I read a little of this book in school and a little of the movie. This book is about a man named Charlie he has low intelligence and mentally disabled. He gets picked for an experiment/ surgery that the scientists did on a rat Algernon. Charlie goes all in for the surgery and starts to become smart, even smarter than the scientists. He soon finds a flaw in the plan but,can he solve it before its too late?

The is the second book in the Never After series. I never read the first book because my local library didn't have it when I read it, but parts of the first book are recapped in this book. Filomena, Jack, Hanzel, and Alastair are on the hunt to help Hanzel's cousins the step sister from Cindrella find the glass slippers that belong to them back from Cindrella. Basically it's kind of a remake of the Disney version of Cindrella but, Filomena has the task to finish the Never After Series and rewrite the fairytale we grew on, to tell them the correct way things happens. It's a good series so far and it's for I would say tweens or teens because the chapters were short but, it's a cute storyline reminds of the Percy Jackson a little bit.

This was a hypothetical book where Gary got a lot of fan mail about, what if Brian had to survive in the winter and wasn't found at the end of Hatchet? I never read this story like, I did with Hatchet but, it was really good.

This is the ninth book and as far as I know the last book in the Outlander series. The American Revolutionary War is starting. Claire and Jamie are reunited with their daughter and her family. Things in the ridge are split down the middle between the rebels and the loyalists. Jamie must decide what to do without anything or anyone harming the people on the ridge.

This book is like a historical, romance, and fiction mixed into one. It takes place during the 1400-1500s where the Spain was taking over Peru. A woman loses everything and gets tricked into going to Peru where she meets an Incan man and soon becomes loved by him and she must make a choice, go back to her life as a Spanish woman or join the Incas and be with her love.

This is a three in one book. The first book had a little romance and a little mystery. In these stories is all about a young woman falling for an older man. The first story is about two love birds in the armed forces where they both want different things in their lives before falling for each other. And one of the other stories was about a boss and one of her workers are falling for each other.

This book has 4 books in one. They are in chronological order from clansmen days of early Scotland to Boxing day in I think it was New York. The stories were okay one that stands out is the second story about a woman who 'buys' her husband with money she inherits. They learn to love each other in the end. And other is about a nomad kind of guy who gets help from an aunt and her nephew before a storm comes.

This book was okay it had three stories in it but, not enough Christmas. It's about 3 young women who fall in love with older men. That is a subject in books I don't really like. The first book was about a woman who worked at a department and all in one day this man proposes marriage to her and she said yes. This three stories weren't that great and the storylines were just too fast.
