Cover Yosemite and Yellowstone in one trip?
I don’t live in the US, but I have two weeks at the beginning of October, arriving/departing from LA, is there a way to visit both parks? Any advice or tips (car rental vs tours, weather, etc)?

3 Weeks in Europe - Itinerary Thoughts?
Hi everyone!
My partner and I are going to Europe together for three weeks (23 days) at the end of August. We have flights booked to fly in and out of Paris. Nothing else is booked, but we would like to spend the majority of the time in the Mediterranean.
Must haves on this trip: good food, nature, sunny and warm, history Nice to haves: beaches, adventures, good wine
Our plan right now is: 4x nights - Paris 3x nights - Marseille 3x nights - Mallorca 4x nights - Barcelona 1x night - Naples 6x nights - Amalfi Coast 2x nights - Paris
I have three questions:
1) is that enough time in all of these places to enjoy them?
2) is a budget of 5,000 USD enough for this trip (excluding flights to and from Europe). We want to stay in air bnbs and hotels but won't be balling out.
3) do you think these places will be able to fulfil the must haves and nice to haves I listed above?
Any other thoughts are really appreciated!

What options do I have for traveling with a 16oz bottle of prescription shampoo?
I use a prescription shampoo for a scalp condition; the bottle is about 16oz. If I'm traveling abroad for several months, do I have no choice but to check baggage every single time I fly?

Thoughts on Moorea? Input if you've been appreciated
My wife and I have were just in Belize and did the jungle and Caye Caulker and had an absolute blast with all the excursions and tours we did. We have been to Costa Rica and Cancun and Cozumel. We heard that Moorea was very fun and beautiful. Has anyone been? Average spent on a meal there for example? What did you do? Any suggestions or advice are appreciated. Thanks!
Also, we like to do activities alot. Typically we plan for one activity a day and then chill on the beach. We swam with whale sharks in Isla Holbox, so not sure if humpback whales in Moorea is much better? I'd like to do humpback whales!

TV series about Sweden (travel, documentary)
Hi,
could someone know any travel or documentary TV series that is about Sweden?
It can be about Swedish society, nature, culture, travel vlogs etc.?
I am looking for something that is more thorough, more in-depth and it's not just one single episode.
Thank you!

Missed connecting flight, options?
I missed a connecting flight due to short layover, I cleared the security and made it to the boarding before 10 mins of departure but they didn't allow me saying the doors are closed, apparently looks like they sold my ticket to someone as I saw they allowed another person to board the flight while I was standing. I tried to argue and fight but ended in vain.
Question is while I was sitting at the gate, i searched for alternative itinerary and there was another airline altogether whose departure time is 30 mins from now that can take me to my destination with 2 stops. I didn't approach them though. But had I approached them, would they have issued tickets for me and I was willing to pay, and I was already at their gate now that I don't need clear security. Is it a possible for them to issue tickets at gate or should I go out of Gates and try to come inside altogether.

Travel Insurance Help
I'm looking for some help. I'm planning a month-long trip to Europe this summer (mostly Germany/Austria). I bought travel insurance when I bought my plane tickets. I've never bought it before but I figured with everything going on right now, it would be in my best interest to get it.
Does the insurance that I bought cover my whole trip? Or just my plane tickets, since I bought it with them. The plan paperwork (Generali Global Assistance) they sent me talks about medical stuff and loss of luggage and travel delay.
Looking for those that are more familiar with insurance to help. Gracias!

Can being buff/swole (muscular) prevent mugging/accosting in foreign countries? Or does it make you more of a target?
Hello!!
This is probably the most assanine/stupid question asked in a while, but I am curious because I am a 190 centimeter tall male at 100 kilos (6'3 220 lbs) who is pretty built. Many people advise caution traveling in certain areas, and outright advising people to NOT travel to certain areas due to danger/other perils. My question is, as a bigger guy, would I be MORE of a target to certain perils like kidnapping, murder, robbing etc. because I would stand out more? Or would they pretty much avoid me all together due to my stature and just go for someone else?
I know it probably extremely depends country to country and this is a super open-ended question, but I am looking for general advise/experiences of travelers on this subreddit in relations to body size and safety regarding traveling abroad! Thanks so much in advance, and this question may be even dumber then I think it is after seeing all the replies, so please forgive me for my stupidity if that is the case!

STT Fuel Shortage
Many flights out of Saint Thomas Cyril E. King Airport the past few days (and scheduled for today) are being diverted to St Croix or Puerto Rico due to a jet fuel shortage at STT. I haven’t seen this reported anywhere in the news.

Do you think 4 nights in Amsterdam is worth it considering the long flight from NYC?
Next month I’m considering visiting a long time friend who moved there recently. But I don’t want to make the trip too long since I’m trying to save some vacations days, and because of other commitments I have that month. Generally when I fly that far, which is like 6 or 7 hours, I like to spend at least a week. What do you think of flying that far only to stay 4 nights? I feel it’s ok and really want to see him, but I’m also a little on the fence about the distance to time spent there ratio and wanted to hear your opinions.
