had permission to convert it etc. and I don’t want to put my blog at risk. But for those of you who are interested in downloading the cc: I was able to find it pretty easily by searching for it on the TS4 Rebels reddit, simply click on “info” and you should find a link to a Google sheet that has abandoned cc by different creators.

Hi @thiccbeanstalks! Making cc unisex is not that difficult, I'll give you a quick tutorial under the cut:

You need to download and install Sims4Studio first. You can find it here:

When you start the program for the first time it'll search for your Sims game files automatically. That can take a few minutes, depending on your computer.

Click on "My Projects" and search for your Sims 4 modfolder and the dress you want to make unisex.

Under "Categories" you can pick "Age and Gender Flags" and "Fashion Choice". These options make sure that you won't have to filter the outfits by male or female to find them ingame.

This is the most important step: Scroll down all the way on the Categories tab and make sure "Restrict Opposite Gender" is NOT selected.

It's best to save your cc by clicking on "File" and "Safe as..." and give it a new name instead of just clicking the regular safe button or your old cc will be overwritten and you won't be able to recover it in case something didn't work.

Remove your old cc from your mod folder before you put the new cc in the folder!!

Otherwise the game will load the old cc and the new cc won't show up!

And that's it! Your cc should now be unisex and your sims should be able to wear all the epic dresses they want :D

My stuff on the Sims gallery and help with broken download links

I just uploaded my Danganronpa households to the Sims 4 gallery to make it possible for you to download the sims I used for screenshots. It isn’t complete yet but I’ll keep adding the missing sims over time. (You’ll still have to download the cc separately, it’s not included with the sims you download!) My name on the gallery is the same as my tumblr: chrissie24642 

I’m still getting asks from people who can’t download my cc. I don’t know why this happens and the Dropbox links seem to work fine for the majority of people. If you have problems downloading my stuff, please send me an ask and I’ll give you the files directly. But please don’t ask anonymously (log into your tumblr account if you have one!) or I won’t know who asked me and where to send the files.

EDIT: Thank you for sending me a simfile share link! I will upload my cc there, hopefully that helps with broken download links!

Guess who’s still alive!

I finally managed to get a working laptop but I haven’t had the time to transfer over all my sims stuff from my old laptop yet. However, I found this little bear when I looked through my old files today. I finished making Monotaro a while ago and some of you might recognize him from the header picture of the Danganronpa master post. I was originally planning to make all the Monokubs and to release them as one big download. But I then my laptop broke and I think you have waited long enough for new cc from me. So here he is!

This is a full body Monotaro costume for toddlers in the Sims 4, just like my old Monokuma cc.

I have gotten so many asks on how to download my stuff lately and I don’t really know why. I know that stuff from other content creators isn’t available anymore but as far as I know my downloads should still work. And I don’t think Dropbox changed something about it’s downloads either. [Danganronpa x The Sims 4] Recolor & retexture pack

Hi peeps!

Some of you wanted me to bring back this old CC pack, so…yes, here it is.

Tbh, this was my first retexture CC and I thought they`re SO ugly so I deleted this from my Simblr. Didn`t think people are actually still using it. 😂

And for those who don`t know, Danganronpa is a mystery visual novel game series. You can check it here if you`re interested [Steam].

Anyway, you can download the sims on my TS4 gallery (they`re my earlier and very old TS4 sims, so they`re VERY ugly. 😂😂 And they don`t look the same as the new versions I made below).

Just so you can use them as base sims. It`ll be easier to find the CC. (Because I didn`t make thumbnails for them. I`m lazy for this old CC, lol. 🙈)
