The West can NEVER recover from its death spiral unless it recognizes:
1) It is perfectly fine to criticize any religion; no religion is sacrosanct;
2) It is perfectly fine to recognize that a religion's key tenets are inconsistent with the West's secular and liberal values of freedom;
3) It is perfectly rational and logical to adjust the West's immigration policies to reflect the fact that some cultures and religions are incompatible with Western cannons of liberty and freedom.
If the latter are not internalized as rational norms, the West will die. It might take 50 years or 500 years. But the West will die, a slow and painful demise. Nothing is clearer. Nothing is more obvious. The problem is that people are too afraid, too ignorant, and/or too parasitized to believe their lying eyes.
Heed the warnings.
