Im reading Kafka's letters too since he mentions them these days (to have a better context) and it is so interesting. He is so urgent in his letters, very anxious, almost frantic… The fact that we don't have Felice's letters doesn't help this impression because its all just Kafka, hence he is even more overwhelming (even leaving the impression that probably Felice was also overwhelmed by his letters…)

Note
good night here, I hope you're doing well.
I find myself needing to know the font you use to do the images of the diaries. I hope you can tell me, I'll be grateful.
Hello👋🏻 sorry but i don't think i quite understand what you are asking i have diaries as pdf files so i don't customize the fonts myself.
https://archive.org/details/in.ernet.dli.2015.499492
(This is 1910-1913 diaries)
https://www.docdroid.net/3se4KlP/kafka-franz-diaries-1914-1923-schocken-1965-pdf
(This is 1914-1923 diaries)
I just screenshot them and clean them up if necessary but thats that. Also these two have different fonts as well.
I could try to find what these fonts are but I don't really know how to do that lol (if anyone knows more about fonts feel free to comment to help this person😄)

Text
“Critics have found that many of the Yiddish proverbs draw similarities with Kafka’s narratives, including, “What will become of the sheep if the wolf is judge?” and, “The hat is fine but the head is too small” (Furman). Through the Yiddish language, Kafka discovered how he could use words to fill his writings with the irony, paradoxes, and symbolism that characterized Jewish literary culture and the plays that he loved. With the motivation to create, and the influence of what he considered to be authentic Judaism, he wrote, eventually developing a style that was so distinctive the term Kafkaesque was coined to describe it. Despite the abundant evidence to support the influence that Jewish culture had on Kafka, several literary scholars have questioned the role that it takes in his writing due to the “virtual absence of direct allusions” (Scott 7). Unfortunately, such statements arise from a lack of understanding of Jewish culture, and more importantly Jewish literary devices. These critics fail to recognize the multifaceted nature of the literary technique that Kafka employs. It is for this reason that much of Kafka’s work is shrouded in debate and mystery.”
