Spending some quality time with Madam Huff this morning. Her name does not truly suit her, as she’s never once huffed at us, and rather seems to enjoy handling to some degree.
We got Babe originally thinking she was a Sunkissed Blue to match our male, but as dark as she’s remained, she’s certainly looking more like a regular Sunkissed Anery. We already have two other SK Anery females, but she’s maintained some really nice contrast (plus, I love her grizzly, old-man “eyebrows”). She has a great temperament to boot! Definitely a keeper. 🖤
Looks like I need to do some trimming in Terra’s viv. 😬 Once he’s reached adult size, I’d love to give him and Gaia a huge arboreal cage with small shrubs/trees to climb.
Check out our new Baird’s Rat! Just kidding—it’s Sriracha, our Tessera het Cinder gal. 😉 Cinder is a neat morph that originated from Florida Key locality corn snakes (aka Rosy Rat Snakes). Even a single copy of the Cinder gene can produce a lovely, gunmetal grey background color.
