Smol Alcina sketch dump! She'd punch you through the wall big or small. I based her height off of average statistics for 20 year old women in the early 1930s, assuming that Alcina was born in 1914, which is around 5'3" or 163 cm. Who knows what her genetics through into the mix. I basically just wanted to draw her small spoon size.

👉Zoom zoom for close-ups👉⁠ (big woman, big details) Hey all, it's been awhile! I pulled a short straw and had gotten laid off over the holidays, so that kept me busy. But it's all sorted now, yay! 😭 Anyways... I thought it cute if our Big Lady had spent time with Rose. Rose is pretty adorable and that baby cradle needs to get used, right? She's interested in Alcina's earring.⁠ ⁠

It's a bit messy at parts, but I wanted to practice lighting and value in this one. Also, everything Alcina owns is so fancy and and complex that it's a royal pain to draw so I took some liberties to simplify her room. I originally wanted to have some text bubbles or lettering to eat up some of the negative space, but I was more than happy to call it done by the time I got to that step. Enjoy!⁠ ⁠

Late Xmas post! I was working on gifts and didn't want to post them before the holiday. These are pictures that I made for my family.⁠

The first one is of our family pets. Our cat Dash had to be put down not too long ago and I had always wanted to draw the pets together. Yuki and Luna are gazing up at Milly, Tilly, and Dash up in the sky.⁠

The next three are my sisters and I in childhood Xmas dresses that my mother had made us. And my dad would refer to us by number sometimes, lol. I wanted to give us Sailor Moon, so it kinda worked? Oh well, I can get overly ambitious; They loved the gifts, so I'm happy!⁠

Alcina is quite hostile about her brother's album shoot in front of her property, but the lighting was just right! ⁠ ⁠

I can't see Karl as a musician, personally, but making a tacky album cover with his sister's servants seemed really fun. He must've compensated them well considering who their mistress is. 🤔 I can see him being some chill folk rock dude or an obscure synthwave artist. What do you think?⁠ ⁠

I had fun with this project, despite it taking a while. (I'm learning a few things at once, and am impatient. 😅) I'm pushing to learn environments and just make more complex pieces. It's fascinating learning new techniques and software that I often just get lost in it!⁠

The Lady is peeved from being pestered.

This is a Tumblr request from a post that I made from a couple months ago with Ethan in the baby carrier. They had wondered what Alcina's dress had looked like without Ethan blocking it from view. I had a sundress in mind. My opinion on the frill changes frequently. 😅 Sorry it took so long, but I hope you like it!

The sketches are related to the baby carrier post (at the end). The first one has her popping her head above an aisle, the other two have her dealing with her daughter's chicanery.

laMore sketches! I think that I like this method of coloring so I'll start working on a more complete piece. (Color is still quite scary, but I'll do my best!) The comic is also coming along nicely for this week, so stay tuned!

I found it funny that the Dimi girls are 6'3" according to the wiki. Dimi womanz tall womanz! The women in my family are generally average height, so that's probably why I find it so fascinating.

I don't know what Karl said to Rose, but Ethan isn't having it. Something hilariously awful, I imagine. Meanwhile, the Lady can't stop gushing over her.

The Lady's morning routine involves a nice hot cup of tea and not a lot of clothes. lol
