800 calorie limit on weekends
30min of weighted hula hoop daily (10min intervals)
10-15k steps daily

THE BEST AB WORKOUT EVER!!
I bought a weighted hula hoop and it’s AMAZING! I used it for 3 days now and literally it works the ENTIRE abdominal & back region!! I’m sore in places I didn't even know I could be sore omfg YOU GUYS HAVE TO TRY IT!
I’m doing 30min in 10min intervals w a 1min break inbetween, I'll be logging my results here :p
