“America’s Got Talent” gave us chills to our choirs and a incredible night for one choir.

During Tuesday’s night show host, Terry Crews got emotional and gave a golden buzzer to the inspirational Homeless Choir.

Via ET:

Choir founder Steph Johnson spoke with the judges before their performance and explained how, four years ago, she decided to bring together homeless performers living in shelters and on the streets of San Diego to give them a voice.

“There were so many people living in shelters in my neighborhood, I met musicians and singers, and I was like, ‘Wow, we could put together a group and sing together,’” Johnson explained. “Most people in the choir, they can’t afford medicine, they can’t afford rent, so we help them out, and through the money that we’ve raised, we’ve helped people get off the street.”

“It’s hard, trying to get it together, and people look at you like you’re dirt,” one of the singers shared in a pretaped segment that played before their performance.

“I’ve had a lot of bad experiences out there. Beat up, robbed. But who is going to listen to me?” another woman in the choir added. “I thank God for Voices of Our City Choir. Somebody wants to hear from me, and I’ll be singing loud.”

Speaking with host Terry Crews backstage before they went on, he marveled at how the group of singers “represent so many people who are underrepresented or not represented.”

“The arts saved me in so many ways, and let me tell you, you are going to encourage and inspire so many people today,” he added, pepping them up before they went on.

For their big number, Johnson explained they would be performing an original song, “Sounds of the Sidewalk,” which was written as part of the Voices of Our City Choir songwriting workshop, and the emotional number earned a standing ovation from the entire theater, including all four judges.

“That was beautiful!” newcomer judge Sofia Vergara shared with a smile. “I think we need more people like you that are really taking matters into their own hands. It was fantastic.”

“Homelessness is pervasive all over the world, but it’s huge in this country and we need to solve this problem and come together,” Howie Mandel chimed in. “Who you are and what you’re doing and why you’re doing it, it blows me and the entire audience away.”

“There is no question or doubt that there is strength in numbers,” Simon Cowell said of the ensemble. “What we have here is a collection of really talented people, and we need that raw talent to begin with. And that’s what we got.”

“We live in a world at the moment where there is so much talking, but you’ve actually made something happen,” Cowell added.

“Simon, I gotta stop you right now,” Crews said, walking onto the stage and down to the judges table. “You said there’s nothing but talk going on, but it’s time to make something happen, right now, for everybody on this stage.”

“What they did today has moved me to this point right now,” Crews added, before slamming the Golden Buzzer and bringing the entire choir to tears of joy.

Crews got choked up as well while speaking with the singers backstage after giving them the Golden Buzzer.

“We love you guys, and I’m honored to help you today,” Crews shared. “What you’re doing right now is beyond. It’s totally beyond, and you deserve it.”

With the Golden Buzzer, Voices of Our City Choir will bypass the next round of the competition and move forward to the live rounds – which will be different than ever before given the complications surrounding the coronavirus crisis and subsequent production shutdowns.

“America’s Got Talent” airs weeknights at 8 PM ET/7 CT on NBC.

Khloe Kardashian is selling her home from Justin Bieber for $19 million and the house is insane, as was first reported by Daily Mail.

The Blast and TMZ later confirmed the story.

Via The Blast:

The property is located in Calabasas, CA in the exclusive gated community ‘The Oaks’ and is only a few streets away from Khloe’s sister Kourtney Kardashian.

The estate features six-bedrooms and seven-bathrooms and comes loaded with its own movie theatre. The reality star purchased the home in 2014 from pop star Justin Bieber for a stunning $7.2 Million.

So, if the home sells at the full asking price of $18.95 Million she will walk away with a $10 Million profit!

Take A Look!!

The huge property comes loaded with a large kitchen with an island, its own library, and a huge pool, and of course, it’s own guest house.

BTW – this house has tons of Hollywood history besides Khloe Kardashian. As we said, she bought it from Justin Bieber, but the house was also owned by Nicole Murphy – purchased for her by ex-husband Eddie Murphy!

As we reported, Khloe has been self-isolating inside the home with Tristan Thompson and the couple’s two-year-old daughter, True.

Many fans believe the couple is back together, and rumors swirled this week that Khloe is expecting another baby with the NBA star. She has denied it.

Check Out The Movie Theater!

“It’s 54 custom estates up there and this is probably one of the most important properties up there, it’s just under two acres, it’s like 1.56 acres,” the real estate agent said of the massive home.

He continued, “It’s the one with the gorgeous yard. It has real Hollywood history, it was owned initially when it was built by the ex-wife of an uber celebrity (Eddie Murphy), he bought for her in the divorce, I sold that to a developer client of mine who redid it, then we sold it to a very, very young pop star who is very famous still to this day.”

See The Stunning Home…

This beautiful home was also featured on the cover of Architectural Digest!

Tomer Fridman said in a previous interview, “From the young pop star when he wanted to move on I sold it to one of my favorite, favorite, favorite clients, that I cannot mention her name, but the house was featured on the cover of Architectural Digest and it was actually her and her sibling, her sister who lives down the street, so they were both featured on the cover of Architectural Digest.”

He added, it has 'the most breathtaking views’ – saying it is “just absolutely incredible, complete privacy, I mean unless you’re in a helicopter you’re not seeing into this house ever.”

Twitter has just slapped Donald Trump with a fact-checking link over his tweet for FIRST TIME.

Earlier Trump tweeted writing, “There is NO WAY (ZERO!) that Mail-In Ballots will be anything less than substantially fraudulent. Mail boxes will be robbed, ballots will be forged & even illegally printed out & fraudulently signed. The Governor of California is sending Ballots to millions of people, anyone…..”

Trump added, “….living in the state, no matter who they are or how they got there, will get one. That will be followed up with professionals telling all of these people, many of whom have never even thought of voting before, how, and for whom, to vote. This will be a Rigged Election. No way!”

Via Deadline:

A Twitter spokesperson said, “These Tweets contain potentially misleading information about voting processes and have been labeled to provide additional context around mail-in ballots. This decision is in line with the approach we shared earlier this month.”

Twitter recently outlined a series of steps it has taken to flag misinformation about the coronavirus, including issuing labels for tweets that contain misinformation or disputed claims.

“Moving forward, we may use these labels and warning messages to provide additional explanations or clarifications in situations where the risks of harm associated with a Tweet are less severe but where people may still be confused or misled by the content,” wrote Twitter’s Yoel Roth and Nick Pickles. “This will make it easier to find facts and make informed decisions about what people see on Twitter.”

The platform’s action came on the same day that the widower of Lori Klausutis, a former aide to Joe Scarborough who died in 2001, called on Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey to remove Trump’s tweets claiming that there is a mystery surrounding her death.

Twitter’s decision to label the tweets drew immediate criticism from Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr., who wrote, “So is @Twitter going to start censoring & fact-checking all the numerous blue check mark “journalists” & leftwing activists who falsely claimed that the Trump campaign colluded with the Russian government & that @realDonaldTrump is a “puppet” of Putin for the past 4 years?”

Miami Dolphins

The Miami Dolphins are getting creative during the coronavirus pandemic and going back to old school.

On Tuesday the Dolphins unveiled they’ve turning into Hard Rock Stadium into a drive-in theater with pure social dinstancing.

The Dolphins have mocked renderings of the drive-in venture, which they say can host up to 230 cars. They are promoting it as a family-friendly event that people can participate in amidst the coronavirus pandemic.

Food and beverage can purchased through an online system and delivered to cars. Restrooms will also be made available for use. Fans can put their name on an email list via the stadium website to be notified when tickets are available.

“We’ve spent several weeks planning this to be able to provide people with a safe option to go out and enjoy movies, classic Dolphins content, concerts, and celebrate 2020 graduates,” said Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium vice chairman and CEO Tom Garfinkel. “It’s a fundamental human need to physically experience and celebrate events and experiences together, and we’re trying to provide options for everyone where they can be safely socially distant and socially present at the same time.”

Hard Rock Stadium became the first public facility to earn the Global Biorisk Advisory Council’s STAR accreditation, the standard used for facilities to implement cleaning, disinfecting and infectious disease prevention work practices to control risks involved with infectious agents like the coronavirus.

Garfinkel and the Dolphins have been proactive and innovative in ways to function during the pandemic. They released mock-up plans earlier this month for what it could like to host approximately 15,000 fans in the stadium for NFL fans if the NFL and the government allows it in the fall. Owner Stephen Ross also said on CNBC Tuesday that there will “definitely” be a football season this fall and the plans as of now is to include having fans in the stands.

Hard Rock Stadium was the host for Super Bowl LIV. It also has hosted Miami Open tennis tournaments, several multiple large music festivals, college football championship games and international soccer games.

Hailey Bieber and Justin Bieber are threatening to sue a plastic surgeon who claims she NEVER had the surgery.

TMZ was first to report the news and later confirmed by The Blast.

Via TMZ:

On top of that, Barrett’s being accused of copyright infringement for his use of lyrics from Justin’s song, “Sorry,” in the TikTok caption.

In the vid, which was posted over the weekend, the plastic surgeon compares a 2011 photo of Hailey to a more recent one and one from 2016. He says he thinks the physical changes are impossible without some cosmetic procedures … specifically to her nose.

Barrett also speculates Hailey’s undergone genioplasty and has lip fillers.

Hailey and Justin’s legal team say the TikTok includes a number of violations, including “misrepresentation, defamation, slander, false light, violation of rights of publicity, copyright infringement, trademark and service mark infringement” and more.

They’re demanding Barrett take down the video and issue a public retraction in the next 24 hours … or else the legal fury is coming.

Dr. Barrett tells TMZ … he doesn’t believe his comments in the video are disparaging, and he finds it “crazy” that the Beibers want to chase him down for something like this.

He says his video is intended to educate about plastic surgery, and he does not plan to remove it and will deal with the legal ramifications.

Chrissy Teigen got tested for the coronavirus and laughing it off through her nose.

Via Pop Culture:

Teigen sounded like she was being tickled on Tuesday in her coronavirus test video. The celebrity mom is known for sharing just about everything with her fans, and this was no exception. She told he person testing her that it was “not bad at all,” while the responded that they’ve “never had a patient” respond in this way. From the looks of it, Teigen was getting tested at home, and she later explained in another tweet that she is getting surgery soon, so she needed to be tested ahead of time.

Many fans were grossed out by Teigen’s video, replying that they would not take the test nearly as well as she had. Some who had been tested already said marveled at how well she endured it. The swab needs to be pushed far up into the nose for an accurate test, and many described it was painful.

Teigen took some time responding to fans after posting the video as well. When many wondered why she was being tested, she sent out multiple responses that she is “getting surgery,” but did not go into detail on what kind of operation or when. Many of her followers left snarky responses about the shortage of tests in the U.S., but Teigen pointed out that L.A. County in California is offering free tests to residents.

Still, the rest of the U.S. is facing a general shortage of testing supplies, particularly the swabs themselves. According to a report by NPR, A big part of the problem at this stage is “bottlenecks” in the supply lines for various components of the tests, and difficulty in getting them all together in one place.

Everyone in LA can get tested for free. I’m having surgery and had to. I’m sorry if this offends you. https://twitter.com/javiplatano/status/1265373189535907842 …

The U.S. government reportedly increased the domestic production of test swabs in late April — though it is being criticized for not doing so sooner. It will be a while yet before the supply catches up with the demand. In the meantime, people getting surgery or having other medical procedures are among those that have priority access to tests.

2 Chainz will have to wait for couple of weeks after packing his restaurant over social distancing.

On Tuesday, the rapper’s restaurant was shut down by Georgia State police for violating the coronavirus guidelines, per Complex.

Via Complex:

Escobar posted a number of videos to its Instagram Story on Monday, illustrating just how crowded the spot was. People were dancing, smoking hookah, ordering bottle service, and sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with little regard for social distancing guidelines. A line also formed down the block as the night went on.

TMZ says police “spoke to the manager before shutting the location down as it was violating executive orders regarding protocol issued due to COVID-19.”

Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp started reopening the state’s businesses in late April. Around then, 2 Chainz said that he would also open his restaurants to limited service, though he decided to donate meals to the homeless instead.

A few weeks later, Georgia modified its restaurant reopening protocol, instructing that in addition to maintaining social distancing practices, the state would allow limited dine-in services to 10 patrons max per table, and permitting 10 patrons inside per 300 square feet of public space.

Four Minneapolis police has been fired after a video showed kneeling on the neck of a black man who later died.

Per CNN, the FBI investigated the incident, which drew outraged in connection of the officers.

Via CNN:

Officers responding to an alleged forgery in progress Monday evening were initially told that a person later described as the suspect was sitting on a car and appeared to be under the influence, police said.A pair of officers located the man, who was at that point inside the car and who police said “physically resisted” the officers when ordered to get out. Officers handcuffed the man, who “appeared to be suffering medical distress,” according to police. He died at a hospital a short time later, police said.

The four officers were “separated from employment,” Officer Garrett Parten, a police spokesman, said Tuesday.“I support your decisions, one hundred percent,” Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, in a statement, said of Police Chief Medaria Arradondo’s firing of the officers. “It is the right decision for our city. The right decision for our community, it is the right decision for the Minneapolis Police Department."The video shows two officers by the man on the ground – one of them with his knee over the back of the man’s neck. The video did not capture what led up to the arrest or what police described as the man resisting arrest."Please, I can’t breathe,” the man said, screaming for several minutes before he became silent. Bystanders urged the officer to release the man from his hold.Civil rights attorney Ben Crump, in a statement, identified the man as George Floyd and said he was representing his family.“We all watched the horrific death of George Floyd on video as witnesses begged the police officer to take him into the police car and get off his neck,” Crump said. “This abusive, excessive and inhumane use of force cost the life of a man who was being detained by the police for questioning about a non-violent charge."News footage showed small clusters of protesters waving signs and chanting "No justice, no peace” outside a Minneapolis police precinct Tuesday afternoon. Some motorists honked in support.Another protest was planned near a makeshift memorial to Floyd at the scene of the incident Tuesday night, CNN affiliate WCCO TV reported. It was being organized by local activists groups, including the Minneapolis NAACP.Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar via Twitter called the incident “yet another horrifying and gutwrenching instance of an African American man dying.”

Frey on Tuesday offered his condolences to the man’s family, adding that “what we saw was horrible, completely and utterly messed up.”“For five minutes, we watched as a white officer pressed his knee to the neck of a black man,” Frey told reporters.“When you hear someone calling for help, you are supposed to help. This officer failed in the most basic human sense. What happened on Chicago and 38th this last night is simply awful. It was traumatic and it serves as a clear reminder of just how far we have to go.”“Being black in America,” Frey said, should not be “a death sentence."The Police Officers Federation of Minneapolis said in a statement the officers were cooperating in the investigation."Now is not the time rush to (judgment) and immediately condemn our officers,” the statement said. “Officers’ actions and training protocol will be carefully examined after the officers have provided their statements."In a Facebook video posted Monday, bystanders urged the officer to get off the man. Two officers handled the man on the ground while another stood nearby with his eyes on the bystanders as traffic passed in the background.

Minneapolis Police Chief Medaria Arradondo says the officers involved have been placed on leave."My stomach hurts,” the man told the officer. “My neck hurts. Everything hurts."At one point the man said, "Give me some water or something. Please. Please.”“His nose is bleeding,” a woman said of the man.“He’s not even resisting arrest,” one man said. “He’s not responding right now, bro."Frey said he understood the anger in the community but reminded potential protesters that "there is another danger out there right now which is Covid-19.”“We need to make sure that everyone that is protesting and that is voicing their opinion stays safe and their families are protected as well,” he said. “So please, practice safe distancing, please use a mask."Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz tweeted Tuesday, "The lack of humanity in this disturbing video is sickening. We will get answers and seek justice."St. Paul, Minnesota, Mayor Melvin Carter called the video of the incident "one of the most vile and heartbreaking images I’ve ever seen.”“The officer who stood guard is just as responsible as his partner; both must be held fully accountable,” Carter tweeted. “This must stop now."Paige Fernandez, policing policy adviser for the ACLU, said the incident recalled the

2014 New York death of Eric Garner,

who repeated "I can’t breathe” several times after a police officer held him in a chokehold. Garner died during the arrest, the incident also caught on video.“Even in places like Minneapolis, where chokeholds are technically banned, Black people are targeted by the police for low-level offenses and are subjected to unreasonable, unnecessary violence,” Fernandez said in a statement. “Make no mistake: George Floyd should be alive today. The officers responsible must be held accountable."The Hennepin County Attorney’s office said in a statement Tuesday that the Minnesota Department of Public Safety Bureau of Criminal Apprehension was investigating, along with the FBI. There was no immediate response from the FBI.

Via CNN:

The boy’s stepfather can be heard trying to coax the boy to keep moving towards him, calling “come, come Ale” as they move slowly through the bushes and down the path while the bear creeps behind the boy.

Loris Calliari, the boy’s stepfather who captured the remarkable encounter on video, told CNN that, on Sunday morning, a group of around six family members set off for an excursion in the mountains near their home in the valley.Content by CNN UnderscoredFind the best over-ear headphones starting at $129When you’re looking to get the most out of your music, a great pair of headphones can make all the difference.

Calliari told CNN that Alessandro loves animals, and in particular, bears, and when he saw the animal, he asked his stepfather to take a picture of him with the bear behind him.“I noticed that he was moving and I told him (Alessandro) to walk slowly, to be careful, that I will take a picture but to move,” Calliari said.“I was nervous at first but then saw that the bear was not scared, was not acting, so I calmed down,” he added. But not everyone felt so serene, Calliari said, adding that the boy’s mother and grandmother were both upset and screaming.Alessandro, on the other hand, remained relaxed during the encounter, and at one stage can even be heard saying: “This is so cool.”

“Following our internal review of the incident in Central Park yesterday, we have made the decision to terminate the employee involved, effective immediately. We do not tolerate racism of any kind at Franklin Templeton,” the investment firm tweeted of worker Amy Cooper.

Screw the NFL offseason the clear winners are Tom Brady and Gisele and here’s why.

The two of them on Tuesday hilariously played a game of TikTok couple challenge as you see in the video.

Via TMZ Sports:

Gisele posted the footage of the fun TikTok game on social media … and we learned a hell of a lot about the power couple – with a little extra help from Tom’s son, Ben!!

A breakdown of the highlights …

Who eats more … and who eats healthiest?

  • All three said Gisele eats the most between the two … but it was a split decision on who eats healthiest, with Tom saying Gisele, and Gisele saying Tom.

Who’s more spoiled?

  • Brady won this category in a LANDSLIDE!!

Who’s a bigger baby when sick?

  • All three picked TB12 here too!

Who requires more attention?

  • Yup, you guessed it, Tom won this one in handedly as well!!!

But, the best two parts of the clip? Check out the answers to “Who spends the most money?” and “Who has more clothes?” … Tom’s ashamed reaction is priceless!!

Don’t worry … Brady and the fam were good sports about it all – and hey, at least it wasn’t more embarrassing than his golf game Sunday!!!

It’s getting serious and heating up.

Kendall Jenner was once again spotted with Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker on Memorial Day in Los Angeles, per PEOPLE.

At the time, a source told PEOPLE they weren’t a couple — at least not yet.

“She and Devin have a lot of mutual friends,” the source explained. “They’re just friends for now but you never know with Kendall.”

Their first outing made the rounds on social media, prompting a clapback from the reality star after someone tweeted a TikTok video of three men tossing a toddler around in a circle, writing, “Nba players passing around Kendall Jenner.”

One fan came to Jenner’s defense and responded that “maybe she [is] passing them around,” to which Jenner replied in a tweet of her own, “they act like i’m not in full control of where i throw this cooch.”

In May 2019, a source told PEOPLE the relationship had “run its course,” but by December, the relationship picked back up as Jenner was seen cheering on her ex at a home game in Philadelphia.

Jenner and Simmons also celebrated New Year’s Eve together, and were spotted again in Miami in early February.

Country singer Morgan Wallen has apologized after getting kicked out of Kid Rock’s Nashville bar.

Morgan tweeted Monday writing, “Hey y’all just wanted to clear the air. I went out downtown last night with a few old friends.  After a couple bar stops, we were horse-playing with each other. We didn’t mean any harm, and we want to say sorry to any bar staff or anyone that was affected.”

Via FOX News:

In a follow-up tweet, he added: “Thank you to the local authorities for being so professional and doing their job with class. Love y’all.”

The following day, he shared a picture of himself standing next to Kid Rock, captioning the photo: “Fresh Out.” The snap is seemingly an effort to show that there’s no hard feelings between him and the “Cowboy” musician after the altercation.

According to The Tennessean, after Wallen was kicked out of the bar, he began getting into verbal fights with passersby on the streets, which officers watched. After reportedly refusing to walk away with his friends when given the opportunity by police, they determined Wallen was “a danger to himself and the public” and took him into custody.

The outlet reports that the former contestant on “The Voice” is scheduled to face misdemeanor charges in court in July.

The singer decided her original written apology wasn’t enough and went on Instagram live last night. She wanted to speak to her fans about the heat she’s facing after chat room videos leaked of her. In the videos, she appears to be talking to men who hurl racist slurs including the N-word.

Doja started the Live by saying, “"Like any business, like any conglomerate, there would be many people trying to protect what’s going on. And that’s exactly what we were trying to do. So I’m just gonna, one, debunk everything. I have bullet points.“

She added, “I’ve seen tweets about me. It’s a video, it’s not even me. It’s my friends helping me see through Twitter with a filter. I’m not on Twitter. That shit hurts my feelings. Seeing people come for me. Seeing people come for my character. Just like any of you guys, it wouldn’t feel good to me so I avoid social media. My friends looked on social media and they told me what was going on. I know exactly what you guys are talking about as far as self-hate goes. I had a video of me talking about my hair. I have a lot of trouble taking care of my hair … A lot of my friends would agree who have hair like mine that they have a hard time taking care of it. What I think that the mistake may have been was saying it on a social platform, saying it out in public. Maybe being honest about how I feel about taking care of my hair was a bad idea.”

She addressed the chat room videos saying, “The chat room that I go to is a public chat room. It’s me, my friends. You go in there. Now you have to pay 30 dollars to get into the chat room, which is a new thing. But I used to go in there for free and I learned there are racist people who come in and out of the chat. They’re there. They happen and then they’re banned. The idea that this chat room is a white supremacist chat room is, I don’t understand in any way. I just don’t understand.”

The Instagram video apology came after former fans have started to call for Doja to be “canceled.”

Doja originally wrote an apology reading, “I want to address what’s been happening on Twitter. I’ve used public chat rooms since I was a child. I shouldn’t have been on some of those chat room sits, but I personally have never been involved in any racist conversations. I’m sorry to everyone that I offended.”

She added, “I’m a black woman. Half of my family is black from South Africa and I’m very proud of where I come from. As for the old song that’s resurfaced, it was in no way tied to anything outside of my own personal experience. It was written in response to people who often used that term to hurt me.”

She ended, “I made an attempt to flip its meaning, but recognize that it was a bad decision to use the term in my music. I understand my influence and impact and I’m taking this all very seriously. I love you all and I’m sorry for upsetting or hurting any of you. That’s not my character, and I’m determined to show that to everybody moving forward. Thank you.”

One fan wrote, “Cackling at how Doja Cat has NEVER claimed South Africa except for when she’s facing backlash for being a racist and has to prove she’s BLACK black. Sksksksk.”

Another said, “#Dojacat going back to the racist chatrooms after making her apology on instagram #DojaIsOverParty #dojacatcancelled.”

Britney Spears will have to wait least couple of weeks and here’s why.

Sources told TMZ …. Britney is in quarantine for two-weeks in order to see her sons.

Via TMZ:

Our sources say Kevin has been homeschooling Jayden and Sean since the middle of March, when schools closed due to the spread of the novel coronavirus.

We’re told Britney had no issues obliging Kev’s request and gladly quarantined after her trip down South – and she’s since seen their boys twice at her home, with each visit lasting only a couple hours.

Britney and K-Fed … responsible co-parenting in action!
