18+ Daddy (24) And Babygirl's (21) Blog
This is where we will record our adventures, sexcapades if you will. This is for sharing our experiences in BD/SM, methods, and ideas. Not looking for a third party. Sexual messages not welcome. Anons are welcome, but please direct them to Daddy, unless for advice. Private messages will most likely go unanswered, unless advice seeking. This blog is not just our sexual experiences, but also about us as a couple. There will also be romance and sweet things for each other.

I haven’t posted about PTSD in a long time, but due to recent events I have decided to revisit it. I’ve had PTSD for close to 13 years now. If you do the work and put in the effort you can get better. And I have and did. I used to be so hypervigilant that I would stay awake until I passed out from fatigue. Then I would have night terrors where I would scream and fight in my sleep. Anyone who touched me during a night terror was subject to injury. Side note– it’s advised by doctors not wake anyone in a night terror because it can make it worse, unless it is for their physical safety. With hard work l got to the point I no longer had to take medication, I was only seeing my therapist once every six months and my night terrors became more and more rare. It was so amazing to get that far.
As life often does it knocked me back on my ass about a month ago. One of my friends stayed the night because she’s terrified of storms and it was pretty bad that day. Long story short I brought my big dog inside, she jumped on my friend while she was sleeping and my friend just started screaming. I mean screaming loud and bad enough Daddy felt the need to grab his gun and tell me to stay there. She was on the other side of the house. Well it hit that switch in my brain and that was all she wrote. I should note my friend has slept by herself for about 16 years and hasn’t had a pet in about 15. yesrs
It’s felt so shocking, having night terrors and being hypervigilant again. Trying to wrap my head around how easy it was for it to click inside me. Its not near as bad as before thankfully, but after a week and I was still feeling like that my doc put me back on a couple of the meds that I used to be on just lower doses. I’m feeling a bit better and am taking active steps to get back to where I was. I know i can get back there it just takes some hard work.
