That day, October 7 1994, they had called the club where Hole was going to perform and threatened that they were going to shoot Courtney on stage.

While the members of Hole were tuning Courtney appeared in a baby doll dress and high heels and said "If someone is going to shoot me on stage it will be a big footnote to rock 'n' roll history... I don't care."
