I recently watched Boruto’s episodes revolving the Sasuke Retsuden, and my heart & soul has been fed and pampered!! Every interaction between Sasuke and Sakura increased my lifespan by 10 more times😭💖💖💖
My 13 year old self would be so happy to see this ❤
More Tighnari practice! Since I enjoyed the process of drawing Tighnari so much for my previous post, I decided to draw him once again and do a better job of executing his face.
Still not 100% satisfied, but in my opinion, these two look so much better than the first one~!
[Happy New Year’s Eve, everybody!2023 is arriving in less than an hour here where I live!!!]
My relationship with art became super rocky back in 2021, and when 2022 came, I initially found it difficult to love/enjoy the process of drawing. Self-doubt, tight deadlines for an art course, pressures of producing good art, negative life experiences, social media, and isolation because of the pandemic contributed a lot to me hating drawing/making art. But this year, I still wanted to create something really bad. So I channeled that desire into creating something else since I was REALLY struggling with making myself draw.
I focused on creating videos for my YouTube and wrote plenty of poems and short stories!
Fortunately, around our summer break in July, I finally started to feel motivated to draw again! So, I pushed myself gently to draw self-indulgent things to make myself love drawing again. Now, I’m proud to say that I’ve been drawing consistently on my sketchbook again and that I have even finished tons of short animations before the year ended!
This isn’t a perfect summary of 2022 for me, but these are some of my favorite drawings that I made this year.
I would like to thank 2022 for being a kinder year to me and for allowing me to gain new life experiences with my loved ones and for giving me new knowledge that helped me progress at least 1 step ahead from the me of the years before. Goodbye, 2022! Thank you!
I still can't believe that 2022 is already almost over... Before the year ends, here are some of the drawings that I made in my sketchbook this past week!
