❝They were saying things, but all I could hear was that last I love you, which had not been a declaration but a good-bye.❞
could you imagine how much pain feyre must have been in?? there was already the fact that rhysand, her mate, was dead, but to know that she was the one who killed him? unknowingly? that she had slowly drained him of life, and he didn’t say anything about it? just that he loved her. because he knew he was going to die, and he let it happen. he let himself die to save her and his family. i’d be in hysterics too, feyre.
Question: how is freshly-bonded mates having sex all the time a thing, so that the female fae gets pregnant and still accurate, when female faes menstruate and thus also ovulate only twice a year? There’s no point in a lot of sex if she isn’t fertile at those times.
so here are my theories: ovulation works differently with fae like menstruation does, there’s perhaps a certain magic to help with that (though that one perhaps seems a bit far-fetched), or maybe that is how it works and that’s just why it’s so rare. the last one doesn’t exactly explain why they have sex all the time, but whether they wanted a baby or not feyre and rhys still had sex. if the last one was the case, i think that they had sex just because they wanted to yknow?? i could be completely wrong though
i’ve been super inactive lately because i’ve been working on summer assignments and i took a summer class. also, i made the cheer team (yay), so i’ve been really busy with that. and for the past few days one of my dogs has been acting really sick, and we found out yesterday that he might have cancer. we’re waiting for his biopsy results to come in today to know for sure, but that has me really nervous because out of everyone in my family i’m the closest with my dogs. i don’t even know if anyone missed me, but i just wanted to put it out there that i am not, in fact, dead. sorry everyone.
