Your bio literally says artwork "generated" by me. You're not an artist. You type a few words into a prompt and get a generated picture. If you were an actual artist you'd be crafting the artwork yourself.

At most, you're a prompter. Not an artist. Stop claiming to be something you have no right to stake claim on given you're invalidating and devaluing the craft.

If we're being technical about it, I do consider making these to be an art, even if just for curating 2 cool images (there's no typing in Deep Dream).

Shit, matter of fact, you want to have a conversation about "not being a real artist"? Son have you looked around the internet? 75% of the art on here is incredibly derivative down to the pen strokes. You telling me these whack ass losers that religiously follow tutorials, religiously mimic styles, who make art that is dime a dozen shit standing on the shoulder of giants who have never done an original work in their shitty little consumer-based hobbies in their life. The art that these prompt-based A.I.s are making is indistinguishable from most internet art so fast for a reason, and that's cuz the shit ya'all make is mediocre trash. Out here acting like some twerp with a few thousand dollars of equipment tracing a reference image following a damn color swatch generator using a style they stole from some annoying ass franchise is oppressed. Go Outside Lil Man. Ima real ass artist I shit on ya'all mediocre mfers I ain't in no danger of being replaced this year. If you want to end the madness focus on capitalism and how to effectively change peoples minds stop focusing on trying to be snarky to strangers on the internet. Petty ass.

Hey I don’t know if you’ll see this but please stop with AI if you care about artists <3 It’s trained by using artists work without their consent and many artists have spoken out against it. I know it’s cool but it’s dehumanizing and unethical. Even just downloading the app tells people cruelty like this is ok!

I am an artist.

I already understand how these new A.I. art generators work. Do YOU know how Google Deep Dream works? It is relatively much older than the new trending services you are familiar with. I manually choose which artworks to feed into it. Every single image I have posted is at least 2 hand-picked artworks that I didn't credit--if anybody cared, they could go to my Deep Dream page, find the art, and image search for the source, but people don't. That's life.

Sure, I'll stop using it, when you stop using services that directly fuel USian wars, sabotage, imperialism, labor suppression, racism, sexism, queerphobia, etc. etc...oh wait, seems like that's just about every single Western service available on or offline. I would suggest going after the core disease instead of trying to address its infinite symptoms if you want to help artists, or the many other far worse oppressed demographics of people within this system. Even the single institution of Google, which makes the Deep Dream Generator that I have used for years, has far more severe sins under its belt than making a prototype art generator.

I understand you are likely just young and eager to try and help the world within this deeply sick society. But not only is the issue you are fighting for insufficient and shallow, but the attitude you are approaching this with is counter-productive. You are trying to shame me with barely disguised contempt and pretension, this is not an effective way to change anybody's mind in politics.

My position here might be hard to process, but TLDR: you are being silly. Stop wasting your time trying to put out tiny fires and spend more time asking where all the fire is coming from.
