Kayn always brings you gifts from his crusades - from simple pretty crystals to pieces of clothing and toys/decorations.

Spends hours telling you all about the places he landed and everything he saw - will especially ramble about everything that didn't go as he planned.

Teaches you everything about strategic combat and physical conflict from a young age - you gotta be as good as he is, after all.

Permits you to have your own personal weapons and training materials - even robots to use as punching bags - and will proudly watch you tearing everything down, but is reluctant with the idea of having you on board.

Kayn is very worried about your education and well being overall, especially since he spends long periods of time away, so it's always only the very best for you.

Kayn is the kind to have a hard time genuinely connecting emotionally with his daughter, so he might come off as cold sometimes, but his way of showing how much he cares for you is mainly through gifts.

Of course, he gives you only the best, but he puts a heavy weight on your shoulders - you're the daughter of an Ordinal, after all. Failing to meet his expectations might lead to a very cold and resentful Kayn.

Aaaah I hope you don't mind the extra "reader being a badass and kicking Viego's ass" spice I put there! Viego x Ice Queen!Reader You had envisioned the perfect, effortless trap.

It was during an ambush that you discovered that your icy powers could actually stop them: watching in wonder while the ghoulish creatures exploded within their ice domes, shards flying everywhere, leaving no trace of their existence.

You had collected everything you knew about the Black Mist and that Viego prince. Making notes about the routes he made and the way he acted; it was common knowledge he was looting after some kind of special artifacts not even him knew for sure whatever it was, and as a consequence, he would come to confront whoever was the authority around about it. Maybe his eagerness and impulsiveness would get the best of him, after all.

Sitting alone at the mighty throne disposed in the middle of the decorated hall, you gazed down at the giant oak doors, the marble walls colder as you ever imagined they could get. You had ordered one week before that the city should be evacuated as fast as possible, so Viego and his green, screeching shadow ghouls would be met with a silent, cold and unviting Kingdom.

With the imminence of the Mist slowly engulfing the carpeted floor you preened yourself, hands resting on each arms of the throne, chin up, with a cold, determined stare watching down with disdaim as a tall figure dramatically shaped itself between the mist.

“King Viego. I’m afraid you have come here for nothing. I don’t have what you seek”, you remained unfazed with his abrupt approach, having the audacity to pull your necklace closer to him, the emerald-painted fire on his eyes burning with a cold fury.

“Do not dare to deny me what I seek, lowly witch. You are nothing but a unworthy pebble on my holy odyssey to bring the love of my life back.”

No matter how much the man before you tried to mock you, pull you down. You were no showcase queen; you were a fierce leader, responsible for the rising of that piece of land back to the maps of merchandise, bringing back the hope for a stable and fertile economy. You had great pland for that small Kingdom, and going down in history as just another land overtakem by the Black Mist monstrosities was definitely not one of them.

You were about to confront him, when you noticed the small Crystal that adorned your family crest necklace shimmering in a soft blue light, answering to Viego’s touch. Well, that sure was concerning; feeling your heart race from the revelation, you took advantage at Viego’s awestruck moment to send a gust of ice against his chest, shards building about his torso up his neck and down his arms. Taken aback from your sudden retalation, Viego let his sides open for long enough for you to react and kick him away from you.

You watched as Viego contorted between the insistent ice, drawing crystal blue veins over his armor and pale skin, slowly joining like a starry sky, the shards stopping inches away from overtaking Viego’s face – the fury of one hundred gods plastered all over his lines and eyes, enough to make you believe he would eventually melt himself from the ice dome. Still, the contrast between the resplendense of the ice and the torment of a spoiled prince was a true work of art, beauty unparelled to any sculpture or frame you have erver laid your eyes upon.

You caught yourself walking down to the tormented, half-frozen sculpture with wonder, too focused on the way the small snowflakes melted on his cheeks, leaving small, brief sparkles on the pale skin to even notice the curses and profanities Viego was shouting at you.

Never have you ever thought your magic would be capable of creating something so wonderful.

“Not so tough now without the aid of your creeplings, it seems...”, you coo at him in a mocking tone, a finger gently brushing against one of his frozen hair strands, earning a growl from him.

You knew your magic wouldn’t be enough to restrain him for too long, however, it would be enough for now. In the end, you could Always use some fun on those cold halls to brighten up your future. The small crystal on your necklace was the assurance that Viego was wrapped around your finger.

✦ He's the lead vocal and woud try and pass the vibe of being the leader of the group everywhere, be it on social events or between the rest of the group. ✦ Overly confident, a true show off! It's impossible to get yor eyes off of him when he's on stage. He's always shining brighter than the neon lights and it feels like he doesn't even need to try. ✦ His stage character is of the charming bad boy, so he's always moving around in a powerful and sensual way. ✦ He's always posing for the photos in a way that his muscles can be highlighted. They're his pride, you know. ✦ His Insta is always full of photos os him doing workouts and interacting with fans! ✦ He's a great dancer and always posts snippets for his fans to enjoy, sometimes he even posts some suggestive moves.

Hello! What's your take on Viego's personality? I feel like everyone sees him as varying degrees of obsessive, romantic, sophisticated, etc. due to Riot's handling of him.

Oh god I could go for hours talking about that! I honestly think he's all of that, but there are a lot more to know; I feel like even though Viego has gained a lot of media since his debut, there's still very little exploration of his character. So, what we know of canon is that he enjoyed the royal life and was unconcerned about his responisbilities as a king, and the only person he ever really cared for - after himself, of course - was Isolde. After her death, Viego was restless to restore her to life, going as far as to almost cause an apocalypse.

I believe Viego had to grow up with the constant reminder that he was always second in line. He was probably more free to wander around and actually be like a child, but was treated like he was less important than his brother. Still, Viego was royalty, so he grew pampered, getting everything and everyone he wanted - which makes me think that nobody was ever sincere with him. So that's why he ended being selfish and so carefree regarding his position. My headcanon is that Viego didn't just fall in love with Isolde because of her beauty, but also because she showed him sincere emotions, the good and the bad ones.

Basically, I think Viego is a character who's got a childish side to him, considering he was very young when he died and lived a comfortable life with no such worries as ruling a kingdom the right way since he believed he'd never be king, but was very dedicated with everything he loved deeply, people or hobbies. Maybe even a perfectionist. He's very stubborn and maybe even a bit naive - I do believe he did know what he was doing when he unleashed the Black Mist in Runeterra and did all the atrocities we know, but reading his short story, his quotes and the way he acted on some of the cinematics, it makes me think that there's a lot he idealized about the world and the people around him that wasn't true.

I feel like he used to be way more confident and spontaneous before the Black Mist, but now he changed to be more methodical, since he always says the Mist is the personification of his sadness. He seems to be the arrogant type when upset, vengeful even. On the bright side, I think Viego would be a very caring friend and lover, the kind that memorized the little things you would be fascinated with, just so he could give you gifts every possible time and compliment you on everything, be it on achieved things or the way you dressed. He's very smart and versed on the arts, so it would always be interesting to talk to him, since he probably knows a bit about everything; Viego also seems like the type to write poetry and talk about philosophies, so I guess he's got a sensitive side to him.

Overall, I think his arrogant posture is mostly something he uses to "protect" himself, but that's also just how he grew up. Royalty will almost always be arrogant and selfish, thinking they're way better than anyone else. He probably needs to pick up on some social clues of course, but I think once he feels like he can finally get his shield down, he'd be a very good person, the kind that would kill someone or kill himself for you. Beware of clinginess though, I feel like he's the kind of friend/lover who needs to have his loved ones' hand somewhere over him always.

(Also, I'd like to point out the fact that he spent the kindgom's fortune to try and get Isolde back. Maybe it's just the obsessive side of him acting up, but I think he does suits the type that doesn't worry about spending money if it's something for his loved ones...)
