requests are open!
bright's prompt list
I use prompt lists for inspiration when I’m bored and / or my to do list is empty. I want to use this one for a long time, and I have yet to find just one that works for me one hundred percent. This is a compilation of different prompts from my favorite lists. Very few of these are originally mine, but I do not remember the account names, to tag and credit them. This list will always be available and if requested I will always write prompts for it!
“I can’t do anything right.”
“Please don’t cry.”
“Why are you awake right now?”
“Why are you lying to me?”
“Wake up! Please wake up.”
“Forget it, you’re a fucking asshole.”
“Don’t you ever do that again!”
“Nobody’s seen you in days.”
“When’s the last time you slept?”
“Do you even still love me?”
“Is that blood?” “No…”
“Please don’t lie to me again, I can’t take it.”
“I’m worried about you.”
“Can you shut up for once in your life?”
“Holding everything in doesn’t help, you know?”
“Are you hurt?” “No.” “Then why are there bruises all over your face?”
“If you don’t hug me right now I might fall apart.”
“Leave! Me! Alone!”
“Go with me?” “As long as you hold my hand.”
“Is there a reason you’re blushing like that?”
“Have you seen my hoodie?” “Nooo…” “You’re wearing it, aren’t you?”
“Have you always been this beautiful?”
“Oh, you’re jealous!”
“Can we stay like this forever?”
“Please just kiss me already.”
“I think you might be my soulmate.”
“Sleep over? Please?”
“Are we on a date right now?”
“I think I’m in love with you.”
“He’s so pretty I think I’m gonna faint.”
“Are you flirting with me?” “You finally noticed?”
“Am I your lockscreen?” “You weren’t supposed to see that.”
“I missed you so much.”
“Do you think the moon is jealous of how pretty you are?”
“I’m here for you.”
“I wish we could live together already.”
“All I do is drink coffee and say bad words.”
“Quit touching me, your feet are cold!”
“I think I just ripped my pants.”
“Sharing is caring, now give me the hoodie!”
“Can I pet your dog?” “Do I know you?”
“Did you seriously get your foot stuck in a toilet?” “Maybe.”
“If I die, I’m haunting you first.”
“But I’ve never told you that before.”
“Can we please stop running? I think I’m dying.”
“You said to be honest- stop hitting me!”
“Wear that outfit I like tonight. You know the one.”
“I never want to see you talking to them again.”
“Don’t look at me like that, like you’re afraid of me.”
“Where were you? You’re thirty minutes late.”
“You’re not leaving the house dressed like that.”
“They’re no good for you.”
“Look me in the eyes when I talk to you.”
“Are you trying to make me angry?”
“You could have died.”
“I’m not going anywhere.”
“You’re trembling.”
“Hands off.”
“Do you trust me?”
“I’m never letting you out of my sight again.”
“Gosh, you’re burning up.”
“Have you eaten today?”
“You’re so pale.”
“Come here.”
“Love is overrated.”
“Watch me.”
“What? Does that feel good?”
“Make me.”
“Don’t act so innocent. I heard you.”
“Stop biting your lip.”
“Pay attention or I’ll make you.”
“Don’t make me pull over- that’s it!”
“He can’t make you feel as good as I can.”
“You look so pretty underneath me.”
“Nice hands.”
“I want to hear you beg for it.”
“You asked for it.”
“I know you can be louder than that.”
“What are you going to do about it?”
“Good girl.”
“Lay back and let me take care of you.”
“Mine.” “Say it again.”
“We can’t do that here!”
“Watch your language.”
“You know you like it.”
“So obedient.”
“I love how you make me feel.”
“Do what I tell you.”
“I won’t tell you again.”
“Patience, baby.”
“I can explain.”
“That’s how the story goes.”
“None of this is your fault.”
“I know it hurts.”
“Are you serious?”
“You’re safe now.”
“Nobody’s going to hurt you.”
“I don’t understand.”
“This isn’t what I wanted.”
“My head hurts.”
“I’m right here, okay?”
“Wow, you look… amazing.”
“Are you okay?”
“Who did this?”
“I made a mistake.”
“When I’m with you, I’m home.”
“There’s nothing I can do anymore.”
“This is going to hurt.”
“That was kind of hot.”
“Please don’t let me be alone.”
“Don’t try to fix me. I’m not broken.”
“Stop it, you’re bleeding.”
“You’re going to make yourself sick.”
“What happened?”
“Your hands are shaking.”
“I came as soon as I heard.”
“I’m not leaving you.”
“Please don’t cry.”
“What did you do?”
“It’s going to be okay.”
“Breathe with me.”
“You’re not alone.”
“I’m not going to hurt you.”
“Out of everyone, it wasn’t supposed to be you.”
“You’re all I care about right now.”
“I’ll walk it off.”
“You worry too much.”
“I’ll handle this.”
“They don’t deserve you.”
“Get your hands off my ___!”
“I’ll protect you.”
“I’d do anything for you.”
“Try to eat something.”
“Hold still!”
“I got you.”
“I’m always okay.”
“They’re counting on me.”
“Something’s wrong. I can tell.”
“You never learn.”
“Say that to me one more time.”
“I’m scared.”
“I immediately regret this decision.”
“Please help me.”
“Please stay with me.”
“I’m just tired.”
“You have my word.”
“Do you promise?”
“I’m sorry.”
“Stop moving!”
“Didn’t I tell you to shut up and listen?”
“When you smile, I fall apart.”
“Look at me.”
“Be careful.”
“You owe me.”
“Take my jacket, it’s cold outside.”
“Come on, I’ll walk you home.”
“Let me help.”
“Don’t sell yourself short.”
“You’re holding back.”
“You can do this.”
“I believe in you.”
“I saved your life.”
“Of course I trust you.”
“Please forgive me.”
“I have to say this now.”
“You’re the most important thing in my life.”
“I don’t care about them, I care about you!”
“Your lips are blue.”
“Why are you here?”
“I just wanted to tell you that I think you’re beautiful.”
“You’re worth it all.”
“You’re in shock.”
“You’re so cold.”
“I love you so fucking much.”
“Please don’t push me away.”
“Is that my shirt?”
“It’s all ruined.”
“Fall apart… I’ll catch you.”
“All I want is for you to love me like I love you.”
“For once in your life, just fucking trust me.”
“You’re so tiny.”
“If you think he’s so great, then why are you here?”
“You should know better.”
“I’d do anything for you.”
“I didn’t sign up for this.”
“Don’t lie to me.”
“Give me a chance.”
“You’ve been crying.”
“I need you.”
“I don't need you anymore.”
“We can’t keep this up forever.”
“Don’t. Just don’t.”
“Please don’t go.”
“There are no words to describe how I feel right now.”
“Was it my fault?”
“Truth or dare?”
“I’m not them.”
“You deserve everything beautiful.”
“Why can’t you see that?”
“But if I die…”
“I never want to hear you talking like that again.”
“Stop fussing.”
“If you die, I die.”
“Hey, shh, it’s alright.”
“I finally found you.”
“Please let me be here for you.”
“I can’t just let this go.”
“Why wouldn’t you tell me this?”
“I’m fine.”
“I’m not mad.”
“Marry me.”
“Let me love you.”
“Trust me.”
“I won’t lie to you.”
“Let me hold you.”
“Could you lose her?”
“Let’s do it.”
“That’s a terrible idea.”
“There’s no way in hell I’m going to let you do that.”
“I just want you to be okay.”
“I’m just trying to look out for you.”
“Oh, fucking hell.”
“Fuck that.”
“I’m done.”
“Don’t touch me!”
“Wow, you’re weirder than I thought.”
“What the hell is going on?”
"That's dramatic, don't you think?"
"That's it. I quit, I'm sick of this."
"Please, and I cannot stress this clearly enough, go fuck yourself."

hero on standby
pairing: george weasley x reader
summary: in which getting involved with you is a bad idea george can't pass up
warnings: allusions of assault, harassment, violence, cursing
Tumblr media
"Stop it! Get off of me!"
It was probably a terrible idea to do this, for multiple reasons. One, you were you, and George was himself. No, you weren't rude or anything. A wealthy pureblood but you had real class and elegance, believing in equality. George thought that if he did the math that equaled out to you being a blood traitor, but apparently, he was missing something because everyone knew that half of the old Slytherin families were trying to marry off their sons to you. Not that that within itself was bad but with someone of your class, George would surely stand out.
"Let go!"
Not to mention, drawing that much attention to himself would make it awfully hard to be as sneaky as he needed to be in order to pull the pranks he and Fred had to pull. And his mother would have about a billion questions that he personally didn't feel like answering.
"Leave me alone!"
But this was also about the fifth time this week George had seen this pain in the ass Ravenclaw harassing you and not only was that far too much, but his father had raised him better than to be a bystander, even if it was supposed to be a fun Hogsmeade trip. He took a deep breath before walking over to where you were simply trying to walk away and grabbed the male by his blue robes, turning him around to face him. He opened his mouth to smart off, probably something about how the redhead needed to mind his own business but before he could get a word out, George had already pulled back and sent his fist into his cheekbone.
You were out of breath, jacket ripped and half on just from trying to get the guy to leave you alone. Still, George looked good as Pierce fell to the ground from the second punch that broke his nose. You probably should have felt guilty, but you didn't. Pierce had been harassing you for weeks and when you had tried to report it, his friends had jumped you on the way to McGonagall. The Ravenclaw looked like he was going to get up until George kneeled down and grabbed his collar. "I can't believe that my hands got dirty for someone like you," he scoffed before his grip tightened and he yanked him until he could feel the way his breath hitched in fear when his wrists bent, and his knuckles scraped his neck.
"If I ever see you near her again, I will be securing myself a nice spot in Azkaban... Don't look at her, don't go near her, you better not even breathe around her. Are we clear?"
His eyes drifted to you. "Why didn't you just tell me you were dating one of them?" You didn't get a chance to answer before George was rolling his eyes letting out a curse, easily letting go of Pierce and pushing him to the ground. "Because you would have left her alone if she was taken? Because her saying no wasn't fucking enough for you?" he moved like he was going to step on him. "Get out of here before I change my mind."
Pierce ran at the speed of light and all you could do was stare up at George, whose face softened as he turned to you. He noticed how you didn't flinch when he reached out and helped you get your coat back on, zipping it up for you. "Thank you," you whispered. "No one would listen when I asked for help. They just said it was normal."
"Well, it's not, and you didn't deserve that," George said firmly. "Sorry to spring a relationship on you sweetheart, but this way he thinks l'll always be around."
"I'm not opposed to that." Don't tell anyone but his heart fluttered at that, and he cracked a smile at you. "If he bothers you again, you find me, okay? l'Il take care of it."
You laughed drily, but he could tell that you were feeling a little better than you were a moment ago.
"What, so you're just going to be my hero on standby?"
George let out a real laugh at that. "Sure, if that's how you want to think of it."
Oh, right. That was what he was forgetting. The third, and biggest reason that getting involved with you at all was a bad idea; he'd been head over heels in love with you for years.

Yes ofc!!! I just requested something similar to the one of the gallagher sister with selective mutism, but could it be a scenario w lip/other members of the family? Tysm!!!
Lip was a very caring sibling anyway, but he was very attentive to you. He knew how terrible things could be, and he knew that he had made some fucked up decisions and gotten himself in some terrible situations, and he didn’t want that to happen to you. However, when had things ever went his way?
He had been walking home when he saw you running, hood over your head and a panicked look on your face. You weren’t looking behind you at all and if the group of boys running after you weren’t enough to tell him what was going on, your breakneck speed was.
He grabbed you by the shoulders, yanking you against him and stopping you from running. You thrashed against him until he cried out, “Y/N, its Lip! It’s just me!” It didn’t calm you down though, you just turned to him and started frantically signing, but you were going so fast he only caught the word ‘help.’ “Y/N, slow down, sweetheart, I can’t understand you.”
The boys took one look at your brother and ran off, but that didn’t make him worry any less. You were breathing shallowly and you looked pale and dizzy, like you could pass out any second. He wrapped an arm around you. “Come on, Y/N, I got you. Let’s get you home and you can tell me all about what happened today.”

recognize
pairing: george weasley x reader
summary: he never minded it before, but now he craves it.
warning(s): mention of alcohol but that’s pretty much it!
Tumblr media
Recognition is so funny. there are countless times in history that the famous person you grew up hearing about for doing a certain thing, isn’t even the person who did the thing. They just took credit for it, ripped the recognition right out of the true creator’s hands. George never had to worry about that.
He did everything alongside his twin, and everything they did they made sure the point drove home. The two of them completed their pranks to have fun, but they almost always had a purpose for choosing whoever they targeted, and they always made sure they knew who did it, a sort of calling card, if you will. He never had to worry about his accomplishments not being his own, or them not seeing the light of day because someone else matter more. Everyone knew it was the work of the Weasley twins, and he was one of them, so how could he not be recognized.
But for the first time in his life, he found himself being seen as something different.
Girls tended to stray away from him. He could be smooth but they would always be weary of what he had up his sleeve, and most of them couldn’t even tell him and his twin apart, which was why he never tried to pursue much with girls... until you.
He had no idea bout anything about you, other than what the rest of your year already knew- your house, and your age, and your name. But when he spotted you, sitting on the couch with a bottle of firewhiskey in your hands, ignoring everyone else as they danced around you for the party of the latest quidditch triumph, he was determined to know more.
The glow from the fireplace lit up your side profile as he moved to sit beside you. “Hey.”
“Hey,” you said, looking up at him with a soft smile. So, you weren’t miserable or not having fun, you were just doing your own thing. “What are you doing here, talking to me? Shouldn’t you be over there, celebrating?’ George didn’t even need to turn his head to know that you were pointing in the direction of his twin.
“Maybe,” he chuckled. “What are you doing sitting all the way over here then? Parties not your thing?”
You rolled your eyes. “What a cliche assumption. No, I love parties, I just needed a moment to recharge.”
You talked to him like you didn’t care that he was there in the nicest way possible, but you looked at him like he was the only person in the room, and George swore he felt his heart skip a beat. “Y/N, right? I don’t think we’ve ever actually had a conversation before.”
“Not true,” you grinned, tilting your head to the side a little in thought. “We talked once when you asked me for the class notes. But yes, that is my name.”
George narrowed his eyes at you. He didn’t remember ever asking for notes, he was sure he’d remember. “What’s my name?” He asked, thinking that maybe you were mistaking him for his twin.
You frowned. “George Weasley. What, did you get so drunk you forgot your name?” You laughed a little like he had told a joke. “IF you can’t remember, don’t worry. It was like a two second conversation in third year Potions. I wouldn’t remember if I was as busy as you,” you shrugged.
“How did you know I was George and not Fred?” He asked abruptly, and the question had you laughing. So that’s what he was worried about. “You’re funny,” you commented. “Of course I knew it was you. You and your twin aren’t the same person, you know.”
It was such a simple comment, the conversation was so normal, he could have had it with anyone in that room, but he wouldn’t have felt the way his heart soared in his chest if he did. He had never felt so seen in his life; he had never felt so individual before. He loved it, especially when you were looking at him like that. He wanted to know more. He had to know more.
“Want to get some fresh air? It can get kind of chaotic in here.”

something about the sunshine
Tumblr media
If George Weasley knew one thing, it was that he loved sunshine. sure, it was nice when night fell and he knew natures invisibility cloak had his back as he ran through the castle undetected. but it just wasn’t the sun.
Some people loved night, he had heard his twin, even, talking about how it was beautiful when the moon glowed along the lakes surface, about how the faded light and hazy view gave everything it touched a romantic hue. He had heard all about how the silence of civilization when the moon was out gave a touch of peace in an otherwise chaotic life.
George thought they were all liars. because how could anything possibly be more beautiful than the sun? it made your eyes twinkle whenever you beamed up at him so happily, made your hair shine in a way that only emphasized how your curls bounced as you tugged on his arm excitedly. it caught every angle of your face, and he loved the way your smile seemed to be twice as radiant in the daylight.
And when you kissed him? god… it was like the sun came to life inside of his chest and split him apart at the seams, making him feel so lost and yet so complete.
George was sure the moon was beautiful… but it was just something about the sunshine.

pairing: lip gallagher x milkovich!reader
Summary: could i request a Lip Gallagher x Milkovich!reader where she’s had an argument with Terry and needs to get out of the house so she goes to the Gallagher’s cause Ian is her best friend but Lip is the one that’s there so she talks to him and ends up confessing her feelings?
warnings: mentions of violence, feelings
I don’t know how to feel about this one
Tumblr media
You were never the type to just sit around take whatever people threw at you, which could easily be the reason you and Ian worked so well as best friends. Because here you are, knocking loud as hell on his front door when you didn’t even know he was home, but you knew that if he found out, he wouldn’t be mad. In fact, he’d be more mad if you were upset and didn’t come over.
There were tears making a messy path down your face as you started to knock again but you were far from embarrassed as the first thing on your mind at the moment was the argument you had had with your dad just moments ago.
“Y/N?” Lip answered the door instead of your best friend. He frowned at the sight of you crying. “Are you okay?”
You wiped the tears off your face, turning your head to face away from him. “Yeah, I’m fine. Is Ian here?”
You weren’t majorly fond of the idea of letting Lip see you cry, especially not once you remembered to consider the way you feel about him. He looked concerned as he shook his head, but he still moved aside for you to enter the house. “No, he’s not. I’m the only one home.”
You bit your lip. “Oh, then I should probably go-”
“No, wait!” He stopped her from leaving. “I mean, Ian’s not here, but I am. If you, uh, wanted to talk about it or anything, I’d listen.” His voice was quieter than what you were used to, and for a second it made you wonder if something had happened to him, too, but when you looked at his face all you saw was pure concern. He moved further to the side, kicking the door all the way open as a welcoming gesture.
You hesitated before following him inside. “So what happened?” You heard Lip ask as he plopped himself down on the couch. “Mickey just being an asshole again?”
“No. I haven’t cried over jerk brothers since I was a baby,” you let out a chuckle, but it sounded painful. Lip watched you sit down beside him and tilted his head. It was true, though. You grew up tough because your brothers were demons and messed with you relentlessly.
“If it’s not your brothers, then what’s got you crying?”
You sighed. It probably should have felt weird for you to let out all of your current feelings to your best friend’s brother, who just so happened to also be the guy you had feelings for, but it didn’t. It felt like you were talking to anyone, it felt comfortable and he was listening to you. He listened to your rant about your dad intently, not speaking until you threw your hands up in frustration, as if to signal that you were done. “I just don’t understand why he’s so-”
“He’s an asshole,” Lip stated. It was firm, as if he was just stating a fact and that was it. “You’ve known that for years, don’t let him be the reason you cry. I hated seeing it.”
You rolled your eyes. “That’s because you don’t know how to handle your own emotions, much less someone else’s.”
“I just hated seeing you cry. You shouldn’t be crying.”
You shrugged, “I cry a lot, and most of the time it’s because I’m angry, I just never cry to you.”
“Yeah?” Lip looked interested. “What have you cried to Ian about?”
You couldn’t help but laugh. “I don’t cry to Ian.”
“I thought he was your best friend.”
“He is, but do you know how weird he’d feel if he had to hear me complain about having feelings for his brother?”
You didn’t even realize what you said until you realized Lip had been quiet for a little too long and looked over to see him staring at you, jaw dropped. Then you tried to play it off. “I mean, I-“
“Does Ian know you feel that way?”
If you were walking you would have fallen. “I mean, yeah. He knows everything, he’s my best friend. What the hell does Ian have to do with-”
“Oh my god, I’m going to kill him,” Lip groaned out. “He knew I liked you and that you liked me and he didn’t bother to tell me?! That’s so fucked.”
“What, Lip what are you talking abou-” He cut you off by grabbing your face and pulling you closer, slamming his lips against yours. His lips moved with yours in perfect sync, and his hands drifted until he was dragging you into his lap, holding you as close to him as he could possibly get. Your hands drifted into his hair and he let his grip finally settle on your hips.
“Yeah,” Ian scoffed from the doorway. “This is exactly what I wanted to happen.” He shook his head, turning to leave again. “You two are so blind.”
