Rose got corrupted from the stress of her pregnancy (I might also have with her doing such a large alter to her "code"/body it also just completely messed things up + with stress that led to corruption). The gems didn't know she was corrupted until they met Steven when he was born. Rose left the Gems when she was corrupting, worried she would fully corrupt and hurt them

Choose Your Baby from the Coren Authority! (Redraw)

I remembered I drew other versions of Coren if he was born from the other Diamonds so I decided to redraw them! The old version is under the cut if you want to see it.

White! Coren: -Has dragon/bat wings -Has dark gray spikes on his back -Long tail with spikes

Yellow! Coren: -Upside down yellow horns -Tail with no spikes -Has 'wings' on his arms that he would use to glide (but I forgot to draw it oof)

Blue! Coren: -Ice horns and ice freckles/mini horns -Ice 'spikes' on shoulders and back -Another pair of arms, made of ice; not retractable -Has small bear-like tail

Welcome to the Corrupted Baby Steven AU!

I had the AU around 2020/2021 but I'm rebooting it since my art is better and I wanted to rewrite it. Some info on the AU and some answered questions are below!

What is the AU about? -Rose was corrupted before she gave birth, resulting in Steven being born partially corrupted.

2. Why does Steven wear gloves, shoes and hoodie/hides his corruption? -Greg kept Steven's corruption features a secret from Beach City, and it still is a secret as of now.

3. Why do you call Steven "Coren"? -Outside the AU, he is referred to as Coren because I combined Corrupted Steven into a name for him.

4. Are asks canon? -In a sense yes. Asks cannot change the story massively though.

5. How often do you update? -There isn't a set schedule, but I will do my best to answer asks and update the AU.

6. What are the tags? -For things I answer its #waffles answers. For the AU (story wise) currently its #corrupted baby steven season 1 and #corrupted baby steven s1 ep1. These tags will update per episode/season

7. Is fanart/fanfiction allowed? -Of course! If you want me to see it, make sure to @ me!
