お知らせ。 突然ですが、体調が悪化して明日からしばらく入院することになりました。頂いてました生徒さんからのレッスン予約も全てキャンセル、延期させていただきました。また復帰のめどが付き次第、各生徒様にはご連絡させていただきます。休んでいる間に体をしっかり治してまた、復帰したいと思いますので、ご理解ご了承宜しくお願いします。 Announcement Suddenly, my physical condition worsened and I was hospitalized for a while from tomorrow. All the lesson reservations from the students I received were canceled and postponed. We will contact each student as soon as we get back on. I will cure my body firmly while I am absent, I would like to return again, so thank you for your understanding.

今日は初めましての生徒さんからのリクエストで、シフォンケーキのレッスンしました。クスパさんから見つけてくださったらしいのですが、なかなか私とのコンタクトが見つからず、(←すみません、ほんとこれみなさん、よく言われます。)優しい娘さんが Instagramしてるかもよ～とわざわざ探して下さり、ここまでたどり着かれたそうです。そこまでして～😢すごく感激しちゃいました💕それを聞いてではないのですが、たまたま昨日のケーキもあったので、テーブルがこんな感じになってしまいました。(^_^;) 私からはおもてなしで今日は朝からvitamix でピーナッツバターアイスを。これ、すごく気に入って下さったみたいで、ほんとよかったです☺✨今度はパンのリクエスト頂いてますので、また次が楽しみです❤ English⬇ Today, I got a request lesson from my new student, and taught Ciffon Cake. Well, she found my class by "Kusupa" on the net, but didn't know how to get contact me. Then, her kind daughter said that maybe I am doing Instagram.. then they finally found me by searching on web and and today, we finally could meet. I was so touched by the story, like little journey to find me only take my lesson. Whoa ～(≧ω≦。)(〃^ー^〃)💕💕💕 It's not just because I heard the story, my table is bit too much this time again. One cake on the left is from yesterday's lesson. My little something for my student is peanut butter icecream made by viamix. 2 sauces for the cake, strawberry and milky sauce. Made ciffon sandwiches with kiwi- whipped cream. She really loved today's lesson and gonna take bread lesson next time. I am so looking forward her next lesson.

試作ナウ。 告知していた今日のクラスは、生徒さんのお婆様が亡くなりになりキャンセルとなりました。ご自分が一番悲しい時に優しい生徒さんは私の次のレッスンを考えてくださり、もうそんなこと全然考えなくていいのに😭。今日は、私まで亡くなった祖母のことを思い出してしまいました。ご冥福をお祈り申し上げます。 Making my trial now. My class was cancelled since my student's grandma passed away. She was so kind to me to ask me about when to come next lesson. No, I can never ask her about my lessons. I even remember now when my grandma died. 😭 R.I.P to her grandma sincerely.

今年のバレンタイン。アメリカの元？彼からの子供たちへ。私の分も入れてくれてました😢　プライベートすぎるので、このアカウントへのアップ悩みましたが感動したので乗せちゃいます。 父親がいない子供たちに小さい頃から良くしてくれて、子供たちのお気に入りでいてくれて、ほんと感謝してます。私の他にこの地球上に私以外の誰かが彼らを気にかけてくれてる人がいるって子供たちが感じれる。ほんとありがとうです。This is too private, but I am so touched and want to share it even here. Those are sugarly sweet Valentine gift we received last weekend from my sweet (ex?), Paul. I didn't expect mine, but he also sent one for me, too. He is such a sweetheart, and so appreciate being so nice to my Kids and being their favorite since they were little. I so overjoyed with his cares for my kids. They r happy that there is someone else besides me who care about them in this earth. Means lot especially they don't know any love from their dad. Thank u.

スケジュールが少しずつ決まってきましたので、お知らせしますね。 2月23日金　JHBS洋菓子パート1　フールセック 27日火曜　シフォンケーキ 3月1日木曜　JHBS洋菓子パート1　フールセック 3月3日土曜　パン機械ごね←内容は未定。お任せでリクエスト頂いてるので、今、内容考えてるとこです。 3月4日日曜　パンてごね←リクエストで、桜あんを使うパンとクランベリーとクリームチーズを使うパンの予定です。もしくはどちらか。２つするときは、手こねはひとつだけにしようと思ってます。 どれも10時からです。 ご一緒しませんか～？ 今回はほとんど初めましての方ばかりです。JHBSのコースは入会していただければ、レッスン入れますよ。詳しくはブログに記載してますので、探していただければと思います。 それから、ライン@のポイントカード、新しいもので、貯めやすいカードに変更しますので、まだ有効期限が切れてない生徒様は、新しいものにポイント移行しますので、レッスン時にお知らせくださいね。こちらは、JHBSと関係ないレッスンだけが対象となります。 宜しくお願いします。

こんばんは。 実はちらほらご予約のお問い合わせがきておりますが、三月は娘の卒業もあり後半がおとりてきないかもしれませんのて、それまでのスケジュールお伝えしておきますね。 2月19日から25日、27.28 3月1～4 、6～10、12～14 予定ですので、徐々に埋まったりもしますし、変更になるかともあります。宜しくお願いします。 メニューですが、洋菓子は春なのてイチゴのタルトとかいかがでしょうか？メニューはご予約戴いた最初の方のリクエストがその日のレベルメニューになります。 宜しくお願いします。

今日はバレンタインシーズン最後のガトーショコラのレッスンでした。line@からのご予約戴いた初めての生徒さんでしたが、初めましての感じもいつの間にかなくなって、楽しかったです。美味しい。の一言とまた来たいの一言。ほんと嬉しいです☺💕💕 また、お待ちしていますね。instagramされてない生徒様～♡instagramされてなくても、google でkaori.cinnamon. と検索されたら、instagram 見れますよ。遊びに来てください😆多分facebook も見られます。 クスパさんにもレッスン予定なかなかたてられず更新がinstagramばかりで、申しわけないです～。レッスンのご要望があちらこちらからきてますので、計画したいのですが、何曜日に何系のパンとか例えばご要望言ってくださると助かります♡ 毎月一度パンの日決めて毎月来てくださる方がいらっしゃればほんとベストで、そういう方、大募集です❤❤❤
