Seriously. If you’re living in the US, and you’re at or below poverty line, sign up for the affordable connectivity program. it gives you like $30+ a month off your current internet bill and it makes it so they can’t disconnect you if you don’t pay them.

I thoroughly believe men should be loved the way women are expected to be loved. Shampoo his hair for him in the shower and rinse it out for him. Pull him to your chest and play with his hair when he’s feeling sad or sleepy. Take him out to dinner and pay for his meal. Bring him little surprise gifts. Kiss his forehead and temple when you see him. Let him be the little spoon and hold onto him like he’s everything to you. Be obsessed with him, treat him with all the love you expect to be treated with.

#i…have thoughts on this #as someone with dietary issues #and knowing how vicious folks get if you say no to food #i don’t accept food from people for varying reasons #some are gracious enough to go aight #others get vicious and fast #like yes community building is good #but sometimes the first step of that is asking if what you’re doing is helpful

Tudor peasants had hangnails, nobles in the Qin dynasty had favorite foods, workers in the 1700s liked seeing flowers growing in pavement cracks, a cook in medieval Iran teared up cutting onions, a mom in 1300 told her son not to get grass stains on his clothes, some girl in the past loved staying up late to see the sun rise.

It’s probably been a long time in coming and I don’t have an approved place 100% sorted to live but I’m starting a moving fund. Just a lil cushion so I can cut ties with my family for good.
