- A Foreword
This character is the result of my attempt at “reversing” certain aspects of Alastor. My aim, above all, is to just have fun exploring this alternative take on his character. For such reasons, in some parts he might be the opposite of Alastor, while in others he might overlap. This practice is often called 2P in Korea. I did not intend to reference 2P or 3P as you would call players in a game. However, if you find it enjoyable to interpret it that way, I do not mind. Please continue to have fun. :)
FYI, I like calling the chemistry between Alastor and 2P Alastor “Mixed berries” XD
Personality: Timid and cowardly.
Sexuality: Pansexual (there is no complete “denial” of other interpretations; however, I’d like at least this Blueberry to be pansexual.)
Date of death: 1933
Cause of Death: Dog-related incident
Likes: His mother and her cooking [*Especially her blueberry clafoutis,] sweets, cooking, jazz, singing, dad jokes, Post-Modern jukeboxes, tea
Dislikes: Dogs
He greatly enjoys being in physical contact with another person, but due to his timidity he can never initiate.
He is a semi-sadistic masochist.
He refuses to admit that he is one, however, despite being aware of the fact that he gets sexually aroused by pain and bodily harm.
When highly distressed, his semi-sadistic tendencies surface. He is known to inflict torture and violence all the while crying and apologizing with a smile on his face.
He tries to refrain from summoning his shadow (a familiar-like entity.) The reason for this is because while it is present, his shadow whispers to him; ceaselessly impelling him to do violently terrible things.
It is thought that his carnage through Hell & the hosting of the radio show was brought on by his shadow, driving Blueberry into insanity.
Cause of death is a dog-related incident, identical to that of Alastor’s. Because of this he is extremely afraid of dogs, small and large. (He seems to be less afraid of residents that have turned into canid creatures upon entering Hell.)
While Alastor is not particularly impressed with sexual subjects, Blueberry is deeply enthralled with them.
He is rather impressionable and quick to develop romantic attraction towards someone, though he burns out quite quickly as well (attachment is not his thing.)
He is not very good with horror movies that contain jumpscares and spirits. He is surprisingly good with horror movies that contain cheap gore; in fact, such films excite him.
He is always apprehensive due to his self-hatred. If anyone calls him cute, he will deny it but he will still be happy about it. Although he hates himself, he would probably take a liking to Alastor with considerable admiration. But I doubt he will ever understand Alastor’s grandiose narcissism.
He enjoys bathing or showering, but he must be fully disrobed. He absolutely detests being wet with any sort of clothing on.
He would constantly try to shake himself dry, like a fussy cat.
Engaging in sexual or torturous activity will most likely override his dislike of soiled clothing, preventing him from even realizing it.
He does very well in bed, but he did not have much experience or skill prior to arriving in Hell. (He did not have a lot of encounters while he was alive.)
- IN LIFE
He was hired as a radio show host thanks to his voice. In contrast to Alastor, whose upbeat and exciting demeanor is a key part of his show, Blueberry is a gentle and quiet presence on the program. He actually had a sizable fan following that found his temperament charming. Though his timidity causes him to stutter a lot in daily life, he did not stutter while he was live on air.
If he was alive in modern times, he might have done ASMR.
Even before his death he was always a masochistic, hypersexualistic pansexual that fell in and out of love very easily. However, his timid personality lead him to repress all those aspects of himself for the entirety of his living days.
Because of his timidity, he suffered severe stress from running his show and his compulsory need to seem “normal” in the societal conventions of the 1930s. He ultimately resorted to voodooism to relieve some of his stress.
At first, his sacrifices only involved small animals. As his obsession grew, he began to capture and sacrifice people as well.
He was frequently prescribed tranquilizers, as he was afraid of the raw excitement voodooism brought him. After his arrival in hell, without the risk of overdosing, he’s developed a habit of taking tranquilizers whenever he gets even a little bit distressed.

I’m writing this down for someone who asked me.
I don’t mind shipping blueberry(2P!Alastor) with any character(including Alastor)! I won’t mind at all unless it is a hate one or unless Blueberry’s characteristic is too far from Blueberry’s profile. It would be thankful if you mention me when you use Blueberry :)

this showed up in my FB memories, the lightning bolt trick! I don't sketch out the lightning bolt much nowadays but it's still super helpful when I need to lay out tricky arms and leg poses. And I still apply the logic of it, especially with how I draw arms :' ) Biggest thing it helps with is shape breakdown and visualization, we gotta use whatever works to break down shapes into simpler concepts for our brains 👏💓
