officially, two years back in philly. still tryin to get my groovin back. doing some of the things I've always wanted to do for summer. like being on the river a lot. like being awake at my computer doing bullshit because i'm busy! gotta go before the clock strikes midnight. i have some fun updates, but i suppose i might hang onto them for myself for a bit longer. let em settle in more.

crop topped, productive (but never enough), had a sexy camping trip: cried on the river (but in the best way), skinny dipped, saw the sky in a wide, bright way, reconnected with other people and nature in ways I haven't been able to in quite awhile with more to come

got some updates about my health that make sense and I'm starting to improve a lot but working on the final push to get me to the best place I can be. My back is going to be a chronic issue I need to make more permanent moves in my life over sooner than expected, but my hip is in the direction to get better! takin it one day at a time. a little nervous about my finances and navigating short-term disability, but I'm grateful for the momentary help and space to rest. Now it's time to buckle up for the next chapter.

it's the kinda day to get some shit together; blastin some JAMS, sittin outside on the balcony to even out my tan from going tubing down the brandywine river on a lot of mushys the other day, while drinkin' lots of iced coffee. what else? who knows. i don't really care about much anymore. not in a bad way. whatever's gonna happen is gonna happen and when i show up where i can, what follows will hopefully make sense. ain't no sense in longing for shit i can't have, but it doesn't mean i can't have what i should. i've got some good tunes and a lot to do. not stressin'
