My character for an upcoming D&D campaign, the half-orc fighter Tusk Hornsby. My goal was to speed paint and get faster at the shading and highlighting and I think it worked out well.

My interpretation of Lothaire from my Tuesday game. A fetchling ex assassin cowboy type. I was just so immediately charmed by his design by @desertdruidcrafts that I had to draw him

The Monastery of Sensation, whose members are often known as Third-Eyes, is a faction dedicated to individuality and authenticity. Each member is encouraged by the factol, Andriana Galanaki, to look withing, discover themselves, and experience as much of what the world has to offer as possible. These experiences aren’t limited just to positive ones – even pain and danger are something to learn from.
Members of the Monastery of Sensation spend their time at the Monastery training their minds and bodies with meditation, yoga, sparring, substance use, and by using sensory stones or other artifacts to dream the experience of another and learn from it. They are generally friendly to a fault, can seem vacuous to other cagers, and show their authentic self with a unique sense of style, including accessories, tattoos, and piercings.
Ideal. Authenticity. No matter your role or responsibility, you must be your truest self. It’s our goal to understand and accept that authenticity in others.
Headquarters. The Monastery
Leadership. The leader of the Monastery of Sensation is a powerful eladrin named Andriana Galanaki. Andriana has wild mood swings as a result of her appearance and demeanor being stuck between two seasons, split between Spring and Summer.
Last one for today. I've had a good time designing the Monastery of Sensation from the ground up, using parts from the Sensates of Planescape lore, rave culture, and a fun take on red/green philosophies from MTG.

The Lookers in the Stars, also known as the Rainbow Runners, is a faction of self-improvement. Its members hone their crafts, their minds, their bodies – often fighting for guts and glory along the way. Herbalists and healers use magic to bring eager Rainbow Runners in tune with the cadence of the universe, teaching each upstart athlete, warrior, and druid how to act and do battle through pure instinct.
Ideal. Intuition. In fighting and in learning, honing your intuition goes a long way. By tapping into the 'cadence' of the planes and acting through pure instinct, one can achieve a higher state of being.
Headquarters. The Great Gymnasium
Leadership. The leader of the Lookers in the Stars is an Ysgardian warrior spirit named Britheva the Hunter, who was a powerful warrior and adept druid in her day, and even more so as her learning and training has transcended mortal life.

The Lustrous Cabaret is Sigil’s newest faction, reformed in the Shattered Ward into a community of artists, actors, musicians, and authors casually known as the Mummers. Belphegor leads this wide-ranging troupe, taking on this role after her previous venture in Hell’s Embassy didn’t pay off like she had hoped.
Now an influential celebrity at the center of the universe, Belphegor encourages the members of the Lustrous Cabaret – “You too can be just like me, if you just climb the ladder and work your magic.” Whether that's true or not has yet to be seen by the aspiring performers and yet to be realized by the voracious talent scouts of the Shattered Ward.
Some, like the lounge singer Roksana, have achieved local fame – breaking the rungs of the ladder as she climbed. Others aren't so lucky, playing Sigil's many taverns and giving street performances in a sea of desperate hopefuls in feverish competition with one another.
Ideal. Influence. Power and agency let us act upon our preferences at any time, reshaping the world around us into whatever we want. The more power, the more influence.
Headquarters. Torus Theatre
Leadership. The leader and host of the Lustrous Cabaret is Belphegor, the archdevil consort of Mephistopheles.
I meant to post these more frequently, so I'm going to post a few in a row to make up for it. Eventually I want to share some maps I've made for the factions as well, and the generic NPC statblocks I've designed for the faction agents - in this case, the aspiring performer, talent scout, and ascendant star.

The Five Families, whose members are known on the street as Ringers, is a faction of factions led by the Coterie, a council composed of the head of each of the titular five crime families that make up this mob-like faction. In any other city, these five families would be competing against each other, forming only tenuous, fleeting alliances.
But in Sigil, a city limited to fifteen official factions – no more, no less – the five come together to make use of their fortes in relative harmony. Those whose ancestry doesn’t align with one of the families – orc, goblinoid, dwarf, human, or halfling – are still welcome, and are not bound to exclusivity with one family.
Ideal. Tribalism. We look after our own and watch out for anyone who would challenge us. Allies and favors are worth as much as gold.
Headquarters. The Prison, though each family has its own headquarters in the Graytower Ward
Leadership. The Coterie, the patriarchs of the various gang families that make up the group. The patriarchs in question are Shadgar Lugat-Rok, the orc; Darragh O’Maney, the hobgoblin; Fergus Undergrave, the dwarf; Rolf Ciardha, the human; and Xander Easthorn, the halfling.
Here's the first of my fifteen factions of Sigil that I designed for my campaign - the Five Families. They're a mafia syndicate with origins in Acheron. I'm using the color wheel system from MTG for each of the fifteen factions, and the Five Families are black/white.
