Here is that ‘sneak peek’ of that Pluto GIF that is still in progress:
The reason it took so long is because I had a hard time finding an art style that looked aesthetically pleasing (I also re-drew the angle overlooking the skyscrapers ... twice); I had to edit brushes to be more efficient and time saving when having to draw certain details (like those skyscraper windows).
[Also keep in mind that in the first photo, some layers are faded to better see Pluto, so the overall image is a lot darker then this when the layers are normal.] [I’m going to finish drawing the tail when I make the file a flip-note so It can be easily animated without obstructing the space behind the tail.]

Updates Soon
Sorry for not being active on here lately, things have been a little busy; but I do have some good news:
My drawing pad (a Microsoft surface 3) kicked the bucket after glitching out for several months- I planned ahead for this to eventually happen, so I bought an all-in-one computer with a touchscreen to use for digital artwork- It took a while to get used to drawing at a different angle (I used to draw on a flat surface, now its slanted foreword with the computer screen), But the speed in which I can draw has improved significantly as well as the quality (having a larger screen to work with now also helps). I’ve also edited the first two chapters of ‘Megaman: DWN Missile Orders’, but I will wait to update it on Archive of Our Own (Ao3) until I finish writing the last of chapter 3.
It might still be a while until I finish that Pluto GIF (I finished drawing the background and his figure) as well as any other artwork I still have planned, so I’m going to post some ‘sneak peeks’ of what is done so far shortly.

Pluto Design Sketches
Here are some sketches of Pluto (SRN-008) from Megaman V.
(Again, sorry if it looks a bit rough; I’ll later re-draw this on my digital drawing pad along with color it for more clarity of small details.)
Tumblr media
My interpretation of these re-designs will mainly try to be realistic and practical with some (and in this case Major Changes) to the characters; so, let’s get into more detail with Pluto, the agile weaponized robot/cyborg, and the specifics what his abilities are and what he is, along with a character bio. (basically, these are head-canons with sketches and details of such.)
[But first, a little explanation: Since Pluto is associated with being a god of the underworld, I went to various lengths into making his re-design show that aspect by making it look as unsettling and alien as I possibly could while also retaining Pluto’s cat-like nature/traits.]His overall appearance could be best described as terrifying since he has four spider-like arms with retractable swards, a absurdly tall and thin body, a long flexible neck covered in translucent fur, [actually based this part off of cats because my cat at home appears to have a very short fluffy neck one moment, the next moment she spots something on the ceiling and extends her neck to full length; it’s quite funny looking, but also has the potential to be somewhat unsettling when this same kind of characteristic is seen in something less cute/fluffy and more unfamiliar.]]
Pluto was once an average house cat on a faraway planet with similar biology to earth, and his current form is the result of a cruel military experiment that planned to use brains from predatory animals into weaponized cyborg bodies; The Stardroids eventually came across him locked up in a laboratory and decided to have him join their gang. Terra eventually had to upload Pluto’s mind into a digital format and modify parts of his body due to his organic brain showing early signs of decay; his life support system on his back got converted into a long distance transmission radio, his oxygen tank got re-wired and was replaced with a concentrated fuel-tank, and his ‘digestive tract’ got re-worked into tubing for flamethrowers and rapid fuel transferring to his lower half of his body in conditions where there might not be gravity. Overtime, his A.I. grew more advanced than his initial mental capacity of a household cat, he is fluent in multiple alien languages, computer program languages, and repair schematics for various types of robotics; Pluto could be considered one of the smartest members of the Stardroids. Since he was technically once a cat, he finds comfort in cat activities such as napping on top of high shelves, clawing carpeted areas, and lounging wherever seems like a hindrance to others (like in the middle of a hallway).
Pluto is a specialized and versatile member of the Stardroid gang, he has an arsenal of various weapons and has built-in programming that helps him serve his main occupation in the Stardroid gang, deadly assassin. In addition to that, he also is the back-up pilot and secondary chief. Despite being weak to Mercury’s abilities, Pluto is close friends with him, and does not seem as close to another member of the Stardroid gang. His robotic body is specialized to be as weaponized when optimal, specific parts include: spiked segments on his long tail doubling as a melee weapon, retractable swards on each of his forearms, clawed fingertips and feet, flamethrower built into the underside of his skull, retractable fangs lining the inside of his mouth, backup swords stored in compartments on his lower legs, a plasma gun built into the tip of his tail, and a plasma rapid-fire gun stored onto his back panel through magnets and a strap. Pluto’s fighting style can be best described as unpredictable due to him strategizing what his foes are capable of before fighting, he will use a stealthy approach on foes in a unfamiliar environment, or a straight-forward approach if he knows he has an advantage. His long and flexible neck features translucent color-changing fur on the outer surface, and the outline of his ‘spine’ is visible, along with the tube on the front of the neck. The front of the chest plate has multiple vents that regulate the temperature of his internal engine and components on a radical scale, he could still retain his regular body temperature even in the cold depths of space, as well as remain fairly cool on the rim of an active volcano. His armor is colored in dark tones of purple and red with highlights of bright gold in select areas, as well as dark metallic grays and chrome-like black. Pluto’s whole robotic body is tall, slim, and flexible for being able to outmaneuver his opponents in any scenario; to help with this further, his tail can wrap around foes behind him, as well as move possible obstacle out of his way when he needs to into the opposite direction. His tail is roughly a few feet longer than twice his total height, he is 9 feet tall when fully upright without slouching, so his tail is a little over 18 feet long.
His standard helmet features a horizontal build that allows him to have a elongated jaw lined with retractable metal teeth as a weapon, and a flamethrower attached to the underside of his skull. It has no face, but instead features a curved black computer screen that displays various images ranging from digital cat faces, to numbers/letters and error messages, as well as advanced hearing modules in the shape of cat-like ears and notches on the side of his helmet.
Tumblr media
Since Pluto’s A.I. ships and hardware got placed inside his heavily armored chest, he can easily swap out certain robotic body parts when it’s appropriate, such as his head and long neck; typically, outside of battle and dangerous missions, he prefers to swap out his typical head for a humanoid one with a normal sized neck [still featuring fur]- the appearance of his face could be described as resembling that of a teenager or young adult. He is quite shy when he has this head swapped on, and will actively try to hide his eyes whenever possible; the only other people who have seen his full face besides himself are Mercury and Terra. (yes, it does say ‘Adorable Dork’ above the sketch)
Tumblr media
Pluto’s arms are strictly specialized for combat, balance, and effective movement when having to rely on upper limbs as well as his legs. The general shape of his arms resemble spider-legs, as well as have similar abilities in that he can crawl on most surfaces silently, upside-down and or sideways, and help retain better balance then that of regular arms when quadrupedal (or, in his case hexa-rupedal, because he has four arms...). All four of his arms feature two retractable swords in his large forearm, and each of his arms can ‘split’ from the shoulder to have two separate arms protruding from one shoulder (he can have a total of eight arms with eight individual swards protruding from each one).  The base of each of his arms (shoulders) can rotate on a 360 degree axis, to maximize the dexterity and reach of his arms when fighting opponents with his retractable swords. His arms feature panels of fur similar to the kind on his neck; as well as a reinforced elbow joint with circular vents on both sides of the arm. Pluto has a tendency to ‘groom’ the fur on his arms when the fur gets dirty or wet. The underside of his hands feature specialized padding hat allows him to stick to rough and smooth surfaces, this padding can be removed to have normal hands outside of combat. His fingers and the claws on his fingertips can adjust length and retract into his hand.
Tumblr media
Pluto’s boots have many unique features such as external air-pump hydraulics, compartments for storing spare hand-held swords, soft knee pads, and external components designed for gripping the ground beneath him. The lower portion of the boots can be extended or shortened for extra leverage when sprinting or extra height; typically he keeps it extended because he is more comfortable with standing and waling with his heels above the ground, but has to shorten it to drive and operate vehicles properly. His boots feature external components that function similarly to toes, the components grip the ground underneath him and provide additional traction on rough surfaces, like mud or slippery rocks; in addition it also serves as a weapon due to each digit having sharp claws at the end. The main portions of his boots feature specialized hydraulics that are air-pump based in design, the hollow tube can contract and extract in a mater of milliseconds and the sealed design ensures it would work in the vacuum of space; this allows Pluto to jump and withstand landing from heights as tall as some skyscrapers.
Tumblr media
(Sorry for not being active on here, life got busy again, but at least I found some time to finish this up.) Next, I’ll try to get some practice making atmospheric GIFs with my digital drawing pad, along with maybe drawing up some short comics. (Yes, some of it will include Mercury and Pluto, they are fun to draw.)

Mercury Design Sketches
Here are some sketches of Mercury (SRN-002)
(Again, sorry if it looks rough; I’ll later re-draw this on my digital drawing pad along with color it for more clarity of small details.)
Tumblr media
My interpretation of these re-designs will mainly try to be realistic and practical with some (and in this case Major changes) to the characters; so lets get into more detail with Mercury, the horrific space abomination, and specifics of what he is and can do, along with a character bio. (Basically, these are head-canons with sketches and details of such.)
[But first, a little explanation: Mercury, since he poses the ability to turn into a green slime and have a weapon that saps away energy, I thought it would make more sense if he was the green morphing slime because it seemed more likely, out of the countless galaxies out there, that a living [and horrific] organism would have those characteristics than a robot made as an experiment.]
Mercury is slime-based shapeshifting alien organism that specializes in disguising and assimilating as other alien species, then finding the critical flaws within that alien society for more efficiency when he and the other Stardriods later destroy the civilization inhabiting that planet. (On the Stardroid’s space ship, he is in charge of maintaining order of his other crew members as well as making secondary decisions of what the Stardroid’s should do next) He originated from a dictatorial planet deep in space and is a unique hybrid from two unknown alien species.
His general appearance is that of a mass of translucent green slime; similar to a man-sized amoeba, he can alter his shape, size, and color to his advantage by condensing and de-condensing, rearranging and modifying himself at the cellular level. Mercury’s true form when he is not using his shapeshifting abilities is quite unsettling, he is a mass of slime -towering at 95 meters- covered mostly with flailing tendrils (which is quite similar to Ra-moon) and prominently features a misshapen crocodilian head with endless rows of moving teeth inside his jaws, along with six dark pupil-less eyes. Mercury does have some key limits with these abilities since he is still an organism; he can only morph his body up to a certain point, any form he takes has to have his six prominent horns( he can only have them retracted for a short amount of time), along with having most his body still retaining his green translucent slime appearance (besides the shape of coarse (some of his slime an mimic the appearance of skin and or hair, but that is a small percentage))- typically, he realizes that he could only change his form to a point, and wears either clothing, armor, or both to still have a viable disguise. Mercury, since he can control his body at the cellular level, has the ability to absorb and breakdown any substance, organic or otherwise(but, typically he prefers organic matter over strange substances).
Mercury is weak against high voltages of electricity because the energy absorbed into his body scrambles the control of his form as well as his mental-state(temperately); He will subsequently faint and remain unconscious for hours at a time as a result of being exposed to high volts of electricity (and since it scrambled his ability to control his form he’ll reform into a formless pile of liquid-like slime while in this unconscious state).
Mercury, when he first arrived on earth, quickly analyzed his environment and found a easy form to take that won’t attract too much unwanted attention- a common humanoid construction robot. At first, when trying to capture what a human face looks like, mercury couldn’t quite get get the shape right; so when he destroyed a construction robot to take his place, he removed the robot’s skull and absorbed it to improve the new form he was attempting to make. The suit he has features a large battery with two power-outlets, two mini storage tins on both sides of the torso, and a armored headlamp on the front torso, as well as a electric welding torch that can cut through most metals.
Tumblr media
The upper arms of the construction armor are made of a fire proof ribbed polyester-like fabric; and the forearms feature durable metal welding gloves, a small storage compartment and extra wrist coverage with a metal tube. Since the armor was intended for robots, there are various vents and crevices in most of the suit- Mercury’s slimy form tends to leak through these crevices, which makes it more convenient for him to attack anyone easily and quickly than if he took the effort to retain a humanoid form entirely. He can attack his foes by expanding part of his mass (such as a arm or leg) and slamming foes with the dense slime or grasping them with tendrils; in addition to that, he can also can morph that slime into his head and bite his foes, or even tear them into pieces.
Tumblr media
The boots of the armor feature soft knee-pads, extra flexible knee-joints, specialized rubber treads and steel reinforced plates. The tips of the boots are sharpened to a point and can be used in self-defense similarly to Elecman’s boots, but lack the wheel-function entirely and have average heels instead. Mercury, since he just occupies the armor and doesn't use it like a robot, often gets frustrated when the extra-reinforced hydraulics on the boots jam and lock in place due to the boots not receiving any input from a robot and always remaining neutral to any movements he makes (basically, the boots still absorb shock, but always feel stiff). Similarly to the arm pieces of the armor, he can still fit his form through the vents and use it as a method of attack against his foes.
Tumblr media
Mercury’s life cycle is quite slow and takes many stages until he reaches adulthood, the stages and the duration of such stages are as follows: Squid-like Egg (lasts 1 year), Newly Hatched stage (lasts 5 years), Observant stage (lasts 11 years), Adolescent stage (lasts 20 years), Adulthood (lasts indefinitely, he doesn't age at this point). Mercury’s form of reproduction is parasitic, and will ‘hijack’ whoever’s normal cells to maximize the number of offspring that is created, essentially killing whoever he encounters slowly and painfully. (tried to keep that part mostly vague for less cringe)
Tumblr media
Next I’ll try to finish up those Stardroid Pluto sketches I set aside quite a while ago...

PSA for future Megaman design sketches
[Sorry for being inactive on here for quite a while, college got busy, but I’m managing to stay on top of it for now.] So, up until this point the re-designs I’ve been drawing and formulating have stayed relatively close to the source material [ and Ariga’s wonderful designs/style], the next batch including the star-droids from megaman V, robot-masters from megaman 3, and a select few others will have different distinct styles due to some differences of interpretation [I guess it could be called ‘headcannons’ as well]. Some of it could be considered too weird, so below I’ll type a brief warning for the major differences of some design points for each re-design. [P.S. I finished the re-design sketches for Mercury, I chose to post this first because it’s a PSA and it would defeat the purpose because its one of the re-designs included on here- it will be posted shortly.]
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Since the Stardriods are from outer space and technically ‘aliens’, I decided to go the horror/deeply unsettling theme with their designs mainly because anything from outer space is probably going to appear otherworldly and unsettling anyways; they will still be from outer space, they will still look ‘alien’ like, but still retain some aspects of their original designs.
The Stardroids, as a whole, is a intergalactic gang headed by Ra-Moon, who are ruthlessly set out to destroy any inhabited planet in their path- the group is diverse with some being organic organisms, cybernetic beings, heavily modified cyborgs, and highly advanced alien robots [each of them also serves a role on the space ship they travel in, I don’t want to spoil too much here so I’ll leave those details in their re-design descriptions.]
Mercury, since he poses the ability to turn into a green slime and have a weapon that saps away energy, I thought it would make more sense if he was the green morphing slime because it seemed more likely, out of the countless galaxies out there, that a living [and horrific] organism would have those characteristics than a robot made as an experiment.
Venus is a unsettling man-sized alien lobster/crustacean that wears a weaponized robotic suit of armor that features orbs that emit a high intensity of electric bolts in nearly every direction. [It seemed logical that a group of aliens from various different galaxies/planets wouldn't necessarily be all humanoid in shape and appearance.]
Neptune, Jupiter and Uranus are Cyborgs; Neptune is an intelligent eel-like alien connected into a robotic combat suit/life-support system- Jupiter was once mostly an organic alien, but overtime dedicated almost the rest of his body as a specialized weapon system, only his brain remains inside of his weaponized shell. Uranus was once organic, but made the decision to replace his entire body [except his brain] body with cybernetic enhancements after he started to degrade with age. [I figured some diversity was a good thing here with their own individual reasons for being cyborgs.]
Pluto was formerly a cyborg, but eventually uploaded his mind into a digital format to become completely robotic with some help from Terra. [Since Pluto is associated with being a god of the underworld, I went to various lengths into making his re-design show that aspect by making it look as unsettling and alien as I possibly could while also retaining Pluto’s cat-like nature/traits.]His overall appearance could be best described as terrifying since he has four spider-like arms with retractable swards, a absurdly tall and thin body, a long flexible neck covered in translucent fur, [actually based this part off of cats because my cat at home appears to have a vary short fluffy neck one moment, the next moment she spots something on the ceiling and extends her neck to full length; its quite funny looking, but also has the potential to be somewhat unsettling when this same kind of characteristic is seen in something less cute/fluffy and more unfamiliar.] and a horizontal helmet with a smooth digital screen instead of a face [The screen has a simplistic tamagotchi-cat face/emojis on it to show emotions].
Terra is cybernetic, meaning he [and the super advanced world he came from] was born robotic with all of the perks of being a robot. His appearance is alien-like, but still humanoid; and instead of having a large mane of green hair, he has abstract shapes in the general shape of glowing neon green hair being projected by a holographic grid-like system along his head [I tried to shy away from hair when it came to aliens (with the exception being Pluto) because I felt it was too specific to be found on another planet with nearly the same characteristics/placement].
Saturn and Mars are advanced robots built by Terra; they have individual personalities and Advanced A.I.- Saturn's design is specialized in that his entire torso could spin independently from his lower waist to maximize his disk throwing [Seemed like a interesting design choice that also served a function]; Mars’ design features a vary heavy build with nearly every part of him doubling as weapon of some sort [He is going to appear slightly chubby, but chubby with weapons].
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Since Megaman 3 took place in outer space on eight different planets with the Energy Elements on said planets; the re-designs of the robot-masters are going to be space themed with some characteristics based on real spacesuits [don’t worry, they'll still look like Megaman robot-masters]. I won’t list all eight on here, but here are a key few:
Topman’s re-design features multiple industrial cutting lasers on his upper torso- so when he spins to attack, everything around him is sliced up by the lasers. [I figured that was way more efficient then just the spinning for an attack]
Snakeman’s re-design, since he was built to explore tight areas on foreign planets/ruins, features flexible, air pump-based joints and frame to allow him to crawl into any crevice so long as his helmet could fit [basically, he has no solid joints and framework to limit his flexibility in his limbs and body].
Shadowman’s re-design, since he was found in ruins and is hinted at having an alien origins, is mainly going to appear similar to a stardriod because of the alien aspect, however he will still be humanoid with a human-like face like an average robot-master.
[P.S. I’m not tagging this as a official ‘PSA’ mainly because it only has to do with my re-designs and nothing too major (and also I don’t wan’t an angry digital mob to swarm upon me on here)]

Elecman Design Sketches
Here are some sketches of Elecman (DLN-008)
(Again, sorry if it looks a bit rough; I’ll later re-draw this on my digital drawing pad along with color it for more clarity of details.)
Tumblr media
My interpretation of these re-designs will mainly try to be realistic and practical with some added changes to the characters; so, lets get into more detail with Elecman and the specific features he has, along with a character bio.
When Dr. Light first designed Elecman’s blueprints and pitched them to his team at his global company headquarters, Elecman was almost a completely different robot- he was only meant to stay stationary anchored inside a power plant’s mainframe to serve as a backup generator and employee supervisor. After he got approval from them he quickly changed the build to be more humanoid in shape-claiming that it was a danger to have the robot stuck inside the building in the case of an emergency, then over time through his development, changed and added combat features on Elecman without anyone's acknowledgement. Dr. Light, from the beginning of Elecman’s vary conception, had planned to turn him into a convenient weapon (against other robots specifically) at his disposal, under the guise that he supervises a power plant and helps maintain it with his electricity. Elecman, despite being somewhat clumsy, is actually one of the most dangerous opponents any combat robot would be unlucky to face off against due to a multitude of factors relating to his specialized design. Elecman’s combative style is a mixture of close and distance based techniques involving electricity from his fists, boots, and Tesla coils on his back; His tall, slender and flexible frame is well built and sturdy enough for him to mostly rely on physical combat with even larger adversaries. Elecman’s speed exceeds that of Metalman and is almost on par with Quickman (without his speed boost); the metal plating on his armor is blast, fire, and bullet proof along with curtain areas being able to simply bend back into shape with a pair of pliers. The source of his nearly limitless electricity and raw energy is implied to be an experimental engine block seen placed in the center of his front chest plate; The engine works similarly to a mini particle accelerator in a closed circular loop, where separate unstable atoms bounce off of each other to generate electricity (Fake Sy-Fi Science at its finest lol). Whenever he uses his electricity, the clear tubes connected to the sides of the engine begin to glow a light blue. To use this generated electricity as a weapon, he has two large batteries on his back and smaller ones on each of his limbs; when all of his batteries are fully charged, he slowly dissipates energy still being made by his engine into the atmosphere around him and into the ground below. The energy in all of those batteries can have enough electricity to power a large city for three to five days. Due to him having constant energy, he does not recharge or ‘sleep’ at night and instead does activities around the clock; which leads to him doing pretty odd things at night from time to time to occupy himself. He uses his electricity as a distance based weapon by having two modified Tesla coils on his back directly behind both of his arms and next to his large main batteries on his back panel of armor; The Tesla coils can fold down to conserve space and ensure that the attachments won’t get damaged in a doorway or against a wall. The coil ends spread and discharge electricity all around himself as a defensive and offensive weapon to create some distance away from his opponent; to aim this electricity at a specific target, he simply lets the electricity flow through one of his arms and points in the desired direction. The electricity released from him repeatedly using his weapon has a chance to spread enough to temperately change weather patterns nearby him. Elecman’s armor is shaped and stylized with many angles throughout the pieces; his helmet is shaped like a cycling helmet and prominently features a decorative gold ‘mask’ as well as a stylized lightning bolt plate. Inside his helmet is a holographic targeting compass programmed to calculate where his electricity might land on the compass; to better visualize the compass inside, the round fish-eye visors on the helmet are tinted green. Elecman’s helmet also features a removable face plate that snaps back into place with metal clips on its sides. Elecman’s torso, including the engine in front, also features a LED screen that serves as a light and decorative piece; he can alter the screen to show a specific image of his choosing (most of the time its a lighting bold logo). Elecman’s armor also features removable round shoulder pads; preferably, he doesn't wear these on a regular basis due to it obstructing his distance based electric abilities somewhat. It’s implied that Dr. Light based aspects of Elecman’s design off of Quickman’s due to certain shared traits, such as the general helmet shape, torso shape, removable face plate and shoulder pads, swap-able gloves, and throw able weapon. Elecman’s weapon of electricity is perhaps the most efficient against other robots, specifically (Economic) construction based robots who use lower volts of electricity. However, there is a major flaw in the temperature regulation of his experimental engine; it’s cooling system will remain on for quite some time even if there is an extreme temperature change (Like Iceman’s Ice Shooter), and it does not feature a way to heat up to defrost in polar weather- Because of this, his engine will freeze up and he is prone to colder temperatures regardless if he is outside or inside.
Tumblr media
Elecman’s forearms are specialized to have copious amounts of electricity pass through the limbs as well as be effective in close physical combat. Inside both of his arms are large tubes full of conductive carbon wiring that loop around and connect directly with his main batteries on his backside underneath his jumpsuit; The tubing then connects directly to specialized armored combat gloves that have conductive knuckles and  metal fingertips. any heat generated by the current of energy through the tubes gets vented out by the use of a small compartment with a fan near his elbow. Elecman has a small, easily removable battery on each of the undersides of his forearms; these batteries feature a USB plug in and can be set to discharge different amounts of electricity with a adjustment slid on one of it’s panels. If the batteries were to be tampered enough it would explode similarly to a bomb; and it would most-likely be a deadly event due to each of the batteries mostly containing compressed lithium and toxic gasses. If Elecman needed more accuracy with his long range electric attacks, he would swap out his standard gloves for more specialized ones featuring long metal prongs at the ends of the fingertips; This, however would weaken the amount of electricity from his attack in most circumstances, so he usually does not do this often. In addition to his electrified fists, he also has a set of specialized metal bladed weapons at his disposal; these weapons feature a handle with a battery that holds a charge and dispels it into the metal blades, and a sensor that controls it upon heavy impact after throwing. The blades are specially sharp enough to puncture most metal armors, and in some cases, with enough force applied to the throw, break through concrete.
Tumblr media
Elecman’s boots are made to be highly versatile in most situations in and out of combat with motorized wheels and pointed metal-plated boot tips, as well as other features. His knee joints are made to be extra flexible with a lower knee plate in the boot as well as a soft, shock absorbing knee pads. His boots prominently feature two large wheels where a heel would be, and a retractable smaller wheel on the inner portion of the foot portion of his boots; The main wheels on his boots can spread apart for a more wider boot and more stability- typically the main wheels also do this when the smaller wheel is out and in ‘wheeled mode’ instead of the standard ‘boot mode’.While in ‘boot mode’, the main wheels on the heels are locked into place to prevent him from losing his balance and easily falling with each step he might take. The tip of his boots are double reinforced with metal, sharpened to a point, and connected to his main batteries via internal tubing underneath his jumpsuit; these features allow him to kick opponents while electrocuting them for a more efficient and quick fight. The batteries in this boots are located on the inner portions. The back of the boots have a metal plate that adjusts to the height of the heel to prevent the wheels underneath it kicking up debris from the ground.
Tumblr media
Bonus: A zoom in on that ‘displeased’ Elecman (middle finger) sketch that I did for fun :D (and practice drawing hands with poses) (I’m definitely going to re-draw this digitally with color someday)
Tumblr media
Sorry if my activity on here has been sporadic, full-time college work has been getting busy- but I did manage to find some time to relax and finish these sketches. Next I might try to edit those Stardroid Mercury sketches I set aside a while ago...

Hello, I have a wonderful update!
Microsoft office arrived in the mail and I got a little carried away with excitement over finally having Microsoft word again- not only did I post the full version of chapter one of ‘Megaman: DWN Missle Orders’, I also got chapter two done as well and posted that on Ao3 (Archive Of Our Own).    :D
Important Announcement
Hi there, sorry for being so inactive lately; college has been quite time consuming, but lately I did set some time aside to work on the full non-rough draft version of ‘Megaman: DWN Missile Orders’.
I have some good news and some bad news about it:
Good news, I recently finished writing the first chapter, which is always the most difficult to work out because it sets the first impression and tone of the written work.
Bad news, it’s over 9 pages long so I can’t really post it on here due to that and I personally don’t want to crash someone’s poor laptop trying to view the endless post.
So, I did some digging around and found a website to post it onto. I created an account of ‘Archive of Our Own’ (also called Ao3) called:
Megaman_Fan_232
On there will be the work under the same name, but considering that I have only gotten one complete version of the chapter done, there will be the other rough-draft versions as temporary placeholders until I finish more and edit them accordingly. Down below will be a link to the website:
https://archiveofourown.org/works/20569280/chapters/48829493
Please keep in mind that Microsoft word on my computer needs to arrive in my mailbox for set-up still at this time- I will re-blog this vary post with an update when it is set and I posted the full version of Chapter one on there, please be patient and considerate about this.
Feel free to ask any questions about this, enjoy :D

Here are some sketches of Quickman (DWN-012)
(Again, sorry if it looks a bit rough, I’ll later re-draw this on my digital drawing pad along with color it for more clarity of details.)
Tumblr media
My interpretation of these re-designs will mainly try to be realistic and practical with some added changes to the characters; so lets get into more detail with Quickman and the specific features he has, along with a character bio.
Since Quickman was the last of Dr. Wily’s first eight robot masters made and was unfortunately sent away mere minutes after being first booted up- He has the least amount of experience in combat and his fighting style can be best described as make-shift; Despite this he is still considered a highly dangerous adversary because he simply might be too fast to hit and overwhelm his opponent with rapid attacks. The curvature of Qucikman’s armor was specifically designed to reduce the drag of air particles as well as the extreme pressurized forces of suddenly accelerating faster then light speed. The metal frame and armor plates are made of a special carbon-fiber interlaced chemically with aluminum-steel alloys to allow him to move around faster and easier with a sophisticated lighter set of armor. Quickman’s body frame was made to be light and efficient at running and leaping horizontally with extra compressed hydraulics built into both of his legs and extra flexible knee joints; as a result of over specialization, he is poorly coordinated when it comes to jumping upwards, so he has a set of four semi-flexible compressed jets on the back portion of his armor to help him reach higher heights when he jumps. His infamous speed boost abilities come from a experimental engine that incorporates a compressed tube full of dark-matter, the reaction of the engine sending electrical impulses through the tube causes a temporary time warp around his close vicinity that allows him to move at any given direction while his surroundings remain practically frozen in time; over time, he learns how to better control these special abilities and can maneuver though complex areas while having his speed boost activated. Due to the dark matter engine generating unpredictable levels of energy outputs, the jets on his back portion of his armor also act as accelerated/boosted exhaust vents to quickly maintain a stable temperature, as well as a signature ‘v’ shaped intake vents at the front of his armor. The exhaust from his engine is so radioactive, unstable and potent that a chemical reaction occurs when it hits open air, jets of condensed bright blue plasma rush out- and he later learns how to reverse the intake vent and use it as a effective weapon for close combat. Quickman’s helmet resembles that of a modified cycling helmet due to it having to be shaped aerodynamically for less potentially hazardous air particle drag, and prominently features his signature golden boomerang crest; he has a optional face plate (with decorative stripes vaguely resembling the facial pattern on a cheetah) that covers his lower face from view, but typically he chooses not to wear this because he claims that its uncomfortable. Quickman’s personality can best be described as nervous, shy and milquetoast due to a unhealthy combination of Dr. Wily, seeing the potential danger he might be if he was left unchecked, programmed him with more obedient and submissive traits; and then having to have dealt with relentless ridicule from his siblings and creator after his unsuccessful fight with Megaman. Eventually, Quickman gets past these traits and slowly changes into a competitive and arrogant stand-offish robot; but still retains his sensitive side somewhat to people he knows.
Tumblr media
Each of Quickman’s forearms include a mini condensed engine that exhibit similar traits to the main one in his chest except with a few added features; The engine vibrates a smaller tube of condensed dark matter and a unstable reaction occurs around his forearm, time warps and a make-shift force field emanates from his arms. There are also exhaust vents that shoot out jets of blue plasma around the pieces of tech on his forearms. A mini teleportation device similar to Crashman’s is also embedded into his tech- allowing him to teleport boomerangs (Small and or Large) into his grasp ready for throwing at his unsuspecting opponents. His elbow features a sharp diamond shaped piece of metal used for elbowing opponents weak points. Quickman, when he first used his throwing boomerangs, has absolutely terrible at aiming, so he temperately improvised and used them as combative knives/short swards. He has a alternate pair of gloves that feature bladed knuckles, but he usually does not wear this under normal circumstances because he personally thinks it looks too aggressive.
Tumblr media
Quickman’s boots are made highly specialized to handle the repeated high velocity forces of his speed boost assisted running. The overall shape of the lower portion resembles running shoes; It was carefully designed to allow more flexibility and movement so that he does not trip on rough uneven terrain while using his speed boost. The heel of the boot is hollow and features a stiff metal plate that absorbs the repeated pressure from each step he takes during his speed boost. The inner portion also features a wide jet that acts as a exhaust vent and helps boost him upwards for jumping; typically he does not turn these on while running at high speeds because it poses a real risk of him quickly loosing his footing on the ground and subsequently crashing into whatever he was trying to jump over.
Tumblr media
I’m sorry for being so absent from here for so long, life got in the way with moving, setting up a new computer, and I recently started another semester at college with full time classes, ugh. I posted this because I managed to get these sketches done before it got too hectic here...Next I might try to refine those Elecman design sketches I have and post that (Which might take quite a while) I hope you enjoy :)

Megaman: DWN Missile Orders
Chapter 20/ Waiting/:
…initializing… [DATA-bank/01/ accessed successfully] [DATA-file/20/ opened]
Megaman and Rush, since they remembered Dr. Light specifically wanted Crashman’s A.I. chips destroyed from Galaxyman earlier, decide to wait nearby Crashman to make sure no other robots try to harm him further until he is picked up by Dr. Wily.][Megaman, out of the sheer boredom and curiosity, starts to repair Crashman while he is still mostly unconscious (Megaman is not really good at repairing robotics); Crashman wakes up no longer leaking oil for the most part and still missing a fore arm and boot.][To pass the time waiting, Megaman starts a card game of UNO (Megaman eagerly helps Crashman hold his cards to play) much to Crashman’s general displeasure over anything he cannot physically do with his drill-tipped forearms.][Dr. Wily eventually arrives accompanied by Quickman to retrieve Crashman and his still torn off limbs.][Dr. Wily is surprised to see all three of them casually playing a card game but remains silent about it while Quickman loads Crashman in their vehicle; as they leave Dr. Wily glances over at Quickman sitting in the back and notices him waving to Megaman and Rush goodbye in a familiar and friendly manor- the chapter ends when Dr. Wily begins to realize he has never kept track of all of Quickman’s whereabouts after his encounter with Megaman; and he abruptly stops the vehicle to start to question Quickman moments later.]
Chapter 21/ Decoded/:
…initializing… [DATA-bank/01/ accessed successfully] [DATA-file/21/ opened]
[Megaman, still accompanied with Rush, arrive at the missile silo’s location they received earlier from Dr. Light; they discover a few glaring inconsistencies to what Dr. Light told them a day ago and even find clues the Dr. Light was once there recently.][Megaman tries to reassure Rush that Dr. Light couldn’t have been here, but even starts to doubt himself after finding one of Dr. Lights laptops at the silo full of large missiles.][Megaman eventually finds his way to the main computer then begins to type in the passwords they received from most of Dr. Wily’s robots, Rush stops him mid-way through and tells Megaman this may be a trap to trigger the missiles -Megaman stops momentarily and ponders the likelihood of that scenario, and lets Rush hack the computer to find out.][They are both shocked to find out Rush was indeed right about the passwords triggering the launch sequence, and are then mortified by the locations targeted: highly populated areas in the city.][Quickman wonders in the building looking distraught and with his full face-plate on his helmet on, he walks over to Megaman at the computer out of curiosity; Megaman asks him why he is hiding his face and Quickman looks away at the computer in response.][A few moments later Quickman notices that the passwords they were typing in are simply numerical versions of their names followed by their three digit production number and tells them; Megaman decides to start disabling all of the missiles along with Rush while Quickman somberly sits nearby the computer.][Suddenly, alarms start to blare while Megaman and Rush are still disassembling missiles, then a robotic voice announces a 5 minute countdown to launch; They both look at the 20 or so missiles still left active and then start to panic somewhat.][Moments later Megaman gets an idea to have Quickman help them his speed abilities while Rush looks back at Megaman with an exasperated facial expression that reads ‘good luck instructing that clueless robot, Megaman’.][They then both comedically struggle teaching a confused Quickman on how to disable the missiles and barely mange to do it with only two minutes to spare; Quickman instantaneously disassembles the missiles with his speed from his dark-mater engine and then gets both Megaman and Rush out of the large silo building a few yards away.][Megaman thanks Quickman for his help and all of them wait to make sure nothing happens for a few moments- only to be startled by the silo building suddenly exploding and partially built missiles flying out onto the forest around them.][Quickman hesitantly admits he skipped the partially finished ones because he assumed they wouldn’t launch at all, Rush laughs it off and jokes that he has seen worse collateral damage in the past few days while Megaman lightly glares at Rush for mentioning that.][They then part ways and Megaman is later seen at a diner sitting across from Rush- Megaman hears the news channel mention and slander Dr. Wily’s robots as ‘murderous and mindless killing machines’, he then remembers their previous confrontations they had with Quickman and the other robots and begins to deeply ponder who the real ‘villains’ truly were.][The chapter ends when Megaman looks at the holographic television behind him then sees Dr. Light being interviewed, and slowly begins to notice Dr. Light creepily smiling in the background as they are showing live footage of the damage done and casualties from the hacked police robots they encountered earlier.]
Chapter 22/ Epilogue/ DWN_Forever/:
…initializing… [DATA-bank/01/ accessed successfully] [DATA-file/22/ opened]
[This chapter takes place roughly 8 months after the end of the last chapter, in the perspective of Crashman waking up on a repair table with a new upgraded set of combat armor and body chassis (he is 2 inches taller now, before he was roughly the same height as Megaman (Crashman still looks like a young pre-teen)); he wanders about Dr. Wily’s base trying to get used to his new body and encounters the other robots one by one.][Airman, Heatman, Woodman and Flashman all have noticeable new sets of armor as well as new robot bodies (Heatman is now much taller the Crashman) (Metalman and Bubbleman kept their old armor and were repaired more easily).][Crashman continues walking around the base until he encounters Dr. Wily angrily yelling at Quickman (who is beginning to cry) that he regrets creating him and he is his biggest failure in his whole robotics career; then the chapter ends with Crashman contemplating on intervening them while standing at the doorway.]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here’s the final three chapters of that rough draft; don’t worry there are sequels to this (two so far) involving Protoman, Dr. Lights original six robot masters and eventually the star-droids. These chapters aren’t necessarily inappropriate like a few previous ones so this won’t be tagged under NSFW; you can find other chapters and this under the ‘Megaman: DWN Missile Orders’ tag or more megaman content like this on my Tumblr page.
My reasoning and interpretation of this:
After being allies with Crashman and sacrificing himself to save Megaman from Galaxyman- it would be quite reasonable that both of them would agree to stay and make sure he gets back to his creator safely.
Since Megaman was still programmed to be a young preteen/child before he had to go on their mission, it was to be expected that he will get bored waiting- then get curious about Crashman’s tech and begin to repair him somewhat while seeing what the differences were between a robot made form someone else. I thought the card game scene would be a nice nod to Megaman, going through all of these horrible experiences, still retaining some of the child like quality he had before their mission.
So they did eventually find out who was behind the missile threat through clues left behind at the silo; and then promptly have to keep it under wraps or they’ll risk getting their memories wiped, personalities erased, or permanent deactivation from Dr. Light.
Quickman purposefully covers his whole face behind his helmet to perhaps hide something different or his facial expressions underneath (he got slapped hard in the face by Dr. Wily). Quickman, after being a general annoyance to Megaman and Rush throughout most of their mission finally does something major in the plot that Megaman and Rush could not have done themselves.
The initial ending with Megaman looking and noticing Dr. Light’s creepy smile on television was a nice ominous conclusion to include that hints at more of Dr. Light’s sinister behavior being present in the upcoming sequels to this; a similar occurrence to this is present with the epilogue including Dr. Wily.
Dr. Wily, at any time can review the memory data and cognitive data from each of his robots remotely with a futuristic iPad of sorts; Since he was busy re-building and repairing the other robots that got damaged, he neglected to even bothering to check Quickman after his confrontation with Megaman, and even ignored his whereabouts most of the time as well. Even months later he didn't bother to check all of his data until that day when Crashman walked in on their heated one-sided argument.

Megaman: DWN Missile Orders
Chapter 18/ Vs. Crashman/ Closer/:
…initializing… [DATA-bank/01/ accessed successfully] [DATA-file/18/ opened]
[Megaman is seen walking in the main city center with Rush following behind, they then stop only a few yards away from Crashman (who is sitting down listening to 80s pop music on a portable stereo next to him) to plan and watch him.][After a few minutes Megaman and Rush get into a heated argument over not being sure if Crashman really has a unstable A.I. system like in Dr. Light’s description (Megaman wants to reason with Crashman to avoid more violence and destruction, but Rush says it’s pointless if he’s ‘insane’); Megaman takes out a megaphone to try to convince Crashman to give up since he is the last one left, but Rush interrupts him and their argument continues over the megaphone comedically.][Crashman walks over to them without being noticed because they are both still arguing and says an insult directed at Megaman; they both stop arguing and Megaman angrily tries to reason with Crashman (Megaman is angry because he is the one not trying to fight him).][An argument then ensues between Crashman and Megaman; they each throw insults at each other (lots of cuss words) until Megaman abruptly slaps Crashman across his face.][A physical fight starts between them (Megaman tries to use Airman’s fan weapon but it jams up and overheats instantly) then within a few moments Megaman is easily overpowered and pinned on the ground by Crashman (Megaman is underneath him); Megaman then equips Quickman’s boomerang knifes and tries to stab him in the neck while Crashman repeatedly bashes his drills against Megaman’s helmet in hopes of breaking it.][Crashman excitedly fires drill-tipped missiles out of his shoulders while Megaman ducks back down flat onto the ground to avoid the projectiles mere inches from his face; they fight some more and tumble over a few times on the ground (Crashman ends up back on top again).][Suddenly, inappropriate sensual music (still 80s) starts to blare out of Crashman’s stereo a few meters away from them- they immediately stop fighting to look at the stereo with disgruntled expressions; Crashman sits back casually and quietly grumbles to himself that this song is not on his iPod while Megaman looks back over at him with a sassy expression when he over hears Crashman.][A few awkward moments pass until Megaman realizes where Crashman is sitting on top of him-Megaman then asks Crashman to get off of him to have a more fair fight; Crashman agrees after lightly teasing him with a sexual innuendo and a few gestures he does with his Drill-tipped arms and pelvis, Megaman rolls his eyes in response as he is getting up off of the ground.][They then soon start to fight again and Crashman round house kicks Megaman onto the curb; Crashman then fires up to 40 Drill-tipped missiles straight into the air and tells Megaman in a vindictive and playful tone to start running.][Megaman and Rush then see the cloud of smog and missiles in to air far above them and start to run for cover, some of the missiles start to dive-bomb them as they are moving while Crashman is seen doing cartwheels and happily laughing through the explosions nearby them.][They are not fast enough to out-run all of the missiles and get pelted by a dozen or so explosions all around them; two of Rush’s leg hydraulics stop working and he collapses on the asphalt unable to move any further temporarily, Megaman’s left leg goes limp from damage and his reinforced glass faceplate on his helmet is partially broken off.][They both collapse from the force of the explosions and Crashman fires a large drill-tipped missile from his forearm directly at Megaman; it impales Megaman in his chest inches from his power-core and he begins to get hysterical when he hears a beeping from the drill get more rapid as time progresses all while Crashman begins to laugh at Megaman’s panic (Crashman walks over to Megaman).][The drill-tipped bomb explodes moments later to Megaman’s terror, but the explosion itself is immediately encapsulated in a strange energy field then slowly dissipates seconds later, leaving Megaman unharmed besides the large drill still impaled into his chest; Crashman stops attacking Megaman to begin to closely examine what happened with his drill-missile, all three are perplexed as to what just occurred for a few moments until they notice strange lights in the night sky and a large unsettling saucer-like object  slowly approaching them.]
Chapter 19/ Vs. Galaxyman/ Enemy_of_my_Enemy/:
…initializing… [DATA-bank/01/ accessed successfully] [DATA-file/19/ opened]
[The strange saucer-like robot lands a few yards away from all three of them in a dark alley then seemingly stares at them creepily; Megaman and Rush, now accompanied by Crashman, decide to confront this strange robot.][All three try to talk to the robot to find out who it is and if it is a threat to them; Crashman’s dialogue in this scene is noticeably comedic.][Megaman sees the robot more clearly once it walks underneath an illuminated neon sign and notices it has a faded DLN decal on its torso, and then he asks if it is a robot from Dr. Light and finally gets a verbal response from it.][The robot reveals itself to be Galaxyman, a robot built by Dr. Light many years ago that is assigned with watching over the international orbital space station and as a testing base for new experimental technologies; Megaman asks Galaxyman why he left his post at the space station, Galaxyman replies in a disturbingly monotone voice that there is no space station, not anymore as of that moment.][Megaman questions him more and finds out that Galaxyman used his black-hole weapon to destroy the station along with everyone inside, and that Galaxyman is here because he is assigned by Dr. Light to permanently destroy Crashman’s A.I. chips and weapon data.][Megaman begins to argue with Galaxyman over his newly found out murderous tendencies towards others; Megaman and Crashman then temporarily set aside each other’s differences to fight Galaxyman and stop him from going on another murder spree with his advanced technologies.][Crashman tries to impale Galaxyman with his drills, but is surprised to find out that Galaxyman has a prototype force field around himself, and is seemingly immune to all of their attacks (Megaman uses Quickman’s Boomerang knifes again); Crashman then fires as many explosives as he can all at once paired with using his industrial cutting lasers for good measure at Galaxyman.][Moments later, when the smog clears Galaxyman is still seen undamaged with his force field around him much to the bewilderment of Crashman (at this point he knows they are both screwed); Galaxyman then starts to approach and talk to Megaman in a demented and sadistic way, Crashman notices this and immediately runs in front of Megaman to shield him from Galaxyman.][Galaxyman then uses his experimental black-hole weapon on Crashman (both of his arms and legs tear off at the elbows and knees from the sudden high density and pressure) then throws his limp body and torn off limbs at a nearby carpark; This enrages Megaman enough to accidently shoot Galaxyman with his default plasma weapon instead of throwing more boomerang knifes at him.][Megaman and Galaxyman are both equally surprised when the plasma shot goes through his shield and damages him; Megaman, who is still deeply enraged and saddened for what happened to Crashman, then proceeds to fire his plasma weapon repeatedly at Galaxyman who is now trying to flee until Galaxyman is in literal pieces all across the city street.][After making sure Galaxyman is defeated, Megaman immediately starts to run to where Crashman landed earlier, assuming his A.I. chips were destroyed; upon seeing him with torn off limbs Megaman collapses beside Crashman then starts to cry and apologize to him for not doing enough earlier.][A few moments pass until Crashman wakes up confused to the sounds of Megaman crying and apologizing next to him and speaks up to Megaman to ask him what happened to Galaxyman.][The chapter ends with Megaman starting to explain that he shot Galaxyman into pieces to Crashman, only for Crashman to faint in the middle of said explanation from oil loss.]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here’s the next two chapters of that rough draft, this post is quite long because there are two long chapters side by side instead of being layered with a long then short chapter pattern. Due to the themes and content present in these chapters, this post will have to be tagged under NSFW; however this and other chapters can still be found under the ‘Megaman: DWN Missile Orders’ tag. (PS let me know if any of you have a hard time viewing it, I’ll split the chapters and their respective commentary into separate posts if need be.)
My reasoning and interpretation of this:
After all of their violent encounters with other advanced robots over the span of a few short days, it’s quite possible that Megaman is simply tired of experiencing violence and death first hand- and is more desperate for a easy non-violent solution. Rush, after seeing destruction and traps set first hand by Dr. Wily’s robots, may only be looking out for Megaman’s well being- and wanted to approach a potentially unstable robot with caution.
The beginning and mid-section of their fight with Crashman can be explained with a number of factors with their characteristics and outside references- Crashman is spontaneous and known to make sexually inappropriate jokes when he sees an opportunity for it (Dr. Wily typed in his programming while drunk- that explains a lot of his behavior in general), so that his reaction to their situation was quite normal for him, despite Megaman’s awkward position underneath him. This lightly parodied and referenced that weird infamous “Crash Let’s do it - Crashman!” video on youtube that kind of changed most perceptions of what the character Crashman was like- then disregards it entirely after they resume fighting. Despite this, their confrontation with Crashman may have been the most serous battles Megaman and Rush ever faced because Crashman could hardly be injured by them unlike Metalman was; and if Galaxyman didn't intervene it, Megaman would have been torn into literal pieces from the explosion from the large bomb impaled into his chest.
Since Dr. Light has built other specialized advanced robots for private clients/buyers long before he built Megaman (such as protoman for the military), it would easily be within the realm of possibilities that a robot like Galaxyman would still be around to follow out orders. Galaxyman was built many years ago to test out new and extremely dangerous experimental technology while housed in outer space, he would frequently fall apart limb from limb due to the shear force of these experiments had on his frame- then have numerous parts swapped out without his acknowledgement and general consent while charging; over time his personality twisted into a dark shadow of what he was once programmed with, and he eventually killed everyone involved with the experiments. Galaxyman still takes orders from Dr. Light even after turning into a murderer because he believes his creator wasn't responsible with what happened to him on the international space station.
Megaman’s rage filled reaction to Galaxyman seemingly destroying Crashman in a brutal manor may have been more amplified by the fact that he finally sought out a non-violent solution to their fight with Crashman and were even allies with him (even though Megaman didn’t realize it was only temporary at the time). Despite what rage-fueled damage Megaman seemingly did to Galaxyman, he still carefully avoided damaging his A.I. and memory chips, possibly because Megaman did not want to stoop down to Galaxyman’s level of murderous behavior.

Crashman Design Sketches
Here are some sketches of Crashman (DWN-013)
(Again, sorry if it looks a bit rough, I’ll later re-draw this on my digital drawing pad along with color it for better clarity of details.)
Tumblr media
My interpretation of these re-designs will mainly try to be realistic and practical with some added changes to the characters; so lets get into more detail with Crashman and the specific features he has, along with a character bio.
Crashman’s fighting style often involves being simultaneously athletic, defensive and offensive with both close physical combat and distance based combative techniques; His armor is unusually light in weight for the sheer amount of technologies and weapons housed within it. Crashman’s armor was specifically designed to withstand his own explosive weapons as well as other explosive based attacks, fire, corrosive chemicals, and plasma blasts with a specially mixed combination of metal compounds on the outer layer of his armor pieces; This metal has unique reactions when exposed to stress and heat- in that it will absorb the punishment and slowly release it over time while retaining it’s original shape. Crashman’s body frame was designed to allow him to outmaneuver his opponents and their attacks with extra hydraulics built into each of his limbs and more flexible joints; this gives him exceptional jumping and acrobatic abilities that exceed that of the other robots in his line. His helmet is built to withstand high velocity impacts and features a clear visor that can fold quickly to protect his face from incoming attacks. On each of his shoulder pads he has a container that releases and fires off small specialized drill-tipped missiles; these missiles can either be guided by Crashman via internal helmet controls or be heat-seeking. Up to 12 of these small missiles can be stored in each of his shoulders due to space limitations; to counter this there is a specialized compact teleporting device behind each shoulder container to simply warp in more ammo from Dr. Wily’s base- granting him the ability to have as much ammo he’ll ever need without being weighed down by it. Strangely, his height, age appearance and face appear to be nearly the same as Megaman’s with only a few slight cosmetic changes (Crashman is only a few slight inches taller then Megaman- Crashman also has freckles and slightly curly orange hair while Megaman has a plain face with jet black hair); this may be due to the fact that Megaman was the only known well rounded advanced robot back when Crashman was built, and Dr. Wily simply used his design as a base to build a better robot more easily. Crashman’s personality can best be described as spontaneously inappropriate due to most of his programming being typed in by Dr. Wily while he was drunk; he has a tendency to smoke cigarettes, flirt perversely to female robots (he uses a lot of sexual innuendos...oh my), and frequently has disagreements with the other robots in his production line (Dr. Wily’s other seven robots) over minor redundant things.
Tumblr media
Each of Crashman’s forearms feature a large drill that can be lauched/thrown at opponents with a explosive base behind the drill; he rarely uses these larger missiles because he can only store four at a time and cannot teleport more of that calibrator of ammo in (it requires more teleporting tech and more energy that he could not provide). Due to the size required for the larger drill tipped missiles, he does not have swap-able hands on his armor or hands hidden underneath the forearm armor; both of his arms simply end mid-way at his forearms- to switch to have usable hands he has to manually remove his forearm armor then put on a separate pair of prosthetic robot arms/hands originally meant for human use (usually he has to ask for help much to his own displeasure). Since his explosives are triggered by a internal volatile chemical reaction he doesn't have to worry about nearby fire or heat setting off any missiles still stored inside of his armor; the heated chemicals released by the missiles weaken and ‘melt’ commonly used metals known in robot production. Crashman’s larger drills, as well as the smaller missile ones, can easily puncture metal armor and drill through other materials like dirt or solid concrete.
Tumblr media
Since he was built with such a high leaping capability, his boots had to be specialized to handle the repeated high impacts; the bottom soles of the boots feature a dense foam-like rubber that absorbs most of the initial impact- throughout his boots he has shock absorbing hydraulics that help cushion the landings even more so. The inner edge of his boots has a flexible armored tube that allows him to fully bend his knee without restriction; on his shoulders he also has this feature to have better articulation of his arms. To aid in sudden close combat he has hidden supercharged industrial cutting lasers on the outer sides of his boots; the placement is meant to slice off the opponents legs while being in a difficult place to reach to damage. The heat from the lasers is so intense that when it reaches a water source it causes a violent reaction that boils the water on the surface.
Tumblr media
Next I think I might post a few more chapters of that rough draft and maybe work on re-doing those Quickman design sketches I have.

Megaman: DWN Missile Orders
Chapter 16/ Vs. Metalman/ Logic/:
…initializing… [DATA-bank/01/ accessed successfully] [DATA-file/16/ opened]
[Megaman and Rush are seen approaching an abandoned factory/warehouse while Rush remarks that he is still surprised that Quickman didn’t try to harm them after Megaman kicked him, Megaman responds by mumbling he deserved that for that terrible joke.][Megaman is seen with his original blue right forearm once again (he decided to keep on most of the military combat armor on because the durability was higher, but he now has the plasma weapon back with the copied weapons) along with a battery pack strapped on his back][They both enter into the building and find that is full of spiders, webs and dust- they head deeper and are disturbed by the lack of light in there until they find Metalman’s boot prints in the layers of dust on the factory ground floor.][Shortly after following the prints they are startled by suddenly hearing Metalman voice on the announcement speakers all around them in the factory- Metalman tells them they are now trapped in an area that specializes in machine recycling and to survive at their own peril to find him in the conjoined buildings.][Right after he gets done with his short speech, the lights suddenly turn on the large machinery all around them start to move erratically; conveyor belts start move quickly underneath them and they immediately lose their balance.][Robot arms from the ceiling with sawblades start to swing around them and they roll to the sides off of the conveyer belt for cover; Megaman realizes that the mechanical arms have a restricted length after watching them move around for a few moments, and then starts to slowly crawl underneath the moving cutting saws to reach the control desk.][Some of the saws scratch the battery he has on his back so he throws it ahead of him mid-way, he makes it with a few dozen small scratches on the back of his combat armor.][Megaman franticly looks at the controls once he sees Rush still stuck next to the now smoking conveyer belt, and choses to hit the fire alarm behind him- the machinery stops suddenly as emergency lights and sirens fill the empty building.][Rush runs to Megaman as the halted conveyer belt behind them starts to catch on fire; they carefully make their way around the factory and notice the only room that had lights and electricity was the room they were just stuck in.][They go back and find a locked door labeled managers office, they break in to find Metalman alone playing solitaire card game; Metalman gets up and admits that he is surprised they actually found him at all, and insults them for behaving like stupid children.][Megaman slyly remarks to him that he was built over 5 years ago, and Metalman punches Megaman while rudely joking that Megaman’s age is causing him to fall apart more easily(mentions him losing his left arm earlier and part of his face recently), an intense fight then starts between the two of them.][Megaman realizes that Metalman is too fast to hit and dodge his kicks and punches in a tight space, so he decides to run to a more open area to try to gain the upper hand- but immediately regrets doing so once he notices Metalman throwing his signature buzz-saws at him (Rush runs and hides when he sees the buzz-saws).][Megaman hastily looks around for cover and sees Metalman start to run after him; Megaman then looks up at the banisters and walkways above, then starts to quickly climb up a destroyed flight of stairs.][Megaman makes it up there after a lot of effort (still in a climbing position) and turns around to see Metalman effortlessly jump up next to him (Megaman comedically curses in frustration), Megaman immediately gets kicked in the face and dragged away by Metalman.][Metalman grabs Megaman by his bulky chest armor piece and helmet then tries to break his neck by bashing it against the side-railing repeatedly; Megaman tries to squirm free but is not strong enough, so he looks around and starts to yell at Rush for leaving him earlier.][A rocket from a rocket-launcher suddenly flies across the room and almost hits Metalman, he stops hitting Megaman momentarily to activate a set of spinning buzz-saws on both of his forearms and on the underside of his boots then starts to attack Megaman, who is now terrified of his new features, once again.][Megaman tries in vein to dodge his high-speed slashes and kicks, within seconds his right arm is hacked off, his left leg is ripped open with oil gushing out, and his left arm goes limp- Metalman switches to his throwing blades then aims for Megaman’s legs and torso.][Another rocket is fired and hits Metalman after he throws nearly 10 buzz-saws into Megaman (most get lodged into the thicker parts of the armor and don’t cut anything important), the intense heat and blast from the explosion damages the entire right side of Metalman- His arm gets blown off then he suddenly goes limp and falls down below seemingly lifeless.][They both breathe a sigh of relief and start to laugh at how damage they’ve gotten recently for a few moments; Metalman suddenly sits up and tries to throw a buzz-saw at Megaman still on the banisters above with his broken and remaining left arm- Rush steps in and kicks him unconscious before he can aim it accurately.][Megaman bends down to get his right arm (he has to bite onto it because his other arm is limp) and jumps down from the banisters to copy Metalman’s weapon and once again gets another piece of the password (Rush has to help him somewhat); Out of curiosity, Megaman decides to take off Metalman’s helmet to see his face underneath since it covers his entire head, and is then deeply distraught that Metalman was built without a silicone artificial face like an average humanoid robot and instead has a bare metal skull face with robotics exposed- the chapter ends with Megaman respectfully putting Metalman’s helmet back on his head in a somber way.]
Chapter 17/ Preparation/:
…initializing… [DATA-bank/01/ accessed successfully] [DATA-file/17/ opened]
[Surrounded by tools, spare parts from the factory and a single robotics manual, Rush struggles to reattach Megaman’s right arm for nearly an hour without opposable thumbs until Quickman arrives and offers his help; Rush has a comedically difficult time instructing a clueless Quickman on how to fix robotics and claims to have a serious headache afterword when they finish (Quickman doesn’t even know how to use a screw driver properly because he has only built a day earlier).][Megaman asks Quickman if he knows anything useful about the next robot, Crashman, and he mentions that Crashman has a bizarre glitch with his internal gyroscope when he encounters Airman’s high velocity fan- Crashman will increasingly get ‘motion-sickness’ the longer he is exposed to abnormally high wind currents; Megaman thanks Quickman for this information and they go their separate ways.]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here’s another two chapters of that rough draft; considering the realism of Megaman getting his arms sliced off by a combat robot that specializes with buzz-saws, it’s safe to assume this post will have to be tagged under the NSFW tag just be safe. These two and more chapters can still be found under the ‘Megaman: DWN Missile Orders’ tag.
My reasoning and interpretation of this:
Out of all of the other scenarios with Dr. Wily’s robots, this one with Metalman is actually the closest to the source material in terms of the setting; I didn't necessarily  do that on purpose at first, but kept it in because it was nice reference and blended in with the rest of the plot and its themes.
Megaman swapped back to his old weapons mainly because he probably felt more comfortable with the copied weapons and his signature plasma blaster then with actual real-world guns- Especially after that recent incident with Bubbleman being torn to literal pieces by one.
Metalman is noticeably more successful in damaging Megaman because he is more direct at simply attacking his opponents quickly before they can possibly hurt him- He was mainly programmed this way because his design is meant to be strictly offensive, and not defensive enough to last long in a grudge match against a stronger opponent. His design is so strictly specialized to be as efficient as possible he is one of the few robots seen without a artificial silicon face over his bare metal skull.
It seems like Rush struggles with the fact that he is a robotic dog with dog paws instead of hands in this chapter when trying to repair Megaman; and then has to instruct Quickman on how to repair Megaman with only dog paws as visual examples on how to use tools properly (It’s quite reasonable why he complained of headaches afterwords).
Quickman makes an appearance once again, but noticeably one hour after their fight with Metalman has ended- perhaps he got lost in the other factory/warehouses next to them, or morbidly assumed they met their demise there and decided to wait for Metalman to clean the resulting mess up.

Megaman: DWN Missile Orders
Chapter 14/ Vs. Bubbleman/ Overkill/:
…initializing… [DATA-bank/01/ accessed successfully] [DATA-file/3/ opened]
[Megaman arrives in the area where Bubbleman might be lurking accompanied by Rush, which is upstream from a nearby water treatment facility and liquid waste management building.][They sneak around the river trying to spot the robot anywhere they can look, but fail at first to look into the water until they don’t see his helmet slowly emerge from the depths.][Bubbleman then gets out of the river while they both are still checking the dense forest around them, then stands there creepily to wait; Rush turns around to see if they missed a spot and screams out of fear when he sees him a few meters away starring at them, Megaman turns around in response and begins to scream to at his appearance- neither of them expected a robot called Bubbleman to be nearly as tall and as muscular as Airman, but also look so disturbingly unsettling with his eerie twitchy lobster-like helmet.][Bubbleman then suddenly starts to hobble to them unexpectedly fast (he has to use retractable stilts to walk on land almost like a gorilla because his armor is too top heavy) and Rush, due to the sudden terror, accidently fires his machine gun in his general direction- Bubbleman suddenly stops when the gunshots are heard and immediately goes back into the deep river.][Moments pass as they both try to find an area to hide and use their weapons, Rush suddenly picks up radio signals that appear to be from another robot, Megaman convinces him to tune in and listen and it turns out to be Bubbleman calling Metalman and informing his ally of their weapon and armor change (Megaman is creeped out from Bubbleman’s voice sounding so disturbingly monotone and rush comments on how he wasn’t expecting Metalman’s voice to sound so Japanese), Metalman casually mentions that he and Crashman are bullet-proof and then ends the call warning Bubbleman to be careful; Megaman and Rush keep note of this new information.][Bubbleman soon emerges once again and finds them while they are trying to climb on top of a steep rock formation.][Megaman is close to the top and tries to open fire on Bubbleman, who is unable to climb (but is still attempting to on all fours), but realizes that neither Rush or himself know how to properly aim a gun at a distance, so all of bullets miss Bubbleman entirely.][Moments later Bubbleman decides to stop attempting to climb and starts to use his metal melting acid shooter on Rush, who is lagging behind Megaman; It melts the paint off of Rush’s armor and eats away at the rock ledge he is holding onto, Rush then slips and falls near Bubbleman.][Megaman hears Rush scream and jumps down to intervene when he sees Bubbleman is about to stab an unconscious Rush with his acid shooter; a fight ensues between Megaman and Bubbleman (Bubbleman unearths trees and throws them at Megaman along with hitting him with his stilts).][Megaman ends up slipping on a wet rock near the edge of the river and falls down.][Bubbleman then uses his acid shooter on Megaman’s helmet and it melts the paint off of the armor and seeps into a gap, roughly one third of Megaman’s artificial silicone face starts to melt into a watery substance revealing the robotic components underneath, Megaman screams in pain while ‘digging’ both his hands onto his helmet’s face portion in response to this.][Bubbleman then tries to drag Megaman into the river, but Rush wakes up to Megaman’s screams of pain and fires a rocket launcher at Bubbleman; the explosion rips the back portion of Bubbleman wide open (he was built to handle underwater pressure, not guns and explosions), even with his robotic innards and oil spilling out Bubbleman still tries to attack them.][Megaman pleads to him to just give up, but Bubbleman still tries to grab Megaman to drown him; Megaman then accidently fires the only weapon he has available at him, a rapid-fire machine gun, mere inches from him and the rest of Bubbleman falls apart violently and collapses into the river.][Seconds later Megaman breaks down and begins to cry at what he just did while throwing the gun far into the forest, the chapter ends with Rush starting to run to Megaman to comfort him.]
Chapter 15/ Fear/:
…initializing… [DATA-bank/01/ accessed successfully] [DATA-file/15/ opened]
[Rush eventually calms Megaman down by explaining to him this type of accident will always happen if anyone has little to no experience with real firearms in a stressful scenario; Megaman starts to become fearful to how overpowered guns really are in comparison to the few weapons they had before and convinces Rush to get his plasma forearm armor later from Dr. Lights lab.][Rush finds and retrieves Megaman’s gun he threw earlier while Megaman walks downstream to find all pieces of Bubbleman he can get and copies his weapon along with another piece of the password; Megaman then leaves all of the pieces in a neat pile on dry land near the river.][They then start to leave the area until they encounter Quickman once again but he seems to be holding box full of E-Tanks and a mini-robot repair kit; both of them are perplexed as to why he is not trying to fight them again until Quickman explains to them that he recently discovered that nearly all of his siblings (robots in his same production line- Dr. Wily’s other 7 robots) have been bullying him on his helmet texting intercom (he never bothered to check it until he read the helmet model’s instruction booklet), then gives them the items he was holding and shows them a holographic screen of it to them- Rush is surprised at how much curse words they used.][Megaman has sympathy for Quickman and offers him to join them in their mission against the last two robots remaining, but he refuses because he’s afraid of Dr. Wily finding out later about this interaction.][All three start to leave together until Quickman jokes about how that last confrontation was their first real instance of no civilian casualties; the chapter ends with Megaman yelling at him never to joke about casualties while comedically kicking Quickman between his legs (ouch).]
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here’s the next two chapters in that rough draft; considering there are significantly less casualties in these chapters then the last few, this won’t be under the NSFW tag, and will be available under normal tags. You can read more chapters and commentary of this under the ‘Megaman: DWN Missile Orders’ tag.
My reasoning and interpretation of this:
Since Megaman and Rush swapped all of their gear and robot weapons for actual weapons like guns, it’s quite reasonable for them to not quite know how to use any of it besides the bare basics- especially considering they both were regular civilian robots a few days prior to these events.
Before this, Megaman wasn't directly responsible for any grisly ‘robot death’, the incidents prior were ether terrible accidents or sudden coincidences- so, even though he accidentally fired his weapon out of fear, his abrupt emotional reaction afterwords was to be expected.
Bubbleman’s appearance, which is quite different then any other iteration of him, is further described and explained in his Design Sketches post tagged under ‘redesign’ and ‘bubbleman’ in my tumbler page (sorry, Can’t figure out how to link it here.)
Quickman, after being online for roughly two days, discovers his combat suit came with a instruction manual for all of it’s technological features (the manual was hidden in a storage compartment)- such as his inter com communication device and radio. The aspect of Quickman unknowingly getting ‘cyberbullied’ by his siblings may be due to the fact that his online signal never went offline after his confrontation with Megaman because he was only rendered temporarily unconscious and not subdued; and in later scenarios his siblings may simply be jealous that he was the only one spared of any real damage- Another factor may be that Quickman is an easy target singled out by his siblings for his shy and non-confrontational personality traits.
As evidenced here, Quickman may also have some poor social skills or social decision making skills with the sensitive joke he decided to tell Megaman- but that is to be expected because he was literally just finished being made the previous day.

Bubbleman Design Sketches
Here are some Sketches of Bubbleman (DWN-011)
Again, sorry if it looks a bit rough, I’ll later re-draw this on my digital drawing pad along with color it for better clarity of details.)
Tumblr media
My interpretation of these re-designs will mainly try to be realistic and practical with some added changes to the characters; so lets get into more detail with Bubbleman and the specific features he has, along with a character bio.
Bubbleman’s fighting style often involves direct brute physical force and and distance based combative techniques; His armor is heavy and made to withstand intense underwater pressure as well as any sudden impact. Due to him being a water based robot, he has extra hydraulics and ‘muscles’ to compensate for the extra drag underwater. he also has two tanks full of super heated hydrogen to act as ballast tanks to help him stay afloat at any water level, and multiple propeller water jets on his back and boots for quick movement in the water. His helmet features specialized moving robotic antennas that can sense the slightest of movement underwater and then pinpoint its source. He is more heavily armored then most other robots for having additional protection with flexible metal tubes on his neck, upper arms, upper legs, lower torso, and hands. All of this additional underwater gear and armor on his torso comes at a cost- on land he is severely top-heavy and off balance; he has additional hydraulics around his lower torso to try to compensate and has to use duel retractable weaponized canes from each of his forearms to maneuver around on land (His walking resembles that of a gorilla somewhat.)
Tumblr media
Bubbleman’s forearm armor is specialized for close and distance based combat situations. The elbow pad features a sharp blade to puncture heavy armor and he has knuckle plates for punching. Both of his forearms feature his signature weapon, acid shooter; the tips are sharp to puncture armor then release a severely toxic spray that melts most metals and rubber based compounds robots are known to be manufactured with. The spray of acid can reach up to 15 meters away, and the density of it can be adjusted into a steam resembling a condensed power hose.
Tumblr media
His boots are specially designed for underwater maneuverability and slight land based traversing. The underside of the boots are slip resistant to wet and smooth surfaces and provide some traction in muddy areas; each of his boots feature clawed scuba flippers for more speed in the water and they fold upwards when on the surface. At the base of each boot he has mini water jets as well as fins on the back side of the boot; his legs also have extra hydraulics to compensate for his extra weight on land.
Tumblr media
I wanted to make sure to post this first before the next chapters of the rough draft because the next one features Bubbleman looking like this; so I thought it would be nice to have some context on what he looks like before reading it....
Those Crashman sketches are almost finished, but I’ll prefer to add a few more sketches on the page before I get to scan it; it looks a tad bit bare-boned right now. For now I’ll post a few more chapters of that rough draft then try to get that done.

Megaman: DWN Missile Orders
Chapter 12/ Vs. Airman/ Tactics/:
…initializing… [DATA-bank/01/ accessed successfully] [DATA-file/12/ opened]
[Megaman and Rush travel to the international airport to confront the next robot, Airman, by riding on a bullet train.][Once they arrive they are perplexed that he appears to be in the multi-level car park according to Dr. Light’s data, but they decide to go in with caution; inside Airman dramatically explains how his weaponized jet-engine in his chest works to them, then proclaims that they stepped into a lethal trap (his jet-engine’s power is magnified in high draft areas where air circulation gets weird with vacuums) while suddenly turning on his jet-engine- Megaman and Rush are immediately vacuumed out onto the street below (Rush uses Rush-Jet to land safely).][Megaman crashes headfirst on top of a moving mini-van (the roof is caved in quite a lot) and passes out somewhat; Airman jumps down to confront them and picks up a drowsy Megaman by his left arm, then violently thrashes him around until his entire left arm is torn off while Megaman screams in pain (this throws Megaman quite a few meters away from Airman still holding his left arm).][Airman starts to approach a nearby vehicle but is interrupted by Rush trying to bite his leg; Megaman regains his composer(still on the ground) and fires his plasma weapon repeatedly at Airman until he realizes that it has no effect on Airman.][Airman then starts to throw vehicles in the air and hurl them at Megaman’s direction by using his jet-engine, Megaman rolls to the side to avoid being crushed by one and runs to take cover behind a building with Rush.][There they try to quickly strategize on how to defeat Airman, Megaman is still adamant about not using Heatman’s flamethrower because they are an a crowded city street, so this only leaves them with Quickman’s Boomerang weapon once again- Megaman then starts to approach Airman and realizes that the robot is nearly twice his height and is still fast and nimble at that size.][A physical fight ensues and Airman easily over powers Megaman within seconds of reaching him, Airman then pins Megaman to the ground and tries to crush his head with his boot-Rush intervenes again and Megaman gets up hastily while Airman is distracted and uses a Quick Boomerang to pry open his jet-engine panel.][To Airman’s horror, his internal components start to fall out as Megaman stabs him a few more times; moments later a panicking Airman collapses while still trying to hold his internal components together and Megaman hastily copies his weapon and gets another part of the password fragment with a distraught look on his face.][They then both start to walk away and Airman is then seen getting up slowly covered in oil and begins to follow them; Megaman finds his missing arm and minutes later they arrive back at the station to wait for the bullet train to arrive, only a few yards from the station Rush realizes they are being followed by Airman and they try to run for the station; Airman starts to sprint after them, they run in the station, so he enters the station through a different door to ambush them inside.][Megaman sees him inside and they both run as Airman chases them through the whole station, eventually they try to lose him by running to the other side of the magnetic bullet train tracks; Airman runs after them, but his since his armor is more magnetic then theirs, he gets partially stuck and an oncoming bullet train runs him over.][The resulting high-speed collision causes Airman to break apart in pieces mere feet away from Megaman and derails the train, causing that train to hit the stationary ones at the station and civilians inside the building.][They both run out of the station terrified by what they just witnessed (Quickman makes a cameo in the background drinking an E-Tank soda with a surprised expression looking at the station) and are abruptly teleported out by Dr. Light.]
Chapter 13/ Forced-Upgrades/:
…initializing… [DATA-bank/01/ accessed successfully] [DATA-file/13/ opened]
[Megaman and Rush arrive in Dr. Light’s private underground robotics laboratory through teleportation, and both appear to have severe motion-sickness and disorientation of where they are.][Dr. Light says to Megaman, in a cold tone, that he is disappointed in him for his blatant disobedience and lack of efficiency at their mission; Megaman argues to him that his plasma weapon does no damage to Dr. Wily’s robots and he and Rush never got formerly trained for combat besides the basic self-defense already built in their programming.][Moments later, Dr. Light admits Megaman is somewhat right, but still appears to be angry at him and Rush; After repairing both of them, Dr. Light then pulls Megaman to the side to what looks like a large safe and threatens him never to question were he obtained its contents and the legality of it in the household, Megaman hesitantly agrees to.][Dr. Light opens the safe to reveal a large hidden room filled to the brim with military grade weapons, bombs, and crates full of all kinds of ammunition; and at the center on display is two different sets of heavy-duty robot combat armor eerily similar in shape to the sets Megaman and Rush wear- Dr. Light then orders them to change their gear for what they could find in the hidden room and leaves the laboratory with them still inside looking at the weapons with worried expressions.][They both change their combat suits and gear up; shortly afterward Megaman tries to find Roll to say goodbye before they leave for the next robot; he later finds her sweeping a closet and notices that she looks deeply distraught, so Megaman asks her what is wrong- the chapter ends a few moments later when she is about to speak to him, leaving the rest of their conversation unknown to the readers.]
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here’s the next few chapters of that rough draft- after doing some brief re-reading of this I decided this definitely belongs under the NSFW tag again because it’s even more detailed then the last few with the robot violence (oops). Try looking under the ‘Megaman: DWN Missile Orders’ tag for more chapters.
My reasoning and interpretation of this:
At one point, after some of Dr. Wily’s robots start to go ‘offline’- some of the remaining robots might piece together that it might have something to do with a certain robot from Dr. Light; so it’s not surprising that they might want to set up traps to stop him from doing the same to them.
Considering that Airman is the largest and most heavy set out of the other seven robots in his line, it wouldn't be out of the ordinary to have him simply get up and silently follow them after getting damaged enough to collapse temporarily. Airman’s heavy armor is also the most effected by magnetic forces due to it’s specific metal composition, and ha was unable to get past the magnetic train railing while Megaman and Rush easily crossed it without much issues(most of their armor is lightly metal plated mixed in with plastic and rubber components, considering they were just display sets in a museum a few days prior to this).
Dr. Light was heavily involved with many military tech companies for decades(and still might be), so it would be in the realm of possibilities that he could stock up a small armament room full of weapons and left over tech if his laboratory was isolated enough form the police.
Seems like Quickman decided to keep his distance from Megaman and Rush this time, and was then surprised by the accidental destruction of the train station and the area around it.
So, Roll attempts to tell Megaman about all of the criminal activities she has seen Dr. Light do with his robot hacking, but is seriously hesitant about it because she is genuinely scared of getting outright replaced later on or ‘turned off’(deactivated) mid-sentence like she has been before. Considering that they go to their next destination for the next robot after this chapter, it’s implied that Roll chose not to tell him everything, let alone the exact truth.

Megaman: DWN Missile Orders
Chapter 10/ Vs. Woodman/ Manipulation/:
…initializing… [DATA-bank/01/ accessed successfully] [DATA-file/10/ opened]
[They both arrive at the multi-leveled domed nature park and are momentarily distracted by the beautiful scenery with indoor waterfalls, jungle like environment full of tropical birds, and endangered wildlife.][Megaman and Rush eventually spot Woodman watching the surrounding wildlife, and they both decide after some debate to wait and see if Woodman will start destroying anything with their weapons set and ready on him.][An hour passes with them still sneaking around and Megaman receives a call from a disgruntled and angry Dr. Light- Dr. Light orders him to attack Woodman with his new flamethrower weapon from Heatman, Megaman refuses because they are around civilians and the ‘range is too wide and overpowered’ then proceeds to hang up while Dr. Light is still scolding him.][Moments later Megaman suddenly faints and emergency protocols and sirens are triggered in the building alerting everyone to evacuate; Rush tries to carry and drag Megaman out of the building but he is too large and heavy to catch up with Woodman who is evacuating along with the panicked crowds all around them.][Megaman, who is still unconscious, then starts to convulse and shake similarly to having a seizure; Rush stops and tries to figure out what is wrong with Megaman (having never seen a robot with Advanced A.I. get hacked before) by looking through his internal coding, only to be locked out mid-way by a supposed glitch.][Seconds later, Megaman stops convulsing and suddenly hurls himself off of the ground with overly robotic mannerisms and movements; Rush looks into his eyes and notices both of Megaman’s eyes are completely black with small green error text along the surfaces.][Megaman then immediately starts to sprint in the direction Woodman is at while ignoring obstacles (he runs over people, jumps or sprints through rivers and waterfalls, and simply breaks decorative glass walls without stopping); Rush immediately realizes Megaman has been hacked and chases after him to try to stop him- only to stepped on or kicked out of the way multiple times.][As Megaman gets closer to Woodman he switches weapons to Heatman’s flamethrower (using both arms as flamethrowers instead of just one); Rush uses Rush-jet to get ahead of Megaman and warns Woodman to start running for an exit, only for Woodman to panic at the sight of Megaman and get partially stuck with the crowds in the building next door, a museum and aquatic wildlife exhibits.][Megaman makes a b-line to Woodman by melting and kicking in the reinforced glass walls of the nature park and then melting the walls of the museum to enter with the flamethrower to get through while his surrounding area is engulfed in flames.][As Megaman closes in on Woodman’s location, Woodman starts to push civilians into the large aquatic exhibits below featuring only medium-sized genetically modified fish along with throwing Rush in as well.][Once Woodman sees Megaman only a few meters away he turns around and jumps into the exhibit face first, only to struggle to submerge himself due to wood being buoyant in water; Megaman fires the flamethrower at full capacity (a setting not even Heatman dared to use) and both the museum and neighboring nature park dome explode from the inside out with a sudden monsoon of fire; immediately after the fire subsides, Megaman, unharmed because of Heatman’s fireproof armor ability, once again faints.][Moments later, Rush, along with a few civilians, start to emerge from exhibit’s pool and panic over the charred remains all over the two buildings and start to flee the area; Rush stays behind to get Megaman and notices half of Woodman is burned to ash, he peers into his open head cavity to find out that his A.I. chip was safely submerged in the water but his weapons data along with his password fragment is corrupted.][Rush gets out of the pool and the chapter ends with Megaman waking up from Rush pouring a bucket of water on his face.]
Chapter 11/ Trapped/:
…initializing… [DATA-bank/01/ accessed successfully] [DATA-file/11/ opened]
[Rush tells Megaman, who is dazed and confused by his surroundings and change of outfit, they have to leave soon or the police will go after them; Megaman panics once he realizes he doesn’t remember the last 30 minutes or so and begins to get hysterical (along with a whole lot of cussing) once he understands his burned surroundings and what weapon he has equipped.][Rush has to temporarily knock-out Megaman with hacking to get him away from the area with Rush-Jet and lands on a nearby skyscraper.][Megaman wakes up again and Rush explains what happened to him; Megaman then tells Rush about the phone call he had with Dr. Light and how he mentioned to use Heatman’s flamethrower right before he got hacked, Rush tries to reassure Megaman that Dr. Light couldn’t have done this even though deep down inside Rush knows it was most likely Dr. Light.][Megaman looks at the buildings on fire in the distance and begins to contemplate jumping- Rush convinces him not to by admitting that they are not even high enough to do significant damage; Rush then says to Megaman that they might as well continue their mission, and even if they do give up another robot assigned after them could still get hacked.][As soon as Megaman agrees with Rush to continue with the other robots, Quickman suddenly appears to try to start a fight- only to quietly leave after Rush cusses him out about never going through with a fight and bugging them.]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here is the next few chapters of that rough draft, again this one has to be under that NSFW tag because of all that implied death and violence throughout it; but the next few won’t be as extreme as this to get that tag. more of these can still be found under the ‘Megaman: DWN Missile Orders’ tag below.
My reasoning and interpretation of this:
Hacking robots with multiple levels of cognitive functioning and advanced A.I. is no easy task; first they may have to immobilize the robot entirely of it’s senses and ‘awake’ consciousness- then figure out some sort of advanced codding command or control system to get what they want the robot to do for them. This, coupled with the fact that the hacking episode happened right after a sour phone call by their creator will surly leave some lasting doubt about the exact motives of Dr. Light.
Heatman’s copied weapon equipped on both arms is vary far reaching and wide in its flaming capabilities, so it was actually quite reasonable (after recently seeing the damage from the flamethrower last time) for Megaman to actively refuse to use it at all in such a crowded building in the first place.
Apparently, despite how eager Quickman is to try to fight them again- he’s not vary good at coping with heated verbal confrontations (Quickman literally gets cussed out by a talking robot dog).
