Some time ago we had the #PaleoZoo challenge on Discord, sponsored by Prehistoric Kingdom.
Goal was the creation of realistic zoo habitats that could hause extinct creatures. As examples I created a bunch of them over the course of a weekend.
Part three. A Shringasaurus temple, Archaeotherium getting brushed, Stegouros burrow, Plateosaurus hatchery, Wakaleo enclosure, Eryops colony, Lystrosaurus lookout, Giganthopithecus canopy walk, Australoraptor waterfalls, Numudotherium pond and the Erlikosaurus canyon.
Another kind of diversity we need in writing is protagonists without love interests. Give me adults with full-fledged stories that don't include falling in love.
Sorry, your boyfriend went inside a pizzeria and accidentally angered forces beyond his comprehension. Yeah, the vengeful spirits scared him into a deadly trap, and now he's stuck inside a rabbit costume forever. They went and walled off the room he died in. Yeah, sorry. He will always come back, though, just not the same. I'm sorry.
Someone on Facebook mentioned that in an alternate universe we could have domesticated the dodo instead of pushing them to extinction. So yeah tag yourself I’m Wingless Blue.
Found your account from one of my mutuals reblogging that one mini frog post, could I learn about some fucked up frogs :D
Everybody is always banging on about Pipa pipa. Nobody is ever talking about how fucked up Hemiphractidae reproduction is
Like, they range from concealed carry, like this Gastrotheca orophylax

which they achieve with a pouch that has a weird ass opening (lack of hyphenation intentional) (not actually anywhere near the cloaca of the frog) (this has earned them the common name 'marsupial frogs' for a very obvious reason)
[src]
…to open carry, like this Fritziana goeldii
[src]
which hatch out but remain glued on until developing sufficiently, like this Cryptobatrachus boulengeri
New comic: How To Stop Birds From Hitting Your Windows. It’s easier than you think! I made this with my friends at FLAP Canada. Their Global Bird Rescue event starts October 5.
This minecraft short comic called "A strange Coast" made by Ian Flynn I believe, I found in a book from my library I work has to be one of the most beautiful and respectful takes on the game.
It understands minecraft so perfectly and doesn't treat it as childishly as the other stories in it did.
We looked inside some of the posts by
