This pack is so well made and some of items included are far better than the objects made by sims themselves. I would defiantly recommend downloading this cc pack! A 67 piece custom content stuff pack for all your tiny peoples by @felixandresims & @harrie-cc

After the success of both the KICHEN & BAFROOM, it was time to tackle another room in the house that needed much love & attention… kids rooms. 

This set contains items suitable for kids of all ages; including a new bassinet for babies, cute toddler beds, through to new toys and furniture pieces for your children. This set may be aimed at kids, but you will be able to use many of the pieces all over your Sims’ homes. Of course as always with our sets, there are a truck load of swatches & matching wood tones!!!

Please note that the bassinet is available as a default override & as a decorative object. All items in this set are Base Game compatible.

Tiny Living Plus - CC Addon for Tiny Living

I am very excited to finally share my Custom Content Addon for Tiny Living! I started working on this set as soon as Tiny Living was released but I had less free time than usual so it took a bit longer than expected to finish. Hope you enjoy & sorry for the delay!

Want more out of Tiny Living? This set contains over 20 objects… 34 to be specific, if you count the full set of lights and windows that are also included. The objects use many elements from those found in Tiny Living, so this set is very much an ‘addon’ and will match seamlessly with the Pack. 

Similar to how my Moschino Addons required Moschino Stuff Pack to work, this Tiny Living Addon requires Tiny Living for it to work.

Install

To install, place the .package files into your Mods folder found, by default, in My Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods. Alternatively, you can place the individual .package files from the separated ZIP into it’s own folder within the Mods folder to keep things tidy.

Sleek Kitchen CC Stuff

Fully Base Game Compatible

Here’s my second modern themed CC Pack (Click here for my first)! This one contains new objects which will be sure to spice up any modern Kitchen! In this pack, you can find a in-built stove, sink, as well as brand new counters, stools, chairs + more!

This contains 20 objects total, 1 is a mesh edit of a base game counter to have no backing board. The overall colour scheme for this pack is greyscale.

To find all items easily in Build/Buy Mode, search for [Sleek Kitchen] with the square brackets, and you’ll see all the CC in one place!

Information About Specific Items

The Built-In Stove is actually two separate objects, the special counter part and stove part. This allows you to pick and chose which counter colour & stove colour you wish to use! (You can place the Stove into the custom counter without cheats)

The Island Counter and Hollow Island Counter objects have both end pieces and the main piece (refer to screenshot) however the corners are unchanged, they will look strange if placed.

The Ceiling Fan, as you would expect, spins!

As always, there may be issues, but I have tested the functionality of all objects and from what I can see, works perfectly. If you run into any issues, let me know!

MINIMALIST BEDROOM STUFF PACK (CC)

I am so excited to finally be able to share with you all the “Minimalist Bedroom” CC Stuff Pack which I have been working on over the last few months! Interestingly, while I was creating this pack, I ended up adding a few “Study” oriented objects seeing as some Bedrooms also contain desks. You could potentially use the objects in this pack to create separate Studies as well!

This Pack includes over 25 New Objects, 2 Wall Textures and 2 Floor Textures.  Each Object has at least 8 “Maxis” Wooden Swatches and 3 Solid Greyscale Swatches. Search for [Minimalist Bedroom] including square brackets in the Build Mode menu to find the objects in this pack with ease.

I am finally ready to share the Contemporary Living CC Pack with you all! After finishing up the Minimalist Bedroom Stuff, I ended up deciding I wanted to create CC for my Living Areas which would match with the Bedroom Pack. As a result, the objects contained in this pack were made to match seamlessly with the objects in the Bedroom Pack, containing the same swatches and basic style. Hope you enjoy!

Very excited to finally release my next Custom Content Stuff Pack, SIMKEA Furnishings! Contains over 45 new objects inspired by IKEA and Minimal Furniture. As per usual, this CC Pack is fully Base Game Compatible! I hope you enjoy! The Occluder Override is recommended as it prevents weird shadows from appearing on my cabinets when an appliance is placed under them. This occurs as I changed the shading properties of them in order to workaround an issue which affects ALL Cabinets in the game which cause all corner pieces to appear darker than the rest. This fix applies to all Maxis Appliances.

Cabinets in SIMKEA Furnishings can be found in the Surfaces Category under Shelves.

THE BAFROOM

An 94 piece collaborative bathroom set by @felixandresims & @harrie-cc After the huge success of THE KICHEN, it only felt right to continue with items from another area of your Sims’ home that need a little love & attention…THE BAFROOM.

Now your sims can pamper themselves in luxury with this modern bathroom set. But the items in this set are not only for the bathroom, they will work in many different rooms around the house. Highlights of the set include: Bi-fold doors, seamless windows, Barcelona chair & lounger set, plus every item you could possibly require to make a stylish bathroom…you know bathtub, shower, sink, toilet, etc.

The set is base game compatible, with the only exception being the wall shower that requires the Discover University EP & the mirror windows which require Get To Work EP. To easily find all of the items in the set, just search with the keyword BAFROOM in the build/buy catalogue. There is also one marble wallpaper that you will have to go searching for separately.

As a little extra thank you we have included a hot tub that matches with the rest of the set. Because everybody wants new hot tubs right! ;P

There's a story behind this post. So one day I was playing sims and watching @lilsimsie on YouTube build her woodland cabin and on one of the suggested videos underneath was this kind of small/flowered/green house home which I loved! So I recreated it from the little thumbnail in the corner - little did I know this was actually another one of lilsimsie’s masterpieces! Although I struggled, and I was literally looking at a video thumbnail which would have given me a step by step guide - it passed the time, and I love how it turned out. Thank you @lilsimsie for the inspiration :)

Hello! This is my first post on my new blog. This first image is a rooftop lounge area I think looks so cute in the dark with the lantern lights! The furniture used is Barium Outdoor Living created by wondymoon - one of my all-time favourite outdoor furniture custom content creations. As for the lights - I have no idea where I got them from, I did have a little mooch but couldn't find them, I have linked another recent download I found for something similar. I hope to post more of my favourite creations/other simmers creations, ask any questions or if you have any requests I enjoy a good build challenge xoxo
