Catalyna!! I hadn't drawn her in a while.

She's a monster-hunting vampire with an enchanted axe, and today I've decided to relocate her to Munanhil (the planet my characters River and Eren are from), because I guess I need more threatening pink women there.

My actual reasoning is that Munanhil's story is a bit more monster-centric with horrific entities coming out of rifts in the fabric of space, so a bounty hunter who mostly focuses on bounties for monsters just really suits the setting. There are a lot of bounties available.

#previously she was in Kusolensi which is where folks like Psavine and Nando are from / #which does have monsters but ... it's not as monster-focused / #Munanhil is like .. the zone for anti-magic regions and rift monster drama so seems like a good spot for Catalyna / #she's still a type of vampire that originates from Kusolensi but my worlds with Tiger/Erradox are all at least vaguely connected so / #that's fine. I can work with that / #same type of vampire as Nando and Ithyll! just has a rat alternate form instead of a bat / #Munanhil #Catalyna #.... It's my 29th birthday today!! I typically try to draw something self indulgent but I had NOO idea which character I wanted to draw for me this year because I was torn between a whole bunch. So I decided maybe the best option was to just draw that whole bunch of characters, so I did!

This past year has been a wild combo of highs and lows, but boy, I'm super proud of how much work I've put towards my mental health and acceptance of myself. I'm in a vastly different and better spot this year and I'm really grateful for all the past iterations of me that got me to where I am today.

Here's to another year of leaning more into the wild and messy chaos of being me!!

Birthday dorks!! This was drawn for Rad's birthday on January 24th, but Uni's birthday is on February 5th so they've both recently been the birthday boy by the time this arrives in the queue.

Rad (he/him, one on the left) belongs to @erradox Uni (she/her, one on the right) is mine! We've had these two for many years now and they hold such a special place in my heart. It makes me so happy to get to draw old OCs being happy.
