The track Through The Dark is credited to have been co-written by Louis amongst others. And happens to be a lyric from Home - Edward Sharpe:

So could this be a conscious connection, could Louis have wanted this connection for Harry because it’s a favourite song of Harry’s.

George Michael vs Larry

Louis tweet about ‘Faith in the Future’ makes me connect to ‘Freedom 90’ by George Michael. And I will try and explain. I googled and this came up first, link.

Then the music video.

The video features top models at the time singing the lyrics instead of staring George Michael himself. Who do we know was always linked to models for much of his career.

RBB and SBB

See above to @takemehomefromnarnia about RBB & SBB referencing George Michael. There has always been a link to George Michael for them, particularly for Harry.

Careless whisper

Regarding his ‘Never gonna dance again’ tattoo in careless whisper.

The key is that in the Freedom 90 video, (which is iconic anyway) the jacket from Faith is burned. How symbolic is that.

como sabrás, a lo largo de 2015 nos presentaron los osos arcoiris (rainbow bears). pero RBB no fue el primer nombre que se le dio al oso, anteriormente se conocía por freddie moustache entre otras variaciones del nombre, por el parecido con freddie mercury.

con el paso de los meses, nos dieron docenas de íconos y referencias queer, y las referencias de freddie mercury/queen siempre estuvieron ahí, una y otra vez. probablemente la referencia más importante en realidad, considerando que RBB nunca soltó el combo bigote + gafas. esa es la marca irreconocible de freddie mercury.

pero realmente mantuvieron las referencias, desde el paseo de la fama de hollywood, fotos de perfil, juegos de palabras tontos (*tos* harry) hasta incluso películas de la colección de RBB.

(mientras tanto, SBB estaba sombreando a su bebé falso).

Masterpost: Louis está orgulloso de su sexualidad y quiere salir del clóset (traducción al español)

Esta es una traducción de un post que hizo lads-laddylads. Cuando vean “n/t” significa que yo, la traductora, voy a hacer una nota; probablemente sea para traducir las imágenes o para aclarar cosas.

Esta traducción fue una petición, pero también me gusta que la haya terminado justo para cuando todo sobre Louis/su sexualidad/Larry está en duda por parte de alguna gente del fandom sólo porque ha tenido que hablar de Freddie en entrevistas. ¿Desde cuándo les parece algo nuevo? Es algo raro, sí, dado que no se lo ha visto con el bebé desde hacía meses hasta su cumpleaños y dado que podrían haber usado la “ruptura” con Danielle para promocionar, pero eso no quiere decir que por hablar y no vomitar literalmente al mencionar a “su hijo” tenga que ser toda una situación real.

Sin más, los dejo con el post.

Hay dos argumentos que veo muy frecuentemente en Tumblr, incluso entre Larries: 1) Louis está avergonzado de su sexualidad y 2) Louis está contento en su clóset. Seguido, estos dos argumentos son usados juntos - p.ej. Louis está avergonzado de su sexualidad y por eso quiere quedarse en el clóset.

Aquí hay pruebas de lo contrario. Antes de leer, por favor lean las advertencias.

Advertencias (IMPORTANTE):

Los dos temas tratados en este masterpost no son mutuamente excluyentes, ya que mucha gente en el clóset NO está avergonzada de su sexualidad. Simplemente los estoy agrupando aquí porque 1) la mayoría de la gente haciendo estos argumentos sobre Louis los conectan y 2) la evidencia se volvería repetitiva si los separara.
