It’s that time again! Help a disabled trans person keep housing

So I’m not gonna make enough this month to cover rent at the end of it. I can only work 20 hours a week and my paychecks are weird. I get paid for the 15th-15th of each month but I don’t get the check till the last day. Fuck working for a university. So I cannot work the hours I need to to make rent even if I work every hour I can.

I’m working on getting a second job but the job market in Portland is shot to hell and back.

I just need $168 and I can pay off my full housing balance with my school, but I need it in 4 days, basically 3 by the time I'm writing this. I only get paid once a month and I have no clue what I'm gonna do. This payment is my priority above anything else and any money would help so much. I've paid off what I can, but it drained my bank account to 0 and I have nothing to survive off of until February 28th.

There's more details in the GoFundMe, but basically I have over 2k in bills overdue, another 2k coming up soon, and I was in a car accident in which my car(and my main method of transportation) was totalled and I broke my spine. I'm not paralyzed, but I'm not able to work for a few weeks and that's really, really bad. There's also the towing and holding fees that accumulated, and are accumulating, while the towing company holds my car.

I'm waiting on documentation of car ownership to come in the mail, and it's gonna be about a week of holding fees accumulating at 25 dollars a day.

I work minimum wage, am a full time student, and I'm disabled normally due to health issues I laid out in the GoFundMe.

Hey!

So, for people following my other posts, I did end up getting out of my abusive situation. I moved cities and started school in August. I was doing okay for a while, but several unexpected medical and travel expenses have kicked my ass. I was actually able to start HRT a few days ago, thanks to everyone who helped me out!

I'm currently having a hard time affording food, winter clothing, gas, and my medical equipment replacements. The most important now is replacement knee and wrist braces, but my walker is in bad shape, too.

I also have school bills to deal with, but that's my own fault for taking those on 😅

I have found a job on campus, but I won't be able to start until mid December and I need money to hold me over until then. Even then, I'm physically disabled and cannot safely work full time. I will not be stable financially for a long time, even with work.

Anything can help, seriously!!!
