Remember when I said I had made an Anti-Silver? Well uhhh here he is!! *jazz hands*  Unlike Silver he’s telepathic, but can still levitate to a small degree. He can’t fight with his powers but he can form shields that break after each hit. 

Instead of coming from the dystopian future Silver had, Rusty was the pretty well off deliquent son of a model/Actress and her agent. After having a huge fight with his moms agent about how he was a “problem child” and was “risking his mothers career” he stole a time travel module ((which were made illegal after scientists had this huge accident that became known as the Butterfly Massacre)) and wound up in Scourges timeline, where the module broke after use. He joined the anti-freedom fighters for a short while before he got kicked out by Scourge after Miles found out he was a telepath. He’s been wandering around doing his own thing for a while.
