Today on my mind. 

Volume 7 also has this exact same layout with Yuuji and Sukuna being on the right side but their hands are flipped (turning away from each other, Yuuji toward Megumi, Nobara and Gojo on the left, Sukuna away) while here, Gojo’s hand is trying to reach for Geto and Geto’s hand is turned toward him but still out of reach.
