i stepped out of my comfort zone today! and i’m tired! i feel like i haven’t slept in a week. and i felt like some comfort was missing. so i considered calling a friend. but i realized i’ve been waiting to come home and be by myself so that’s probably not what would be helpful in this situation. and then i realized that usually i can come home and talk to my girlfriend and that’s always comforting and recharges me. i love my friends but i mask with them more. my girlfriend is hard at work! the next best thing is watching tv alone with a plushie and a blanket! maybe a stim toy or two :,>
