so this European clothing retailer decided to advertise their jean cuts on youtube and it's unintentionally the funniest shit I've seen today. why? well.

now important context here: in German, die (pronounced 'dee') is just a feminine article, it literally means "the".

but if an ad gets placed in the middle of an English video and doesn't use a single explicitly German word for most of the ad, even a native speaker is gonna think "they want me to die how?" it keeps getting funnier.

- "I didn't just make it to vice admiral on looks alone" -AHASsdhfjsd I never expected Rampart to be the funniest character in the entire show. Makes me miss a certain Captain 'I've Commanded Star Destroyers' Kallus. Ex-Imps clearly are the best.

Like it's nice when an actor has Good Opinions but I don't. Think it's actually of earth-shattering importance. I don't think we have to wait breathlessly to learn what every actor thinks about everything. If they're in a position to do something sure but I'm not sure why "pressure supporting cast members on a TV show I like to Make A Statement" is a high priority especially when the stakes aren't "make them do something with their platform" but "make it so it's okay for me to keep watching this TV show I like"

“For being pesky and demanding,” Fives is right; Tup’s learned to swallow the standard issued slob of nutrients, but he’ll admit that getting actual meals is a Force-blessed day for everyone in this mess. Several moans of complete and utter bliss bounce around them already.

“Whatever it is, I’d kiss him,” Tup grins at him. “We got rice, Fives.”

TBB S3E12 'Juggernaut'

- Okay, the likelihood of the assassin being Tech keeps increasing. They didn’t need to show him interacting with Omega at the start of this episode

- I’m still not used to seeing Crosshair back in his old armour. I miss his hair, though

- I love that Tech told Phee about Crosshair and that Phee came away from that with the conviction that Crosshair was a friend and not an enemy

- Is Phee using the same trick that someone used in Rebels? My memory is very vague, haha

- Oh, how the turns have tabled. Too bad Rampart doesn’t deserve to be broken out of prison

- Awwww, Wrecker and Crosshair working together! I didn’t know how badly I wanted to see this

- Wrecker freeing the other prisoners!

- I think Crosshair is having fun

- … but I don’t think that narrow escape helped Wrecker with his fear of heights

- “We’re all in this together” – Eww, you do not get to be part of their squad, Rampart!

- Okay, I really like how this bit of exposition on M-count was done. Hemlock’s voice and the ominous music worked great.
