“SIMPLE” SINGLE ALBUM DESIGN - 2 versions

One of my favorite songs to listen to is Simple by Woozi from SEVENTEEN. It’s so beautiful and his voice is rather soothing when he hits the higher notes. I wanted to do something to show how much I liked the song.

Granted, it doesn’t match the mellow mood of the song but I still like it. I made two versions, one that is black and white and the other using more color. Also, I was testing it out and found that it looks really cool upside down. Maybe I will update the post and show that version as well. For now, enjoy!

“JIN” SELF-TITLED ALBUM DESIGN - 3 versions

These are not real but I wanted to make something for him based on some of the images I had of him. They are simple and I got a little happy in making three versions because I can imagine each one having a theme to it when it comes to photocards, CD design, and the arrangement of the songs even (I know, I’m dreaming hard).

“GAP” Logo Redesign

I got bored and needed to avoid schoolwork because creativity for that was drained, so I decided to create a redesign of a logo.

I chose GAP because it was the easiest to me and required less intricate shapes than the others I was thinking about. Plus once I saw it, I had an idea to play with the “gaps” of the letters. Just an excuse to work on negative space.

The little thing on the ‘P’ is for copyright purposes and should not be considered a part of the official redesign. Trust me, I hate it too.

LONELY SPACE TRIO

I made three mobile wallpapers (that I hope work) depicting loneliness outside of the world.

Boy Planet - A crying boy with orbits surrounding him, displaying a gentle but sad mood.

Lost Girl - A closer look and you could get lost too. A lonely girl is hidden and lost inside.

Space Boy - One is a lonely number, especially when you are the only one in space.  A cool and collected guy finds peace in space, showing that being lonely does not have to be a bad thing.

MELANIE MARTINEZ INSPIRED VISUALS

As a music-loving individual, I like to express a song in my own way. Lately, I’ve been listening to Nightcore music and most of the mixes include songs by Melanie Martinez. 

These visuals are based on songs from her first album, Cry Baby. I suggest checking them out. 

They loosely represent Cry Baby, Dollhouse and Mad Hatter, respectively. Sorry for not labeling them.

I hope to do more song visuals so if anyone has any requests, I am pretty open to doing more. These were fun to do!

MELANIN PACK

I have no idea why I chose the name “Melanin Pack” but it fits for now. Honestly, I was feeling some type of way all day and wanted to clear my head somehow. I was going to make a specific person but I changed my mind midway and decided to do these, which was random since these will not serve a specific purpose.

I chose purple because, well, it’s one of my favorite colors. And it also seems like a color that goes well with these skin tones the most.* 

I didn’t make this a downloadable but if anyone would like me to make it as one, message me and I will create a link. I can also try out other skin tones if desired as well as other eyeshadow colors. 

*I realize (now, literally, like as I am typing this) that the purple eyeshadow on some tones may not appear and sort of blends in with the skin. I am sighing heavily at myself
