OK HONESTLY @littleguymart IS THE BEST AT PLUSHIE FINDING!! They found pics and info on my kindergarten plushie I've been trying to find irl and online for about 20 years now; SPIKE!
Tumblr media
They even showed me he came in different colors which i never even knew!!
Tumblr media
They are currently offering to try and help look up plushies for folks who donate to this list of charities and gofundmes for Palestinians stuck in Gaza needing to flee the ongoing genocide.
Since a lot of y'all like myself were probably looking for places to send aid whenever financially possible, definitely look over the list and if you are also a plushie lover like myself you too can possibly be reunited with a beloved old friend like my Spike here who I now can see and have a brand name to search for if I ever want to try and get one; all for a super important cause!

i am so frustrated with just how dedicated the american ruling class is to completely erasing and slandering us to keep using charges of antisemitism to silence anyone opposing this genocide
every mainstream media article right now, even if they do mention anti zionist jewish students, frames this as a racial/ethnic conflict and not an ideological conflict, and fails to mention that most of the people getting allegedly harassed were zionists purposefully provoking people not random people being targeted
its completely dishonest, everything about the framing that all the politicians and media spokespeople keep pushing so uniformly is a distortion of reality and an erasure of whos actually involved in the protests, i feel like im in the twilight zone

The Arab Spring was not a good thing. I share the hopeful sentiments of a prominent pro Palestine blogger, on how protests bring out the best in people. But after the overthrow and murder of khadiffi as result of the Arab Spring, Libya went from the wealthiest country in Africa to a place where there are open air slave markets.

[person in the late 1700s voice] and just when are you going to end feudalism? the holy roman emperor will just send hundreds of thousands of troops to quell your rebellions. we aren't getting anywhere like this, and haven't you heard the monarchs are adopting enlightened ideas anyway? there have been no successful capitalist states, all of the attempts have turned into failures or have installed a new monarch

A bipartisan bill would give the secretary of the treasury unilateral power to classify any charity as a terrorist-supporting organization, automatically stripping away its nonprofit status. The bill, H.R. 6408, already passed the House of Representatives in November, and a companion bill, S. 4136, was introduced to the Senate by Sens. John Cornyn (R–Texas) and Angus King (I–Maine) last week. In theory, the bill is a measure to fight terrorism financing. At least, that's what sponsor Rep. David Kustoff (R–Tenn.) claimed. "I urge the swift passage of this legislation that will significantly diminish the ability of Hamas and other terrorist groups to finance their operations and carry out future attacks," he said in a November statement. Financing terrorism is already very illegal. Anyone who gives money, goods, or services to a U.S.-designated terrorist organization can be charged with a felony under the Antiterrorism Act and the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. And those terrorist organizations are already banned from claiming tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the tax code. Nine charities have been shut down since 2001 under the law. The new bill would allow the feds to shut down a charity without an official terrorism designation. It creates a new label called "terrorist-supporting organization" that the secretary of the treasury could slap onto nonprofits, removing their tax exempt status within 90 days. Only the secretary of the treasury could cancel that designation.

If what’s happening in France right now was happening in the Global South there would be talks about sending troops to bring democracy in France.
The leaders and big figures of the opposition who support Palestinians are getting summoned by the police one by one for refusing to call October 7th a terrorist attack (for the record a lot of them say that it was a war crime because it targeted civilians but not a terror attack so they don’t even support what happened).
All while letting Zionist who actually called for mass murder on live TV get away with it.
But you know what? As strange as it sounds it’s actually a good sign. One of the most violent day for Algerians during the war of liberation (17 October 1961) happened less than a year before the independence just a couple months actually (the independence was on July 5th 1962 but it was signed in March 1962). Because that’s how the colonizers behave and think. The crackdown in France, the new German law forbidding the use of Arabic and Hebrew at pro Palestinian protests, the crackdown in US universities… a wounded dying beast always get more violent. They are scared so they try to silence us harder. They know that it’s a matter of time that the fall of colonialism, imperialism and white supremacy will happen in our lifetime so they try to scare us into stopping the fight.
Don’t get me wrong it will be hard and won’t happen overnight but their reactions are convincing me that we will see a Free Palestine a Free Global South a Free world in our lifetimes.
(P.S: tagging the post with Palestine because my previous post being positive about the outcome seemed to help some people who felt hopeless so I hope this one will help too. That being said we don’t have the right to give up the fight and we shouldn’t give up hope either. None of us is free until all of us are.)

Hundreds of Jewish anti-war demonstrators have been arrested during a Passover seder that doubled as a protest in New York, as they shut down a major thoroughfare to pray for a ceasefire and urge the Senate majority leader, Chuck Schumer, to end US military aid to Israel.
The 300 or so arrests took place on Tuesday night at Grand Army Plaza, on the doorstep of Schumer’s Brooklyn residence, where thousands of mostly Jewish New Yorkers gathered for the seder, a ritual that marked the second night of the holiday celebrated as a festival of freedom by Jews worldwide.
The seder came just before the US Senate resoundingly passed a military package that includes $26bn for Israel.
