Olly Alexander, Eurovision contestant for the UK, has called out Israel for genocide and apartheid.
The BBC cannot complain about impartiality when their government has voted against a ceasefire in the past AND has abstained from UN votes to put an end to Israel's terrorism.
Pinkwashing plays a huge role in Israeli and Zionist propaganda, meanwhile if a Palestinian flees to Israel, they will be met with persecution through deportation or house arrest. Queer and trans Palestinians are erased from the public and slaughtered as we speak, and the letter Olly signed gives them a voice:
"Queer and trans Palestinians have long highlighted that pinkwashing plays a significant role in Zionist propaganda… We stand against any and all harassment and discrimination against Jewish communities.
"For the many queer and anti-Zionist Jewish individuals invested in liberation, this unthinking philosemitism, which hesitates to criticise an ongoing genocide out of fear of being seen to criticise Jewish people, is simply the other face of anti-Semitism."
This goes to show just how easily butthurt Israel is when somebody points the finger towards them for heinous crimes they project onto the Palestinians. We stand with Olly Alexander as allies with Palestine against the Apartheid Israel.
