Lena has a daughter with Jack. They have shared custody and a pleasant arrangement.

Kara has a daughter from her shitty ex-boyfriend mistake Mike. Kara has full custody and Mike has nothing at all to do with his daughter.

The two girls go to the same school and become best friends from the get go. By the end of the first week they are already begging for a play date/sleepover and their mother’s are powerless to say no and so they agree on the way to school one morning that they will meet the other girl’s parent and talk about setting something up.

After many play dates and a few sleepovers Kara and Lena start falling in love and at that point their daughters get the bright idea to start playing match makers, with the help of Alex, Sam and Ruby.

By the end when Kara asks Lena to marry her the girls are dancing around chanting “we’re gonna be sisters!” As loud as they can completely ruining anyone’s attempt to film the moment.

Part of me really really wants to write a silly story where Lena is practicing spells and something goes very wrong and she ends up turning herself into a black cat and Kara is just big dumb goofball that finds cat Lena and decides to keep her until she can ‘find her owner’ (we all know Kara’s gonna keep a stray cat with green eyes no matter what) meanwhile Lena is doing everything in her very limited ability to tell Kara it’s really her and Kara is just not getting the message. Lol not sure how they’d go about fixing the spell, probably true loves kiss or something sappy, but it just sounds like a really cute and silly idea I just can’t find the footing to start it 😅

L-Corp sponsors and helps create a huge dinosaur theme park that is filled with top of the line life like animatronic dinos of all kinds programmed to wander around premapped enclosures, some even interact with guests with the help of “handlers” like baby Dinos that love to approach little kids and raptors that like to scare adults. In the main building there is a whole museum about dinosaurs with interactive exhibits, a fossil digging sandbox, and meet and greets with real paleontologists!

Naturally Lena gets VIP passes for all the Superfriends and they go together. Kara, Alex and Esme are like kids in a candy store, Brainy is slightly confused and scared, Nia is having fun watching her boyfriend get jump scared by raptors, J’onn is a proud, tired, space dad trying to keep all his children in line. It’s a great day and it’s rounded off, slightly poorly, by a park wide showing of Jurassic Park.
