Many of us don’t know how to allow ourselves to truly rest. Between our external work, maintaining relationships, obligations and our internal narratives, programming, and beliefs around rest + productivity, we can find ourselves never genuinely feeling rested - emotionally, mentally, spiritually, or physically.
