UPDATE: 17th April 2024 - Apartments & Roommates Fix pjsutton mod notes:
UPDATE: 4/16/24: I did some tweaking of a few things. Residential lots will now show "Tenant" Services instead of "Roommates" (Roommates still appears on Apartment lots). Both under the Real Estate and Travel Services... menu of the smart phone. I tried to add to other phones but it was not consistently working. Also added to the menu:
Enable/Disable Daily Notifications: Choose these to toggle daily (7AM) notifications on/off. They will still show upon switching active households (NOTE: this works reliably when switching from Edit Town. Switching by using Master Controller and "Make Active" had odd results, which included not recalling settings from previous times playing as that house. Keep that in mind.)
Show Status: Click this to show the status notifications at any time
Choose Rent Amount: Click this and then choose a rent amount from a variety of percentages. If you choose Custom, you can type in a number (no decimals), example, if you want to charge 45%, type in "45". A status message will show with the new amount being collected.
Check Rental Property Status: This will show a message for each rental lot you may own with various tenant/rent information if you are playing as a landlord. If you are playing in a house that is owned by another Sim, the message will say "You have a Landlord" and display rent information
A "Landlord Services..." menu has been added to all residential lots. Click this to change the rent amount of any rental property your household might own. A message will appear with the new rent information Download From Mod The Sims!

It's been so long since I released a mod. For the last 10 months I have been working on my MonocoDoll's Vile Ventures Mod Project. Glad to say I finally have a first version that is available to the public. You can locate the mod in either Simblr.CC or LoversLab.
Mod Description Why: Everything MonocoDoll's Vile Ventures offers, aims to provide players with the ability to roleplay lucrative, shady, and consequential criminal activities.
How: The way MonocoDoll's Vile Ventures provides players with the ability to roleplay lucrative, shady, and consequential criminal activies is by first providing sims the ability to become Street Drug Dealers, Craft Drugs, Smuggle Drugs, Launder Dirty Money, Acquire Rackets, and consume Illegal Substances.
What: MonocoDoll's Vile Ventures is a mod project which will continously add more criminal activity that focuses on making money.
Disclaimer Before installing MonocoDoll's Vile Ventures into your game, please download and read the MonocoDoll's Vile Ventures Installation Guide. This guide will state what DLC and Third Party Mods you will need to receive full functionality of the mod.
Additionally, because the mod does add custom traits and custom skills. It is recommended to make a backup save if you are planning on using an already existing playthrough. That way if you decide to uninstall the mod, you will still have a version of your playthrough before you had installed the mod.

Tuning Please Download the MonocoDoll's Vile Ventures (Drug Tunable Guide). As this will give instructions on how to make a tunable edit and explain each current tunable.
Conflicts Since this is a Script mod, there should not be any conflicts. However, it is recommended not to have The DrugLord mod by brando130 installed with this mod. As it seems to make your sim unclickable if your sim were to receive any moodlet which would temporarily replace a sims trait. This can happen with any of my custom moodlets that changes traits temporarily or any of the non modded moodlets which temporarily change traits.
Inspiration Basemental Drugs Mod For The Sims 4 MonocoDoll's Vile Ventures was very much inspired by Basemental's Drug Mod. It should be noted, that I actually never played Basemental Drugs, but I loved reading their great guides. And would have most likely enjoyed it had I decided to continue playing TS4 after I moved to PC gaming.

For the second gift, I'm excited to introduce the Sim Service Specialist Career! This is my first time creating a career for The Sims 3 and I owe special thanks to MissyHissy's for the step-by-step tutorial (here), as well as to Emma and Pat222 at Job Centre Discord for their help and encouragement when I felt like giving up.

For my first career for TS3, I decided to go with the Call Center path which I was already familiar with due to my previous job working at one. This is a vanilla career; meaning no opportunities, events, books nor custom uniforms because those are a lot harder to deal with for a first timer.
This career was made with patch 1.42 and it should work for higher patches as long as you have the latest version of NRAAS Careers Mod. Please be advised that you will need NRAAS Careers Mod for this career to show up in the game, click here.
The career is based at the Business and Journalism rabbit hole with the same uniforms used for the Business career, for female Sims refer to the picture above and male Sims click here for reference. This career focuses mostly on the Charisma skill at the start, which then adds the Logic skill as the career advances to leadership roles.
I have renamed all typical tones such as Power Work and Take It Easy, etc. and have added three custom tones called: Practice Call Scripts, Conduct Evaluation and Strategy Review that will increase charisma and logic respectively.
I'm not fluent in any other languages to translate so if anyone is interested in translating this career, please don't hesitate to send me a message here or comment on this post and will let you know the details.
I have tested this career in my game, so far it is working and all scripts are showing up. As this is my first career, all feedback is very welcome to help me learn and improve my skills so please let me know if you experience any problems on your end and I’ll do my best to sort it as soon as possible.

More Planters Part 3
How many planters does one game even need?
These can all be found under Decor \ Plants; most have 3 channels and have a footprint of 1x1, but can be Alt-placed closer together without requiring MOO. All come with recolorable soil.
Issues: plants will clip with the handle of the Handle on Luck Planter. I lowered the soil as much as I could, but it's inevitable.
Don’t require the Supernatural EP, just being at that patch level. Many thanks to @sims3thingsbymd3434/marydehoyos for her findings on how to enable planters for trees! These planters are, thus, tree-compatible.

PJSutton mod notes: SURPRISE! I fixed some errors this was having when your sim goes to University. It should work properly now. Any suggestions for other features to add to this?! I may get back into this!
 UPDATE 7 years later?! I just got a new PC and was trying out TS3 and was motivated to update this! This mod now works properly in the University World - it previously was not! Next I think I may try to overhaul the notifications... we'll see! Download update from Mod The Sims!

Fix: Sims need less Space
TL;DR
with this mod, your sims need half of the space for all interactions, which vastly improves routing in small spaces
each package file requires a different expansion pack. The requred expansion is part of the filename.
Installation: just put all the files in your packages-folder, the usual way, merging is no problem
Conflicts: highly unlikely, see below for detail

Hey Simmers, Rudi has a big mod-achievement for you today: it's time for my tenth and biggest mod yet
Just recently I play tested my new awesome house, that's cramped up with clutter and plants all the way up to the roof, just to realize, that my Sims are walking in the garden to interact with each other, cause many of the spaces are too tight. But no more! With this mod, those issues will forever be a sorrow of the past.
Explanation - how the mod works This mod reduces the space that sims need for doing things, similar to my other mods. It does this by overwriting the jig size for each sim interaction. A jig is an invisible object that’s auto placed on the ground, while e.g. two sims are talking to each other. Other sims will walk around the other sims talking, cause the jig (placed under the sims talking) obstructs the routing-way for other sims. By default all jigs are quite big, in most cases even way bigger than they need to be. But if you reduce the jig size by a mod, than those interactions are possible even in tiny over-cluttered rooms.
Now these mods do the same for all sim interactions.
How to install
Installation: just put all the files in your packages-folder, the usual way, nothing special required, you can merge them as well
each file requires a different expansion pack
the required expansion pack is part of the filename
if you don't have the expansion pack, it's just doing nothing, but it won't cause any other problems

These are a bit different from the sports themed ones as these are more for general fitness as opposed to sports. These would be great for gyms, yoga studios, pools, and locker rooms!

I'm late with the testing, it's already been released today lol A new (and very much needed!) mod by OhRudi! All Pet Interactions Need Less Space! OhRudi mod notes:
with this mod, your pets (cats, dogs, horses) need half of the space for all interactions
this mod improves routing for your pets, escpecially for those clunky horses
compatible with “Interaction on sloped terrain enabler” by nikel23
the pets expansions is required for this mod to do anything
Installation: just put all the files in your packages-folder, the usual way, nothing special required, merging is no problem
Conflicts: highly unlikely, see below for detail
Patch: v1.67/v1.69 (probably works with lower patches as well)

Just recently I play tested my new awesome house, that's cramped up with clutter and plants all the way up to the roof. I tested the house with my pets and had to realize, that they aren't able to use many of the things I placed for them, cause the spaces are just too tight. Also whenever my familiy tried to interact with their pets, they had to walk through the entire house, cause they had no suitable space left. But no more! With this mod, those issues will forever be a sorrow of the past.
Explanation - how the mod works This mod reduces the space that pets (horses, dogs and cats) need for doing things, similar to my other mods. It does this by overwriting the jig size for each pet interaction. A jig is an invisible object that’s auto placed on the ground, while e.g. two sims are talking to each other. Other sims will walk around the other sims talking, cause the jig (placed under the sims talking) obstructs the routing-way for other sims. By default all jigs are quite big, in most cases even way bigger than they need to be. But if you reduce the jig size by a mod, than those interactions are possible even in tiny over-cluttered rooms. Here an example: Playing guitar has originally a jig, that’s 2x2 boxes/meters big, which meant sims often walk outside the house, cause nowhere is enough free space for this very big jig to place down. I solved this issue with my other mod, by reducing the size of the jig for playing guitar.
How to install
Installation: just put all the files in your packages-folder, the usual way, nothing special required, you can merge them as well

this mod can’t affect animations
this mod can’t affect scripting-errors, that are caught by NRaas-Error-Trap
this mod edits the all jigs that came with the Pets expansion pack
Conflicts: only if you have a mod installed who's editing exactly this resource as well, but I assume that's highly unlikely
use delphys dashboard to check for conflicts

Spray Tan by Twinsimming 🌅
This mod adds a new Spray Tan object to the grocery store.
This is an scripted object that can be placed in your Packages folder. It was built and tested on 1.69 but should work fine on 1.67.
Thank you to Lemurphs for the mod idea and @aroundthesims for allowing me to use her lovely mesh!
Requirements
This mod requires The Sims 3: Seasons and The Sims 3: Island Paradise to function.
Spray Tan
Spray Tan functions just like my custom Sunscreen object and has the same effect as the tanning booth from The Sims 3: Seasons.
Sims will switch into their swimwear and spray themselves down. When they're finished, they will switch back into their original outfit with a nice, even tan... most of the time.
It costs §20 at the grocery store and has 5 uses per container.

Draylson mod notes: The Department Store Register is an object that allows your Sims to be able to buy any object of the Buy Mode catalog, adding more realism to the game.
Initially, the objects are organized according to the function categories of the buy mode catalog, representing the store's departments. From version 2.0, this departments can be customized. Each department is available as an interaction on the Department Store Register's pie menu. For example, if your Sim wants to buy a car, you should select the "Shop... > Vehicles" option from the pie menu. After your Sim interacts with the clerk, the shopping panel will open with all objects of the "Vehicles" category available to be added to the shopping cart.
The shopping panel also categorizes objects according to the subcategories in which they are found in the buy mode catalog. In the case of "Vehicles", you can filter the objects in the panel by "All", "Bicycles", "Cars", "Miscellaneous" and "Boats".
I also emphasize that all preset design options for each object become available for purchase. For example, if a certain car model has three predefined colors, the three color options for that car will be available for purchase.
Also, if you save a custom design preset for an object, that object with your custom design preset will be available for purchase.
Upon checkout, the objects will be added to your Sim's inventory. If an object has some restrictions related to your Sim's inventory, it will be added to the family's inventory. A notification will appear if any objects go into the family inventory.
The Department Store Register is a clone of the General Store Register with a new script that implements its functionalities.
This mod also modifies the `S3_0333406C_00000000_EEF06251680758F9_ShopTabs%%+_XML.xml` file, which may conflict with any other mod that also modifies this file.
Finally, I've tried to include translations for all supported languages, but I can't guarantee they're all correct.
V2.0 Updates: - In build/buy mode, two new interactions can be accessed via the Ctrl+Shift+Click command: - Set Filters: Allows you to filter the objects that will be available according to the product version they belong to. For example, it would be possible to configure so that only objects from the base game are available, or that only future objects are not available, or that custom content is not available, among other possibilities. - Set Departments: Allows you to configure which categories of objects will be available. In conjunction with the features described below, it allows you to customize which objects will be available in the store. - In addition to function categories, room categories have been added. - Furthermore, the possibility of setting collections as departments has been added. Thus, you can configure exactly which objects you want to be available in the store. Simply create collections that represent the departments of your store, add to them the objects you want to be available in each department and, finally, through the command Ctrl+Shitf+Click on the Department Store Register, set the departments, selecting the collections you created.
- Finally I've made some improvements concerning the shop tabs icons and performance issues.
V1.1 Updates: - Fixed bug where some CC objects were replaced by other EA objects (such as CC candles, which were replaced by the mood-lite candle) - Fixed bug where it was not possible to remove some CC objects from the family inventory (such as Ani's free range chicken) - Fixed bug where some different CC objects were stacked together in the shopping list as if they were the same object - Fixed bug where some CC objects, once purchased, turned into white boxes (such as some CC bookshelves) - Code refactoring to provide performance improvements

Description • This mod automatically toggles map view if you reach a certain zoom out level.
It's my first script mod, and I'm super excited to release it. It should be bugless. I've tested it with my own saves and haven't experienced any issues, but please let me know if you find any.
Installation guide • Download & unpack .zip, and place the file in your mods -> packages folder.
Additional usage guide • This mod adds a new cheat automapview true/false. Mod is enabled by default. It can be used if you really need to turn the mod off; it should be preserved until the game restart.
Tech stuff • This mod shouldn't conflict with anything because it's non-core. It can block build and buy modes if you change the tunable kHideBB value to true, but it's disabled by default.
