I looked at a lot of Slumer Party sets from doll lines (Monster High, Ever After High, Equestria Girls). The pajamas I gave Darius are VERY loosely based on Rarity's in Equestria Girls

For Odalia's I looked at the mean girl characters in the sleepover episode in early 2000's cartoons

Some honorable, or for some dishonorable, mentions of my PAST favorite ships (in chronological order):

Gwen and Trent from Total Drama Island: My first OTP as a kid and probably where I got my love for "Normally tough girl becoming flustered around her musican crush". I'll never forgive the show for breaking them up.

Mario and Princess Peach: I may just have been projecting on to Mario but we literally play as him trying to save the Princess Bae so how could I not? They're still cute and I loved them in the movie. It gave them a new dynamic and it's great. I ship it.

Rarity and Applejack from My Little Pony: My first gay ship, though I didn't realized I shipped them back then. I'm happy for Applejack and Rainbow Dash getting married (rare butch x butch rep) but I still prefer Rarijack.

Shiro and Allura from Voltron: Early on in the show I was under the impression that they were the only adults on the team. I love found family and loved the idea of them being the "parents" of the group. But the writers never made it clear how old Allura actually is and if Shiro is gay or bi. (it's a LONG story)

Mike and Eleven/Mike and Will from Stranger Things: They used to be so cute :(

Deku and Uraraka from BNHA: They had so much potential but are not that good in canon. It really ruined Uraraka as a character. This show in general treats its female characters terrible. I fell off it.
