reasons why i as a neurodivergent person DESPISE summer:

- heat & sweating mess with my sensory processing issues

- UNCOMFORTABLE summer clothing!! (tight clothes that stick to your skin)

- lack of routine and consistancy = increased executive dysfunction

- people expect me to just go on a trip?? for no reason?? with no warning??

reasons why i as a neurodivergent person LOVE autumn:

- ideal temperature: cool and chilly but not too cold

- COMFORTABLE autumn clothing!! (oversized sweaters)

- halloween is a valid holiday bc you get to dress up as something related to your hyperfixation

- leafs...good....crunchy sound....can go play in leafs...

Nah, I don’t mind if you reblog the stuff, I don’t think that tags the people. I just wanted to give a psa because I’ve gotten 3 or 4 messages about it now, and I just wanted people to know when they came on the page to say something about it to know I am aware, and that there’s not much I can do about it.

Psa! I have not been posting stories. I haven’t posted any story in almost a year now. I have no idea why tumblr is doing what it’s doing, but I am NOT posting new things, the stories people are getting tagged in are very old ones.

So please, just ignore the story if you were tagged, if on the off chance I ever do post another story for the sides, there will be nobody tagged, as it seems a lot of people who are on the list are now out of the fandom.

Honestly, probably the best social tip I could ever give you guys is literally just ask. Need to make a doctor's appointment but don't know how? Call the doctor's office and ask. Don't know the meaning of what someone said? Ask them. Don't understand the instructions you were given? Ask them to repeat or clarify. This has literally never failed me, no one's gotten angry, no one's refused to answer.

Even in situations where you think it might not work, I once accidentally missed a deadline to accept a job offer, so I called and asked if they could reset it and they did. Just today I called a doctor and asked how to schedule an appointment, the lady told me how, and then I did it. Didn't know if someone was being sarcastic or not, so I asked and they told me. Just ask.
