this is part one to a multiple chapter series that i have posted on ao3 as well.

summary: While settling into your new apartment in New York, you find yourself enamored with Peter B. Parker, as he spices up your daily life.

You gleamed at the setup of your apartment. Everything was aesthetically pleasing, from the color coordination of the furniture to the pictures and artwork you had managed to stick to the wall. Although it had taken you weeks after your actual move-in date to achieve, it finally paid off, and pride echoed in your chest as you admired the home you made for yourself.

Rome wasn’t built in a day, which was made crystal clear to you as the light of your phone demanded your attention. The decorating that brought itself late into the night displayed itself in the form of the clock on your phone, and now all that was left was to settle into your bed.

You began to slip into your pajamas when a familiar sound erupted from your stomach—a grumble. Once the soft fabric of your pajama pants collides with your skin, it dawns on you that you haven’t eaten at all, being so preoccupied with decorating your new apartment. You slip on a jacket and some slides, grab your keys, and hop into your car.

The car stops at a 24-hour grocery store nearby. The parking lot is empty, safe for a few cars that you only can assume are majorly from staff, with a few customers looking to get a late-night snack like yourself. Slightly spooked by the darkness outside, you quickly enter the glowing market to find yourself wandering down the aisles, pushing a primarily empty cart. Pizza dough, shredded cheese, and some pepperoni make their way into said cart, the idea of a homemade pizza teasing itself for tomorrow's lunch. Grabbing a few more essentials, you get down to the ice cream aisle. Your hand grabs the last bin of vanilla bean as a treat for your hard work. As you reach for it, your hand comes into contact with a slightly warmer and softer one.

You look up and are met with the brown eyes of a man who can’t be any older than his late 30s. You shyly retract your hand while he does the same. The older man awkwardly rubbed his hand behind his neck.

“Sorry, I didn’t know vanilla bean was that popular option.” You smiled at him.

He chuckled, gesturing towards you to take it. “I insist you have it. I can grab a different flavor.”

You frowned, shaking your head and pointing to the container. “No, it’s okay. I can grab something else.”

The exchange goes back and forth until you both coincidentally reach for it and touch your hands again.

The two of you both let out a light laugh, catching the attention of two teens. One is a blonde girl with her head half-shaven, and the other is a brown skin boy with a visually unique jacket. The blonde girl smiled at the older man while walking up to him.

“Did you find the ice cream, or were you busy flirting over here?” She laughed.

This caused the boy next to her to punch her shoulder gently. “C'mon, leave him alone, Gwen!”

The older male rolled his eyes at her as she grabbed the container and placed it into her smaller handheld basket. You couldn’t tell if you wanted to laugh at his obvious annoyance or the red tint that crept across his face at the girl’s blunt description of the situation.

The male pulled out his wallet and handed a couple of bills to the younger boy. “You and Miles go up and pay, and I will catch up in a sec.”

The two teens giggled, walking off and whispering things to each other that you could only assume were pretenses about you two.

The guy turned his attention back to you, a slight smirk on his face. “Well, since it’s my fault your ice cream is gone, I feel responsible for helping you find something else to eat.”

You smiled at his apparent gesture to spend more time with you, but you couldn’t help but accept. “What about your kids?”

He raised his eyebrow, “My..kids?”

“The two kids that you just gave money to?” You stared at him questionably; how can someone forget about their kids?

His confused face turned into one of realization as he shook his head quickly. “No, no, those aren’t my kids. They’re just my friends.”

“Your friends are..two kids?” You questioned jokingly.

Embarrassment was written on his face as he covered it, “No! No! They just come around, and I’ve known them for a bit, so I let them stay! And-“

You cut him off before he over-explained himself. “I know what you mean; I’m just messing with you.” Your eyes wandered around the shelves of the aisles that you two traveled before stopping next to some cookies.

He grabbed the box and observed them. “You can’t go wrong with cookies.”

You nodded, taking the box he handed you and placing it in your cart. The two of you made your way up to the checkout line in silence as the two teens that presumably came with him were finishing their payment.

You rang up your items as he handed the kids the keys to place their purchase in his car. He waited for you to finish before grabbing the bags for you.

“Allow me to walk you to your car. It is pretty dark, after all.”

You agreed and took one of the bags from him.

“By the way, I never asked for your name.” He grinned as he walked you to your car.

“It’s Y/N, and what’s yours?” You took the bag from his hand and placed it into your car with the other.

“It’s Peter.” He handed you his cell phone awkwardly, trying to find the right words. “Will you…if you-“

“Are you asking me for my number?” A curious grin was forming on your lips.

“Yes..” He admitted sheepishly.

You entered your number and handed it back to him. “Thank you, Peter. Call me whenever. I’m always free.”

You got in your car and drove off, leaving him dumbstruck in the parking lot that his charm worked. He walked by to his car, only to be met with questions upon questions from Miles and Gwen.

“Did you get their name?” Miles asked immediately.

“Yeah! It’s Y/N.”

Just a greeting in general, it does much more then you think.

DO'S ✅

Greet the writer

Be polite

Use the word please, ffs !

If you like their content, compliment them!

Congratulate them, if it's a milestone event.

DONT'S ❌

Don't send an ask with nothing put the prompt and character & do not send an ask with just your request, it makes you sound like you expect the writer to write it. And comes off slightly demanding.

Do not do the above and just add pls in the end, sure you made an effort. But it's not really a good ask, and can come off rude in certain times.

leviathan hated his brother mammon.

he glared at you and mammon as the two of you told each other sweet nothings back and forth. it wasn’t fair, he thought to himself. the scummy second born didn’t deserve you. he didn’t love you like levi did. how dare he confess to you before leviathan even got the chance. he knows mammon didn’t know of the third borns crush on you, but leviathan tried to make it so obvious that he felt as if mammon purposely ignored his hinting as his feelings towards you.

he felt his body swell with a rage so severe it would have made satan tremble, his face turning red as if the flames of hell itself were inside him. he couldn’t stand looking at you two. being in love. in love with mammon. it’s not fair. what did you see in him? he’s trash. he’s useless. he wishes mammon would just-

he stops himself, snapping out of his thoughts and fixating his eyes on you only. you look happier than you’ve ever been since coming to devildom. you’re happy. unfair as he thought it was, leviathan dare not take away your happiness. he couldn’t even imagine doing that to you, it would hurt him too much. his eyes fall back to his handheld game, his character having long died, ‘ you lose ‘ was blinking in big pixel letters.

he lost.

mammon was the winner, he was bold enough to confess to you first. he felt hot tears build up in his eyes, but he angrily blinked them back. loudly, he slid his chair from behind the table, stomping to his room, slamming the door behind him.

you turned towards the sound of the slamming door. “ is levi okay? “ you asked mammon, frowning.

“ who cares? “ the second born said nastily.

leviathan let the tears he was holding back fall while clenching his fist, as he felt less angry and more upset. as long as you are happy, right?

general relationship hcs for kou minamoto !!

- how the two of you got together was an enigma within itself. kou was pretty dense and didn’t seem to be catching the hints you were dropping, so you’re only option was to go to yashiro for some advice.

- she recommended giving him a confession letter or meeting him after school to tell him how you felt.

- you decided to leave a note on top of his desk before class to meet you on the rooftop after school. kou didn’t even suspect it was you as he made his way to the roof.

- the younger minamoto brother was ecstatic to see the person he shared feelings for on top of the roof waiting for him.

- kou often makes you lunches everyday since he is well versed in the culinary arts.

Although he'll never admit it, he is a huge cuddle-bug. He loves the idea of being able to hold you close, your warmth, against his coldness.

Sometimes he subconsciously touches you, sometimes it's putting his hand over your's while sitting down or he'll hold your hand while walking.

Matching outfits. Nothing big like those ' I'm with him ' shirts, but if you two are attending an event together- and if you ask him- he is willing to do colour cordinated outfits.

Constant, and I mean CONSTANT pictures of you on his social media. Off guards, sleeping, cute ones. You name it ! Of course if you ask he'll take them down.

He hypes you up all the time. Especially, if your self esteem is low, Liam will randomly compliment you.

You two don’t exactly remember how you became friends, y’know with you two being complete opposites.

You were more reserved and preferred to stay home while Polly was all about going out and trying new things.

That of course didn’t mean you two didn’t have fun together !

The first time the ghost girl really saw a different side of you started when you were simply not watching TV and Polly shot a text to your phone asking if you wanted to attend a party.

At first you declined, but with a bit of persuasion you agreed. After getting dressed in something not too flashy Polly came to pick you up in her car.

When you got there you grabbed a small red cup and stuck to some punch drinking it at the sidelines.

Polly invited you to the dance floor to jam with her on her favorite song. You became so into the song you started to do your own thing. You were tearing it up on the dance floor, so much that other people started joining you. ( +3 Charm ! )

Polly was amazed ! She had never seen such a side to you ! She was double shocked when you started initiating party games like truth or dare.

The rest of the party was a haze, but you definitely agreed to come with her again.

( And take care of her from her hangover. )

Reader Yells at Scott After Having a Bad Day :

You were stressed out as it is, but a bad grade on a test really is what put you on edge. As you walked to the cafeteria, how much of an ass that teacher was being floated around in your mind. You were only one point off from having a B, he could have rounded it up, he was just being a-

Your thoughts were interrupted by a lunch tray spilling onto you. Gasps and whispers were heard as all eyes were on you in the cafeteria. Scott stood there dazed and you could feel the burning in your face as it felt like a bomb was let off in your brain.

“ What the HELL, Scott? Are you serious, “ You said in a loud and agitated tone.

“ S/O, I didn’t mean-, “ He started, but you interrupted him.

“ You didn’t mean to? You never mean to, but that doesn’t change the fact that you did it. Like when you chewed up my shoes or ripped up my pillows. I’m so SICK of it. You never mean to do ANYTHING. “

The wolf whined before walking away, his big puppy eyes filled with tears. Everyone still stared at you in shock as Damien and Vera gave you dirty glares. Already embarrassed, you walked out of the cafeteria and went straight to your locker since you had spare clothes from gym class.

As you changed out of the messy outfit and put on the clean one you thought about what you said to Scott. It felt a bit ridiculous to be mad, especially when you already had a change of clothes and you couldn’t help, but feel bad as the image of his sad face appeared in your head.

You decided that the best thing to do would be apologize after lunch, you did have your next period with him after all. The bell rang and you made your way to your next class, taking a seat at a desk with a curse etched into it.

Scott took a seat in-front of you and you gently tapped his shoulder. He didn’t turn around though. You frowned, then quietly whispered his name.

“ Scott . . . “

Again, no response. Was . . . he ignoring you?? You were running out of ideas, so you scribbled an apology onto a note and tossed it on his desk.

He opened it and read over it and you could feel a bit of hope in your heart, although that hope was quickly crushed when he scrunched up the paper into a ball and tossed it in the trash bin.

A big lump formed in your throat and it felt like you were gonna cry, although you quickly swallowed it as you told yourself it didn’t matter. He didn’t matter.

You lost yourself in your thoughts and before you knew it school was completely over. You sighed, having made no progress in talking to Scott, as you began to walk to your locker.

As you were putting a few books in your bag, someone called your name. You looked up and it was no one other than the wolf man of the hour. Before he could say anything you immediately began to apologize.

“ Scott, I’m so sorry. I didn’t mean to blow up on you like that, I was just already upset and- “

He stopped you with a short kiss, his tail slightly wagging. He pulled away from the kiss, only for you to go back in. Eventually, you were both out of breath as he offered to carry your bag for you while he walked you home.

Of course, you didn’t object as you reached for his free hand. “ I love you, Scott. “

Damien and Liam Friendship Hcs !

You know that one TikTok where they’re screaming outside of the McDonald’s? That’s y’all.

When it comes to tests and studying it’s a total nightmare. Damien says that you guys can “ study “ at his place, but he is usually playing video games while Liam is the only one doing actual work.

When test time actually comes the two of you beg Liam to let you copy off of his paper.

Sleeping over is sure interesting. Damien offers to give you two makeovers and Liam insists he take pictures of post them.

There’s also baking cookies. Well, sorta. Damien tries to cook them at 600 so that they will only take 1 minute. Lets just say the fire department knows you three by name.

On a weekly basis you guys open up a new wormhole or save the world from total doom ( that wouldn’t have even been an issue if it wasn’t for you three in the first place. )

There’s a very strong bond between you three ! If you don’t have a date for prom they will both gladly come with you as friends !

And if you date dumped you during prom then Damien is there to kick their butt, while Liam records the embarrassing moment.
