My art summary for 2020. Once again, I’ve only posted a very small percentage of these images online—partly because of art theft and partly due to a lack of confidence, but I still wanted to share a bit of what I’ve done over the past twelve months. This was probably one of the busiest years of my life (so to be honest, I didn’t actually complete artworks for November or October, but I did several artworks during April and some of the summer months. Therefore, I just moved some things around to complete this art summary—let’s not call that cheating :)). Anyway, Happy New Year to all! I hope 2021 will be kind to us.

My art summary for 2019. I know I’ve only posted a SUPER small percentage of the images here—partly because of art theft and partly due to a lack of confidence, but I’ve been considering starting a Patreon account in the new year where you could access these images without me having to severely reduce the quality and watermark them.

Some of my ideas for this Patreon:

-Fanart/sketches/chibis

Just In Case

I don’t plan on abandoning this account, but just in case things go terribly downhill here, I did start a twitter account. I don’t know if I’ll post any new content, but I might upload the stuff I had on my acesdesire blog and my clildusshrine blog.  It feels like a lot of work to start over, and I really liked the creativity that tumblr has to design your blog’s page, and that doesn’t really exist on twitter, so who knows how things will go. This is one of the very few projects I did that actually made it “successfully” out of Blender. I’m still super, super new at this, so if anyone’s got any tips, I’d be happy to hear them—particularly on Cloud’s hair, as it wanted to render looking like cheese strings! :) I accidentally made him bald when I played with the particles too much, too. *sigh* I’ll get it right someday! I’m determined!

Tidus might never be sure why he decided to take Cloud to visit the Farplane. Maybe he thought it would put Cloud at ease to see his loved ones again. Maybe he just wanted to show his support, to let Cloud know that it was okay to miss them. There was no guarantee that the deceased from Cloud’s world would even appear in Spira; there was no evidence that suggested that the Farplane and the Lifestream were even connected. Regardless of the reason he had brought Cloud here, Tidus quickly regretted that he did. He hadn’t told Cloud where they were going—if he had, Cloud probably wouldn’t have gone—but once Cloud was there, he didn’t want to leave, not until he saw them. Especially Zack. He had so much he owed Zack. For a long while, Cloud just stood and stared and waited, saying nothing but speaking loudly with his big, longing eyes. Tidus chewed his lip nervously, realizing that if someone was going to appear, they would have done so by now. Even when he said this, Cloud refused to leave just yet. He wasn’t ready. He thought there might still be a chance. What would he say if he did see someone? What would he do? He couldn’t even think that far ahead. He just wanted to stay until something happened, until Zack or Aerith told him that everything was okay. Tidus was never one to deny Cloud’s wishes, so after a few minutes, he gave Cloud a smile, and suggested that they at least sit down while they wait, and make themselves comfy. And they did. I can’t believe I never uploaded this before! I made it a while back, forgot about it, and just thought of it again the other day when I found my rough sketch of it (from before I posed it). 

This is my headcanon where after Tidus goes back to Cloud’s world, he has painful headaches as his memories of his homeworld come back to him. Aww, why do I torture these two so much??  I love them to pieces!!
