When everything seems to thicken, the darkness completely absorbs everything around. When the heart begins to beat at an accelerated pace under the ribs. When the noise in the ears, covers the eyes, fencing off reality. When a feeling of hopelessness breaks the chest. Do not stop. There must be light ahead. It's waiting. Keep walking. Forward. And up.

And this is my other part of October’s annual Inktober torture, an equally loved and enjoyed one! This year the main idea of the challenge was to change the prompt lists daily so I would be able to have rest and not become tired of doing the same thing for an enormous amount of time.

This… went well! And even more, as I now know that my capabilities are much more than I expected. The prompts were very nice and soothing, I loved every one of them though unfortunately didn’t manage to focus on drawing some of the prompts as much as I wanted to.

Hey! My final days featuring Ravenstober!

I’m so glad I accidentally found the prompt list – it was a real torture, I won’t lie, but a sweet one. And also very rewarding. By the way, this is the second Inktober i’ve completed fully, without missing days, and I find it somehow endearing that it’s this fandom and these wonderful books which made me do it. Made me stay.

I would love to send many thanks to @ksenloom! Thanks to you, my October was full of new challenges and experience. You made it special. I owe you this one.

4 - Aglionby Academy

The most known place in small town except mountains and forests was the prestigious all-boys school. The school with the way to elite colleges and Ivy League. A place made for parents with impossible sons and abilities to pay more than most town folks can imagine. Affluence, hooliganism and elitist attitudes which were hovering around school students. Expensive cars and confident sights. Black crow symbol on blue jumpers. Raven boys. And that's it.

17 - “The trees speak Latin”

The trees surrounded them from every side. Mighty and wide, they towered and stretched upward. The bright sunlight seeped through their leaves, painting everything with other colors. The silence was broken by the crackling of trees and birds. The air was fresh and light. It seemed that the ground under the feet breathed. The life felt around the trees. If you listen closely, you can hear them whispering. Something old and mystical. Something what they knew.

The hands on 1st and 3rd look so… astonishingly different. I feel both ashamed and proud of myself. But I definitely can’t tell if there’s actually any progress.

Also, the idea of paired prompts is cursed, don’t ever do that to yourself. I jump over my head in trying to combine two completely different ideas in one sensible drawing WHICH also won’t be ugly as hell.
